Još sedam tvrtki iz "Brodosplitova" kombinata upravo je dozrelo za stečaj: blokirane su dulje od 120 dana zbog neplaćanja dospjelih dugova, što je zakonski nužan razlog da Fina po službenoj dužnosti uputi Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka.

Nije to neka novost u poslovanju škverskih poduzeća, čiji vlasnik je DIV grupa, Tomislava Debeljaka. Neplaćanje dobavljača i drugih vjerovnika, dugovi za poreze i doprinose, kašnjenja s isplatom plaća... sve to jako opterećuje splitske navoze i sve koji su u vezi s njima.

Probleme s likvidnošću prvi put u javnosti priznao je i sam Debeljak. Njegova služba za odnose s javnošću u splitskoj uvali Supaval dugo ne odgovara na pitanja "Slobodne Dalmacije", ali vlasnik se oglasio u poslovnom.hr.

Evo što kaže o plaćama:

"Od početka su nam najvažniji kvalitetni, vrijedni i pošteni radnici. Na početku je bilo svega, no s vremenom smo izgradili 'Brodosplit obitelj' gdje više gotovo da i nemamo nekvalitetnih radnika, te su neto prosječna primanja od 8,5 tisuća kuna i premala za naše planove. Cilj nam je povećanje plaća, da svi skupa budemo na razini kao i prvih 10 posto trenutnih radnika. Tako, na primjer, najbolji zavarivači s oko 200 sati rada mjesečno imaju neto preko 11.000 kuna za rad u škveru, a ako je rad terenski, onda ta primanja mogu doseći i 25.000 kuna."

Plaće kasnile

Međutim, plaće su ove godine znale biti i smanjivane, a nerijetko su kasnile. Metalac može zaraditi 25.000 kuna mjesečno, ali može i 10. prosinca još ne vidjeti ni kune za odrađeni listopad. Kako čujemo, priličan broj zaposlenih, pogotovo u većim škverskim društvima, još nije dobio bušte za deseti mjesec, a iz nekih pogona zdvojni radnici nekidan su se jednostavno pokupili i otišli kući. Tako barem sami javljaju po društvenim mrežama i grupama.

Vratimo se blokadama i stečajevima. U spomenutoj novoj turi od sedam društava pred bankrotom radi 320 radnika. To su: "Skelarski radovi", "Optimizacija i ekologija", "Brodosplit-trgovina", "Strojna obrada materijala", "Privremena energetika", "Transportna sredstva" i "Trup-inženjering". Javni servisi govore i da svi navedeni duguju porez i doprinose.

Kada prispjeloj navedenoj sedmorci dodamo još sedam škverskih poduzeća s oko 700 zaposlenih, koja već otprije čekaju u predstečajnom hodniku trgovačkih sudova i zbog istih razloga – neplaćanja računa sada već gotovo pet mjeseci – dolazimo do ukupno 14 Debeljakovih firmi na rubu bankrota.

O tih prvih sedam već smo pisali: "Brodosplit-montaža”, "Brodosplit-čelik", "Opremanje plovnih objekata", "Čišćenje objekata", "Boja-trup", "Oblaganje" i "Efficient Powerful Successful", koja zapošljava strane radnike.

Sve zajedno tisuću brodograditelja, što je barem polovina ukupno zaposlenih u škveru, sa zebnjom čeka što će biti s njima, poslom, plaćama i tvrtkama.

Radi boljeg uvida, Debeljakov splitski kombinat rascijepan je u pedesetak poduzeća. Trećina je, kako rekosmo, pred stečajem, ali broje polovinu svih radnika, a ukupno blokiranih je tridesetak – od jednog do 150 dana blokade – s najmanje 30 milijuna kuna nepodmirenih obveza.

Trgovački sudovi imaju rok od 60 dana za odluku o sudbini škverskih društava, a Debeljak obično to vrijeme iskoristi da poplaća goruće račune i deblokira najugroženija poduzeća. I tako ukrug.

Dobit dioničarima

"Brodosplit" je lani dioničarima, a Debeljak ima gotovo 100 posto portfelja, donio neto dobit od gotovo 150 milijuna kuna. A godinu prije toga blizu 50 milijuna kuna. Proljetos je HBOR, državna razvojna banka, "Brodosplitu" dao kredit od 250 milijuna kuna za likvidnost. I tada su ista ili slična škverska društva bila pred bankrotom. Baš kao i sada. Nekidan je Vlada odlučila škveru dati još 40 milijuna kuna za ophodne brodove za HRM, jer su u međuvremenu – od prekoračenih rokova isporuke do danas – poskupjeli rad, energenti i materijali.

Pritisnuti dijelom javnosti, zbog golemog javnog novca usmjerenog u uvalu splitskih metalaca, ministarstva koja prate škver i Debeljak kažu da je za sve kriva pandemija.

Evo Debeljaka iz poslovnog.hr:

"Istina je da trenutno imamo problem likvidnosti, i to zbog posljedica Covid pandemije koja je utjecala na brojne aspekte poslovanja: prolongiranje ugovaranja novih poslova, smanjenje obujma proizvodnje zbog usporavanja dinamike projekata u tijeku, a s tim i prihoda, kao i poremećaja u lancima opskrbe i povezanog nepovoljnog utjecaja na produktivnosti i učinkovitost te poskupljenja repromaterijala i energije."

No, "pred nama je optimistična i obećavajuća budućnost koja nam pruža priliku da se pozicioniramo kao jedno od najboljih svjetskih brodogradilišta".

Kaže da su potpisali ugovore za tri nova brodograđevna projekta ukupne vrijednosti veće od 300 milijuna eura, te tri opcijska ugovora. No, ne smije još o detaljima, u pitanju je poslovna tajna.

