Hrvatskom je ovih dana odjeknula priča o splitskom taksistu koji je stranom turistu prijevoz od hotela "Radisson Blue Resort" do aerodroma naplatio vrtoglavih 900 kuna.

- Pitao sam u hotelu koliko će me prijevoz doći, rekli su oko 300 do 350 kuna. Uzeli smo vožnju, kako je ispalo s ilegalnim taksistom - naplatio nam je više od 900 kuna i ostavio nas na autobusnoj stanici kod aerodroma umjesto na terminalu.

Nije nam problem platiti, ali ne bih želio da se takva stvar dogodi našoj djeci. Hrvatska je odlična zemlja, ljudi su odlični, Split je predivan, ali izbjegavajte ilegalne taksiste - poručio je, među ostalim, ovaj turist u videu koji na platformi YouTube ima već blizu 137 tisuća pregleda.

'Dobro je i prošao'

Upravo smo nedavno o problemu proizvoljne naplate taksi-prijevoza razgovarali s predsjednikom Ceha prijevoznika pri Udruženju obrtnika grada Splita Milivojem Topićem. Problem je, kako je kazao, u Zakonu o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu koji je uveo liberalizaciju taksi-tržišta, ali bez ikakve kontrole.

- Dobro je i prošao. Nažalost, s ovakvim zakonom je sve moguće, kaos je na ulicama, kontrole nema. Imamo apsurdnu situaciju da se ministrica turizma Nikolina Brnjac hvali da se za svakoga gosta bori rukama i nogama da ga dovuče u Hrvatsku, a s druge strane ministar prometa Oleg Butković dopušta ovakav zakon koji donosi kaos i nered.

Takoa na ulicama imamo ljude koji voze jer drugog prihoda nemaju, one koji su uzeli auto od mame i tate i voze za džeparac, ali i one kojima su ispričali da se tu vrte milijuni. Eto takvi turistima naplaćuju nenormalne iznose.

Ovaj je gospodin imao hrabrost snimiti i objaviti video preko kojega će u cijelom svijetu vidjeti kakva situacija vlada kod nas, ali takvih slučajeva imamo svaki dan. Ja imam saznanja o puno gorim stvarima, ali ne mogu o njima govoriti jer nije uhvaćeno na snimci - kaže Topić.

Upozorava da je zbog neuređene situacije na ovom području ugrožena i sigurnost u prometu.

Ugrožena sigurnost

- Sigurnost prometa je maksimalno ugrožena, zbog čega su i auto- osiguranja građanima poskupjela za sto posto. Sad vam je potrebna veća kvalifikacija za vožnju kamiona pijeska nego za četiri ljudska života u automobilu, pa dolazimo do situacije da gotovo svaki dan imamo nesreće, vozači tih taksija spavaju na autobusnim stanicama u automobilima, sve iz nekakve priče o masnoj zaradi. Ali to što rade nije zarada, nego pljačka - oštar je Topić.

Upitali smo ga postoji li nekakav način da se ovakvi slučajevi spriječe ili sankcioniraju.

- Moram se nasmijati, jer on je vožnju odradio zakonito. On radi na nekoj od aplikacija i ne izdaje fiskalne račune, izdaje ih platforma registrirana u drugoj državi. Vozač je stavio tu tarifu i odlučio tako naplatiti.

Dobro je gospodin iz videa i prošao, mogao mu je naplatiti i dvije ili pet tisuća kuna. Da bude u skladu sa zakonom, dovoljno je da vozač ima cjenik sa svojom ovjerom u automobilu - kaže Topić.

Za kraj naglašava da se ceh ne bori za ukidanje liberalizacije, već za bolju regulaciju.

- Želimo da ljudi rade svoj posao sukladno zakonu. Ministarstvo je trebalo napraviti jednu prometnu studiju, odrediti minimalnu i maksimalnu cijenu, pa onaj koji se želi baviti ovim poslom neka se nađe u tom rasponu.

Vi sada imate čovjeka koji vas u jednom trenutku na istoj relaciji vozi za 20 kuna, a već sljedeći trenutak za stotinu ili tisuću - napominje Topić.

