U zgradi Splitsko-dalmatinske županije u srijedu je predstavljena web platforma Cro Care putem koje će turisti u par klikova saznati gdje i kako doći do centra za testiranje za koronavirus, prijaviti svoje zdravstveno stanje, ali i kontaktirati svoje veleposlanstvo i sve žurne službe koje su im potrebne.

- Ovo je jedna u nizu aktivnosti Stožera civilne zaštite Splitsko-dalmatinske županije kako bi našim gostima, kako stranima tako i domaćima olakšali boravak kod nas.

Web platforma je značajan iskorak jer će naši gosti sve informacije imati na jednom mjestu, a važno je za naglasiti kako je riječ o domaćoj splitskoj pameti, rekao je na početku predstavljanja Damir Gabrić, novi načelnik županijskog stožera.

Dejan Grepo, direktor webLAB-a objasnio je način funkcioniranja web platforme Cro Care. 

- Platforma korisniku omogućava lakše pronalaženje svih hitnih službi, od bolnica, ambasada do Covid centara za testiranje na području naše županije.

Popis centara za testiranje trenutno je dostupan samo u PDF ili Excel obliku što nije praktično za korištenje i snalaženje naših gostiju.

Sustav funkcionira tako da platforma automatski prepoznaje korisnikovu trenutnu lokaciju i po tome mu prikazuje najbliže lokacije hitnih službi i njihove kontakte, a može koristiti i navigaciju ili ispuniti potrebne formulare, objasnio je Grepo.

Platforma trenutno sadrži 30 lokacija za testiranje, 25 ambasada odnosno konzulata te devet Domova zdravlja i bolnica na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.  

- Sustav se može nadograditi prema potrebama korisnika te je moguće dodati primjerice lokacije ljekarni ili policijskih postaja, a također korisnici imaju i tipku za hitne pozive preko koje u sekundi mogu nazvati službu koja im je potrebna.

Aplikacija automatski prepoznaje korisnikovo govorno područje te im pruža sve informacije na njihovom jeziku. Važno je za istaknuti kako će sam sustav osiguravati važnu statistiku odnosno što se korisnici prema državama tražili što će uvelike pomoći za pripremu za sljedeću sezonu, kazao je Grepo. 

Joško Stella, direktor Turističke zajednice Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je istaknuo kako im je cilj što više unaprijediti aplikaciju, ali i proširiti je na ostale dalmatinske županije. 

- Trenutno radimo na unaprjeđenju aplikacije kako bi što više potrebnih informacija bilo uključeno. Goste upućujemo na korištenje platforme i za sada su prve reakcije odlične i svi su zadovoljni.

Ovom platformom se sigurnost digla na novi nivo. Od početka godine pa do prije par dana imamo preko 75 posto više noćenja što je veliki napredak u odnosu na prošli godinu. Ako situacija bude epidemiološki prihvatljiva mislim da ćemo imati odlučnu turističku sezonu, za kraj je kazao Stella.

U zgradi Splitsko-dalmatinske županije u srijedu je predstavljena web platforma Cro Care putem koje će turisti u par klikova saznati gdje i kako doći do centra za testiranje za koronavirus, prijaviti svoje zdravstveno stanje, ali i kontaktirati svoje veleposlanstvo i sve žurne službe koje su im potrebne.

- Ovo je jedna u nizu aktivnosti Stožera civilne zaštite Splitsko-dalmatinske županije kako bi našim gostima, kako stranima tako i domaćima olakšali boravak kod nas.

Web platforma je značajan iskorak jer će naši gosti sve informacije imati na jednom mjestu, a važno je za naglasiti kako je riječ o domaćoj splitskoj pameti, rekao je na početku predstavljanja Damir Gabrić, novi načelnik županijskog stožera.

Dejan Grepo, direktor webLAB-a objasnio je način funkcioniranja web platforme Cro Care. 

- Platforma korisniku omogućava lakše pronalaženje svih hitnih službi, od bolnica, ambasada do Covid centara za testiranje na području naše županije.

Popis centara za testiranje trenutno je dostupan samo u PDF ili Excel obliku što nije praktično za korištenje i snalaženje naših gostiju.

Sustav funkcionira tako da platforma automatski prepoznaje korisnikovu trenutnu lokaciju i po tome mu prikazuje najbliže lokacije hitnih službi i njihove kontakte, a može koristiti i navigaciju ili ispuniti potrebne formulare, objasnio je Grepo.

Platforma trenutno sadrži 30 lokacija za testiranje, 25 ambasada odnosno konzulata te devet Domova zdravlja i bolnica na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.  

- Sustav se može nadograditi prema potrebama korisnika te je moguće dodati primjerice lokacije ljekarni ili policijskih postaja, a također korisnici imaju i tipku za hitne pozive preko koje u sekundi mogu nazvati službu koja im je potrebna.

Aplikacija automatski prepoznaje korisnikovo govorno područje te im pruža sve informacije na njihovom jeziku. Važno je za istaknuti kako će sam sustav osiguravati važnu statistiku odnosno što se korisnici prema državama tražili što će uvelike pomoći za pripremu za sljedeću sezonu, kazao je Grepo. 

Joško Stella, direktor Turističke zajednice Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je istaknuo kako im je cilj što više unaprijediti aplikaciju, ali i proširiti je na ostale dalmatinske županije. 

- Trenutno radimo na unaprjeđenju aplikacije kako bi što više potrebnih informacija bilo uključeno. Goste upućujemo na korištenje platforme i za sada su prve reakcije odlične i svi su zadovoljni.

Ovom platformom se sigurnost digla na novi nivo. Od početka godine pa do prije par dana imamo preko 75 posto više noćenja što je veliki napredak u odnosu na prošli godinu. Ako situacija bude epidemiološki prihvatljiva mislim da ćemo imati odlučnu turističku sezonu, za kraj je kazao Stella.
