Na Institutu oceaonografije, na punti Marjana, prošli se mjesec rekonstruirao mul. Pritom, iako je po Zaključku o prometovanju splitskim brdom, kojeg je - sukladno predizbornom obećanju - aktivirala upravo trenutna gradska uprava, vožnja dopuštena jedino osobama koje posjeduju valjanu vinjetu te vozilima javnog gradskog prijevoza.
To pravilo je, ovom prigodom, bilo prekršeno, kako navode naši provjereni izvori koji su se javili redakciji "Slobodne Dalmacije", na taj način nam dodavši ovu vruću šišku.
Naime - tvrdi naš dobro upućeni izvor - iako se gorljivo zalagao da se spomenuti Zaključak poštuje, dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević, u kooperaciji s novim ravnateljem Javne ustanove Markom Pejnovićem, je "trgovao utjecajem" i "mobingirao" glavnog čuvara prirode i voditelja nadzorne službe u PŠM Marjana Gavrančića, u namjeri da ovaj postupi suprotno Zaključku i zanemari kamion(e) koje, sukladno odrednicama propisa na snazi, nije smio propustiti, jer nisu imali potrebne papire za ulazak unutar zaštićenog područja.
Nakon što je, kažu nam, Gavrančić odbio postupiti suprotno pravilima, Ivošević i Pejnović ga grupno maltretiraju putem mobitela, pritom koristeći "pogrdne i drske riječi" te "visoki ton, neprimjeren u razgovorima s kolegama". Pošto ga nisu uspjeli slomiti, odlučili su samostalno poduzeti zamišljene korake i tako nelegalno propustiti kamion(e) u Park šumu.

Zbog ovakvog (ne)profesionalnog i (ne)ljudskog odnošaja, Gavrančić je bio primoran uzeti bolovanje i tako se pridružiti čitavom ostatku Službe nadzora jer, kako znamo, svi su oni već na bolovanju, a zaštićeno područje bez ijednog čuvara prirode. Je li ovo primjer uspješno odrađene sistematizacije, čitatelji će procijeniti sami.
Kao rezultat ove situacije, ali i nekih prethodnih, glavni čuvar prirode Gavrančić se nalazi pred otkazom te mu, navodno, upravo teče rok da se očituje o spomenutim događajima. Zbog ovoga, ako dobije otkaz, Javnoj ustanovi prijeti potencijalni radni spor, kao i mogući dodatni troškovi koji će se morati platiti u vidu odštete. Dodatno, nije isključena ni opcija presude po kojoj se naređuje da se Gavrančića vrati nazad na posao.

- Dakle, ova uprava, kao i prošla na čelu sa v.d. ravnateljem Stipom Mušurom, kontinuirano šteti proračunu firme i nezakonito posluje, a ljude mobingiraja i tjera, opet protuzakonito. Zaključak o prometovanju unutar zaštićenog područja se strogo mora poštivati, osim ako ga krši vertikala Ivošević-Pejnović-Mušura - govori nam izvor.
Također, navodi kako je JU Park šuma Marjan, dobila mišljenje Ministarstva u kojem u nizu točaka konstatiraju kako je Zaključak o prometovanju unutar zaštićenog područja PŠM donesen protivan zakonskim odredbama i proceduri.
Kako bismo potvrdili - ili opovrgli - ove navode, obratili smo se ravnatelju Park šume Marku Pejnoviću. Komunikacija se odvijala putem maila na koji je - na naše zadovoljstvo - odgovoreno u roku par sati.
Pošto je ravnateljeve odgovore uvriježenim novinarskim tehnikama problematično adekvatno dočarati za temu zainteresiranom čitatelju, primorani smo objaviti našu korespondenciju u njenoj...punini.

- U službi nadzora je pet čuvara prirode od kojih su svi na bolovanju, dok od motritelja su tri djelatnika na bolovanju. Zato jer Zakon o radu to dopušta, a otvaranje bolovanja je u nadležnosti liječnika opće prakse.

Možete li potvrditi da je gospodin Gavrančić pred otkazom te kako mu teče rok da se očituje? Ako da, kako procjenjujete vjerojatnost da, nakon potencijalnog radnog spora, se stvore dodatni troškovi koje će Javna ustanova morati platiti u vidu odštete, pa da čak bude naređen i njegov povratak na poziciju?