Još sedam tvrtki iz "Brodosplitova" kombinata upravo je dozrelo za stečaj: blokirane su dulje od 120 dana zbog neplaćanja dospjelih dugova, što je zakonski nužan razlog da Fina po službenoj dužnosti uputi Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka.

Nije to neka novost u poslovanju škverskih poduzeća, čiji vlasnik je DIV grupa, Tomislava Debeljaka. Neplaćanje dobavljača i drugih vjerovnika, dugovi za poreze i doprinose, kašnjenja s isplatom plaća... sve to jako opterećuje splitske navoze i sve koji su u vezi s njima.

Probleme s likvidnošću prvi put u javnosti priznao je i sam Debeljak. Njegova služba za odnose s javnošću u splitskoj uvali Supaval dugo ne odgovara na pitanja "Slobodne Dalmacije", ali vlasnik se oglasio u poslovnom.hr.

Evo što kaže o plaćama:

"Od početka su nam najvažniji kvalitetni, vrijedni i pošteni radnici. Na početku je bilo svega, no s vremenom smo izgradili 'Brodosplit obitelj' gdje više gotovo da i nemamo nekvalitetnih radnika, te su neto prosječna primanja od 8,5 tisuća kuna i premala za naše planove. Cilj nam je povećanje plaća, da svi skupa budemo na razini kao i prvih 10 posto trenutnih radnika. Tako, na primjer, najbolji zavarivači s oko 200 sati rada mjesečno imaju neto preko 11.000 kuna za rad u škveru, a ako je rad terenski, onda ta primanja mogu doseći i 25.000 kuna."

Plaće kasnile

Međutim, plaće su ove godine znale biti i smanjivane, a nerijetko su kasnile. Metalac može zaraditi 25.000 kuna mjesečno, ali može i 10. prosinca još ne vidjeti ni kune za odrađeni listopad. Kako čujemo, priličan broj zaposlenih, pogotovo u većim škverskim društvima, još nije dobio bušte za deseti mjesec, a iz nekih pogona zdvojni radnici nekidan su se jednostavno pokupili i otišli kući. Tako barem sami javljaju po društvenim mrežama i grupama.

Vratimo se blokadama i stečajevima. U spomenutoj novoj turi od sedam društava pred bankrotom radi 320 radnika. To su: "Skelarski radovi", "Optimizacija i ekologija", "Brodosplit-trgovina", "Strojna obrada materijala", "Privremena energetika", "Transportna sredstva" i "Trup-inženjering". Javni servisi govore i da svi navedeni duguju porez i doprinose.

Kada prispjeloj navedenoj sedmorci dodamo još sedam škverskih poduzeća s oko 700 zaposlenih, koja već otprije čekaju u predstečajnom hodniku trgovačkih sudova i zbog istih razloga – neplaćanja računa sada već gotovo pet mjeseci – dolazimo do ukupno 14 Debeljakovih firmi na rubu bankrota.

O tih prvih sedam već smo pisali: "Brodosplit-montaža”, "Brodosplit-čelik", "Opremanje plovnih objekata", "Čišćenje objekata", "Boja-trup", "Oblaganje" i "Efficient Powerful Successful", koja zapošljava strane radnike.

Sve zajedno tisuću brodograditelja, što je barem polovina ukupno zaposlenih u škveru, sa zebnjom čeka što će biti s njima, poslom, plaćama i tvrtkama.

Radi boljeg uvida, Debeljakov splitski kombinat rascijepan je u pedesetak poduzeća. Trećina je, kako rekosmo, pred stečajem, ali broje polovinu svih radnika, a ukupno blokiranih je tridesetak – od jednog do 150 dana blokade – s najmanje 30 milijuna kuna nepodmirenih obveza.

Trgovački sudovi imaju rok od 60 dana za odluku o sudbini škverskih društava, a Debeljak obično to vrijeme iskoristi da poplaća goruće račune i deblokira najugroženija poduzeća. I tako ukrug.

Dobit dioničarima

"Brodosplit" je lani dioničarima, a Debeljak ima gotovo 100 posto portfelja, donio neto dobit od gotovo 150 milijuna kuna. A godinu prije toga blizu 50 milijuna kuna. Proljetos je HBOR, državna razvojna banka, "Brodosplitu" dao kredit od 250 milijuna kuna za likvidnost. I tada su ista ili slična škverska društva bila pred bankrotom. Baš kao i sada. Nekidan je Vlada odlučila škveru dati još 40 milijuna kuna za ophodne brodove za HRM, jer su u međuvremenu – od prekoračenih rokova isporuke do danas – poskupjeli rad, energenti i materijali.

Pritisnuti dijelom javnosti, zbog golemog javnog novca usmjerenog u uvalu splitskih metalaca, ministarstva koja prate škver i Debeljak kažu da je za sve kriva pandemija.

Evo Debeljaka iz poslovnog.hr:

"Istina je da trenutno imamo problem likvidnosti, i to zbog posljedica Covid pandemije koja je utjecala na brojne aspekte poslovanja: prolongiranje ugovaranja novih poslova, smanjenje obujma proizvodnje zbog usporavanja dinamike projekata u tijeku, a s tim i prihoda, kao i poremećaja u lancima opskrbe i povezanog nepovoljnog utjecaja na produktivnosti i učinkovitost te poskupljenja repromaterijala i energije."

No, "pred nama je optimistična i obećavajuća budućnost koja nam pruža priliku da se pozicioniramo kao jedno od najboljih svjetskih brodogradilišta".

Kaže da su potpisali ugovore za tri nova brodograđevna projekta ukupne vrijednosti veće od 300 milijuna eura, te tri opcijska ugovora. No, ne smije još o detaljima, u pitanju je poslovna tajna.
