Predsjednik Zoran Milanović, idemo to blago kazati, opet ne bira riječi. Isprovociran situacijom oko izbora predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, jučer mu se na tapetu našao i ministar uprave i pravosuđa Ivan Malenica, kojega je nazvao "Mali Malenica".
Milanović je Malenici poručio da "dijeli lekcije iz prava, a predaje pravo u Šibeniku komunalnim radnicima" i još prisnažio da je na Pantovčak došao "njuškati" situaciju oko izbora šefa Vrhovnog suda.
Na koje je to komunalne radnike Milanović mislio? Zapravo se narugao sa studentima Veleučilišta u Šibeniku, na kojem je Malenica bio dekan i profesor na kolegijima Upravno pravo i Upravno procesno pravo prije nego je došao u Ministarstvo.
Malenica nije posebno odgovarao na ovu Milanovićevu opasku, kazao je samo kako se ne bi spuštao na njegovu razinu i da su mu "oni koji ustraju na poštivanju zakona predsjednikovi neprijatelji".
Međutim, Milanoviću nije ostala dužna Dijana Radovniković, studentica Računovodstva i financija na Sveučilišnom odjelu za stručne studije u Splitu, koja uz to, studira i odnose s javnošću u Zagrebu. Ujedno je i predstavnica Inicijative Stop diskriminaciji studenata stručnih studija, koja okuplja 12 760 studenata.. Milanoviću je poručila da se srami i osudila njegovu izjavu o studentima stručnih studija, koje je posprdno nazivao "komunalnim radnicima".

Uputila je Uredu predsjednika RH i dopis u ime studentske inicijative "300=300" koja okuplja studente stručnih studija u borbi protiv diskriminacije. Evo što mu je napisala:
- Oštro osuđujemo i zgroženi smo izjavom Predsjednika, koji je u medijskom istupu posprdno nazvao studente stručnih studija "komunalnim radnicima". Smatramo da kao građani Republike Hrvatske ne zaslužujemo takav tretman, pogotovo ako se radi o visokom dužnosniku koji bi trebao biti predsjednik svih građana, pa tako i naš. Pitamo se kako zaustaviti diskriminaciju i predrasude, kada osoba tolikog utjecaja u javnom životu kao što je Predsjednik se odnosi prema studentima na ovakav način.
Iz tih razloga, smatramo da se Predsjednik treba javno ispričati svim studenticama i studentima stručnih studija koje je uvrijedio ovakvim načinom govora. Osobno ne mislim da je imao lošu namjeru nego njegovu izjavu smatram nepromišljenom i ishitrenom, pa stoga mislim da bi to trebao i dokazati priznanjem greške i isprikom te time poslati jasnu poruku cjelokupnoj javnosti o sprječavanju diskriminacije u Republici Hrvatskoj - napisala je Radovniković, te izrazila nadu da će Milanović ipak "postupiti ispravno i u interesu svih građana RH".
Hoćemo li doživjeti da se Zoran Milanović javno ispriča? Tim više što je prije samo nekoliko mjeseci lijepo primio predstavnike ove Inicijative koja se bori protiv diskrimacije studenata stručnih studija.

Dekan Damir Jugo: Želim vjerovati da će se predsjednik ispričati
Izjavu predsjednika Milanovića koji je studente Veleučilišta u Šibeniku nazvao komunalnim radnicima osudio je i predsjednik Vijeća veleučilišta i visokih škola doc. dr. sc. Damir Jugo, ujedno i dekan Edward Bernays Visoke škole za komunikacijski menadžment
- Svjestan sam da je ona dana usred političke polemike predsjednika i ministra pravosuđa, ali ovako formulirana izjava je ne samo neoprezna, već i neprimjena i nekorektna prema Veleučilištu u Šibeniku, njegovim studentima, ali i studentima stručnih studija općenito. Želim vjerovati da će se predsjednik ispričati ili ispraviti, posebno s obzirom da je u tijeku rasprave o Zakonu o hrvatskom kvalifikacijskom okviru dao javnu podršku studentima stručnih studija - kazao nam je Jugo.