Navodno je JU PŠM dobila mišljenje Ministarstva u kojem u nizu točaka konstatiraju kako je Zaključak o prometovanju unutar zaštićenog područja PŠM donesen i stavljen NN protivno zakonskim odredbama i proceduri samog donošenja istog. Možete li se očitovati o ovome?

Na Institutu oceaonografije, na punti Marjana, prošli se mjesec rekonstruirao mul. Pritom, iako je po Zaključku o prometovanju splitskim brdom, kojeg je - sukladno predizbornom obećanju - aktivirala upravo trenutna gradska uprava, vožnja dopuštena jedino osobama koje posjeduju valjanu vinjetu te vozilima javnog gradskog prijevoza.
To pravilo je, ovom prigodom, bilo prekršeno, kako navode naši provjereni izvori koji su se javili redakciji "Slobodne Dalmacije", na taj način nam dodavši ovu vruću šišku.
Naime - tvrdi naš dobro upućeni izvor - iako se gorljivo zalagao da se spomenuti Zaključak poštuje, dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević, u kooperaciji s novim ravnateljem Javne ustanove Markom Pejnovićem, je "trgovao utjecajem" i "mobingirao" glavnog čuvara prirode i voditelja nadzorne službe u PŠM Marjana Gavrančića, u namjeri da ovaj postupi suprotno Zaključku i zanemari kamion(e) koje, sukladno odrednicama propisa na snazi, nije smio propustiti, jer nisu imali potrebne papire za ulazak unutar zaštićenog područja.
Nakon što je, kažu nam, Gavrančić odbio postupiti suprotno pravilima, Ivošević i Pejnović ga grupno maltretiraju putem mobitela, pritom koristeći "pogrdne i drske riječi" te "visoki ton, neprimjeren u razgovorima s kolegama". Pošto ga nisu uspjeli slomiti, odlučili su samostalno poduzeti zamišljene korake i tako nelegalno propustiti kamion(e) u Park šumu.

Zbog ovakvog (ne)profesionalnog i (ne)ljudskog odnošaja, Gavrančić je bio primoran uzeti bolovanje i tako se pridružiti čitavom ostatku Službe nadzora jer, kako znamo, svi su oni već na bolovanju, a zaštićeno područje bez ijednog čuvara prirode. Je li ovo primjer uspješno odrađene sistematizacije, čitatelji će procijeniti sami.
Kao rezultat ove situacije, ali i nekih prethodnih, glavni čuvar prirode Gavrančić se nalazi pred otkazom te mu, navodno, upravo teče rok da se očituje o spomenutim događajima. Zbog ovoga, ako dobije otkaz, Javnoj ustanovi prijeti potencijalni radni spor, kao i mogući dodatni troškovi koji će se morati platiti u vidu odštete. Dodatno, nije isključena ni opcija presude po kojoj se naređuje da se Gavrančića vrati nazad na posao.

- Dakle, ova uprava, kao i prošla na čelu sa v.d. ravnateljem Stipom Mušurom, kontinuirano šteti proračunu firme i nezakonito posluje, a ljude mobingiraja i tjera, opet protuzakonito. Zaključak o prometovanju unutar zaštićenog područja se strogo mora poštivati, osim ako ga krši vertikala Ivošević-Pejnović-Mušura - govori nam izvor.
Također, navodi kako je JU Park šuma Marjan, dobila mišljenje Ministarstva u kojem u nizu točaka konstatiraju kako je Zaključak o prometovanju unutar zaštićenog područja PŠM donesen protivan zakonskim odredbama i proceduri.
Kako bismo potvrdili - ili opovrgli - ove navode, obratili smo se ravnatelju Park šume Marku Pejnoviću. Komunikacija se odvijala putem maila na koji je - na naše zadovoljstvo - odgovoreno u roku par sati.
Pošto je ravnateljeve odgovore uvriježenim novinarskim tehnikama problematično adekvatno dočarati za temu zainteresiranom čitatelju, primorani smo objaviti našu korespondenciju u njenoj...punini.
