Gužva na splitskoj Peškariji jučer nije iznenadila nikoga s obzirom na činjenicu kako je ipak bio prvi korizmeni petak. No, ono što je iznenadilo Splićane je cijena srdele! Tražilo se naime 30 kuna za kilo.

Uskomešali su se građani, komentirali i negodovali. Mnogi su se pitali zašto je srdela tako mala, tko je kriv za to, ali opet su je tražili i opet su je kupili. Splitska posla!

Facebook stranica "Splitska peškarija", iza koje stoji prodavač Siniša Beroš, svakodnevno objavljuje stanje na peškariji, slike i informacije. 

Zbog jučerašnje situacije oko srdela, Siniša je imao potrebu detaljno objasniti način lova srdele i sve probleme s kojima se ribari susreću, a mi smo odlučili iz prve ruke dobiti prave informacije.

- Ma nije ovo prvi put da je srdela ovako mala. Objašnjenje je jednostavno – nije joj stađun. Pravi stađun je u petom misecu i trenutna situacija nije ništa čudno. Sada je srdela bila u lovostaju dva mjeseca i svi su mislili da će narasti, ali samo je došlo do porasta njenog broja, objašnjava nam Siniša.

Dodaje kako svi misle da rješenje leži u tome da se njen izlov zabrani na dvije godine.

- Treba 20 glava sjest za isti stol i dogovoriti se što i kako, jer i da se zabrani izlov srdele ništa se nova ne bi dogodilo. Moja pretpostavka je da se srdela brani brojnošću, a izlov i veliki izvoz koji se događao posljednjih deset godina učinio je svoje. Evo, danas je njena cijena 20 kuna kilogram, a nađe su unutra oko 45 srdela, govori nam Siniša.

Neki građani misle da na Peškariju stiže mala srdela jer se one velike probiru i daju restoranima ili slično, ali Siniša kaže kako to nije u potpunosti točno, jer riba je sada jednostavno te veličine.

Razlog jučerašnje veće cijene srdele je lako naći u ponudi i potražnji, ali i činjenici kako se po nju išlo u Zadar.

- Ljudi moraju shvatiti da ribari imaju svoje troškove, kredite za brodove i mreže, a svaki brod ima oko 150 radnih dana što znači da ostalih 210 dana miruju.

Svugdje u svijetu postoji burza ribe, samo se u nas ne zna što je to. Na primjer, raža u Italiji u jednom trenutku košta dva eura, a u drugom 20 eura i to je njima najnormalnije. Kod nas se odmah diže panika ako je cijena srdele 30 kuna, kao da im je neko opalio peščurinu – ističe Siniša.

Osvrnuo se i na švercere koje svi spominju.

- Šverceri kod nas ne postoje, zadnji takav je Matan iz "Prosjaka i sinova". Nema ribara koji sam prodaje ribu, već naši s peškarije kupe u njih i prodaju, ali to nije šverc već trgovina, za kraj nam govori Siniša.

Gužva na splitskoj Peškariji jučer nije iznenadila nikoga s obzirom na činjenicu kako je ipak bio prvi korizmeni petak. No, ono što je iznenadilo Splićane je cijena srdele! Tražilo se naime 30 kuna za kilo.

Uskomešali su se građani, komentirali i negodovali. Mnogi su se pitali zašto je srdela tako mala, tko je kriv za to, ali opet su je tražili i opet su je kupili. Splitska posla!

Facebook stranica "Splitska peškarija", iza koje stoji prodavač Siniša Beroš, svakodnevno objavljuje stanje na peškariji, slike i informacije. 

Zbog jučerašnje situacije oko srdela, Siniša je imao potrebu detaljno objasniti način lova srdele i sve probleme s kojima se ribari susreću, a mi smo odlučili iz prve ruke dobiti prave informacije.

- Ma nije ovo prvi put da je srdela ovako mala. Objašnjenje je jednostavno – nije joj stađun. Pravi stađun je u petom misecu i trenutna situacija nije ništa čudno. Sada je srdela bila u lovostaju dva mjeseca i svi su mislili da će narasti, ali samo je došlo do porasta njenog broja, objašnjava nam Siniša.

Dodaje kako svi misle da rješenje leži u tome da se njen izlov zabrani na dvije godine.

- Treba 20 glava sjest za isti stol i dogovoriti se što i kako, jer i da se zabrani izlov srdele ništa se nova ne bi dogodilo. Moja pretpostavka je da se srdela brani brojnošću, a izlov i veliki izvoz koji se događao posljednjih deset godina učinio je svoje. Evo, danas je njena cijena 20 kuna kilogram, a nađe su unutra oko 45 srdela, govori nam Siniša.

Neki građani misle da na Peškariju stiže mala srdela jer se one velike probiru i daju restoranima ili slično, ali Siniša kaže kako to nije u potpunosti točno, jer riba je sada jednostavno te veličine.

Razlog jučerašnje veće cijene srdele je lako naći u ponudi i potražnji, ali i činjenici kako se po nju išlo u Zadar.

- Ljudi moraju shvatiti da ribari imaju svoje troškove, kredite za brodove i mreže, a svaki brod ima oko 150 radnih dana što znači da ostalih 210 dana miruju.

Svugdje u svijetu postoji burza ribe, samo se u nas ne zna što je to. Na primjer, raža u Italiji u jednom trenutku košta dva eura, a u drugom 20 eura i to je njima najnormalnije. Kod nas se odmah diže panika ako je cijena srdele 30 kuna, kao da im je neko opalio peščurinu – ističe Siniša.

Osvrnuo se i na švercere koje svi spominju.

- Šverceri kod nas ne postoje, zadnji takav je Matan iz "Prosjaka i sinova". Nema ribara koji sam prodaje ribu, već naši s peškarije kupe u njih i prodaju, ali to nije šverc već trgovina, za kraj nam govori Siniša.