Predsjednik Zoran Milanović, idemo to blago kazati, opet ne bira riječi. Isprovociran situacijom oko izbora predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, jučer mu se na tapetu našao i ministar uprave i pravosuđa Ivan Malenica, kojega je nazvao "Mali Malenica".
Milanović je Malenici poručio da "dijeli lekcije iz prava, a predaje pravo u Šibeniku komunalnim radnicima" i još prisnažio da je na Pantovčak došao "njuškati" situaciju oko izbora šefa Vrhovnog suda.
Na koje je to komunalne radnike Milanović mislio? Zapravo se narugao sa studentima Veleučilišta u Šibeniku, na kojem je Malenica bio dekan i profesor na kolegijima Upravno pravo i Upravno procesno pravo prije nego je došao u Ministarstvo.
Malenica nije posebno odgovarao na ovu Milanovićevu opasku, kazao je samo kako se ne bi spuštao na njegovu razinu i da su mu "oni koji ustraju na poštivanju zakona predsjednikovi neprijatelji".
Međutim, Milanoviću nije ostala dužna Dijana Radovniković, studentica Računovodstva i financija na Sveučilišnom odjelu za stručne studije u Splitu, koja uz to, studira i odnose s javnošću u Zagrebu. Ujedno je i predstavnica Inicijative Stop diskriminaciji studenata stručnih studija, koja okuplja 12 760 studenata.. Milanoviću je poručila da se srami i osudila njegovu izjavu o studentima stručnih studija, koje je posprdno nazivao "komunalnim radnicima".

Uputila je Uredu predsjednika RH i dopis u ime studentske inicijative "300=300" koja okuplja studente stručnih studija u borbi protiv diskriminacije. Evo što mu je napisala:
- Oštro osuđujemo i zgroženi smo izjavom Predsjednika, koji je u medijskom istupu posprdno nazvao studente stručnih studija "komunalnim radnicima". Smatramo da kao građani Republike Hrvatske ne zaslužujemo takav tretman, pogotovo ako se radi o visokom dužnosniku koji bi trebao biti predsjednik svih građana, pa tako i naš. Pitamo se kako zaustaviti diskriminaciju i predrasude, kada osoba tolikog utjecaja u javnom životu kao što je Predsjednik se odnosi prema studentima na ovakav način.
Iz tih razloga, smatramo da se Predsjednik treba javno ispričati svim studenticama i studentima stručnih studija koje je uvrijedio ovakvim načinom govora. Osobno ne mislim da je imao lošu namjeru nego njegovu izjavu smatram nepromišljenom i ishitrenom, pa stoga mislim da bi to trebao i dokazati priznanjem greške i isprikom te time poslati jasnu poruku cjelokupnoj javnosti o sprječavanju diskriminacije u Republici Hrvatskoj - napisala je Radovniković, te izrazila nadu da će Milanović ipak "postupiti ispravno i u interesu svih građana RH".
Hoćemo li doživjeti da se Zoran Milanović javno ispriča? Tim više što je prije samo nekoliko mjeseci lijepo primio predstavnike ove Inicijative koja se bori protiv diskrimacije studenata stručnih studija.

Dekan Damir Jugo: Želim vjerovati da će se predsjednik ispričati
Izjavu predsjednika Milanovića koji je studente Veleučilišta u Šibeniku nazvao komunalnim radnicima osudio je i predsjednik Vijeća veleučilišta i visokih škola doc. dr. sc. Damir Jugo, ujedno i dekan Edward Bernays Visoke škole za komunikacijski menadžment
- Svjestan sam da je ona dana usred političke polemike predsjednika i ministra pravosuđa, ali ovako formulirana izjava je ne samo neoprezna, već i neprimjena i nekorektna prema Veleučilištu u Šibeniku, njegovim studentima, ali i studentima stručnih studija općenito. Želim vjerovati da će se predsjednik ispričati ili ispraviti, posebno s obzirom da je u tijeku rasprave o Zakonu o hrvatskom kvalifikacijskom okviru dao javnu podršku studentima stručnih studija - kazao nam je Jugo.