Hrvatskom je ovih dana odjeknula priča o splitskom taksistu koji je stranom turistu prijevoz od hotela "Radisson Blue Resort" do aerodroma naplatio vrtoglavih 900 kuna.

- Pitao sam u hotelu koliko će me prijevoz doći, rekli su oko 300 do 350 kuna. Uzeli smo vožnju, kako je ispalo s ilegalnim taksistom - naplatio nam je više od 900 kuna i ostavio nas na autobusnoj stanici kod aerodroma umjesto na terminalu.

Nije nam problem platiti, ali ne bih želio da se takva stvar dogodi našoj djeci. Hrvatska je odlična zemlja, ljudi su odlični, Split je predivan, ali izbjegavajte ilegalne taksiste - poručio je, među ostalim, ovaj turist u videu koji na platformi YouTube ima već blizu 137 tisuća pregleda.

'Dobro je i prošao'

Upravo smo nedavno o problemu proizvoljne naplate taksi-prijevoza razgovarali s predsjednikom Ceha prijevoznika pri Udruženju obrtnika grada Splita Milivojem Topićem. Problem je, kako je kazao, u Zakonu o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu koji je uveo liberalizaciju taksi-tržišta, ali bez ikakve kontrole.

- Dobro je i prošao. Nažalost, s ovakvim zakonom je sve moguće, kaos je na ulicama, kontrole nema. Imamo apsurdnu situaciju da se ministrica turizma Nikolina Brnjac hvali da se za svakoga gosta bori rukama i nogama da ga dovuče u Hrvatsku, a s druge strane ministar prometa Oleg Butković dopušta ovakav zakon koji donosi kaos i nered.

Takoa na ulicama imamo ljude koji voze jer drugog prihoda nemaju, one koji su uzeli auto od mame i tate i voze za džeparac, ali i one kojima su ispričali da se tu vrte milijuni. Eto takvi turistima naplaćuju nenormalne iznose.

Ovaj je gospodin imao hrabrost snimiti i objaviti video preko kojega će u cijelom svijetu vidjeti kakva situacija vlada kod nas, ali takvih slučajeva imamo svaki dan. Ja imam saznanja o puno gorim stvarima, ali ne mogu o njima govoriti jer nije uhvaćeno na snimci - kaže Topić.

Upozorava da je zbog neuređene situacije na ovom području ugrožena i sigurnost u prometu.

Ugrožena sigurnost

- Sigurnost prometa je maksimalno ugrožena, zbog čega su i auto- osiguranja građanima poskupjela za sto posto. Sad vam je potrebna veća kvalifikacija za vožnju kamiona pijeska nego za četiri ljudska života u automobilu, pa dolazimo do situacije da gotovo svaki dan imamo nesreće, vozači tih taksija spavaju na autobusnim stanicama u automobilima, sve iz nekakve priče o masnoj zaradi. Ali to što rade nije zarada, nego pljačka - oštar je Topić.

Upitali smo ga postoji li nekakav način da se ovakvi slučajevi spriječe ili sankcioniraju.

- Moram se nasmijati, jer on je vožnju odradio zakonito. On radi na nekoj od aplikacija i ne izdaje fiskalne račune, izdaje ih platforma registrirana u drugoj državi. Vozač je stavio tu tarifu i odlučio tako naplatiti.

Dobro je gospodin iz videa i prošao, mogao mu je naplatiti i dvije ili pet tisuća kuna. Da bude u skladu sa zakonom, dovoljno je da vozač ima cjenik sa svojom ovjerom u automobilu - kaže Topić.

Za kraj naglašava da se ceh ne bori za ukidanje liberalizacije, već za bolju regulaciju.

- Želimo da ljudi rade svoj posao sukladno zakonu. Ministarstvo je trebalo napraviti jednu prometnu studiju, odrediti minimalnu i maksimalnu cijenu, pa onaj koji se želi baviti ovim poslom neka se nađe u tom rasponu.

Vi sada imate čovjeka koji vas u jednom trenutku na istoj relaciji vozi za 20 kuna, a već sljedeći trenutak za stotinu ili tisuću - napominje Topić.
