Taman tamo gdje prestaje Riva, a počinje Matejuška postoji jedan dio šetnice koji je ostao zaboravljen od svih. E taman tu je došlo do loma. Razdvojio se kamen, popucalo vezivo, potonuo par centimetara cijeli plato. I opasno se nagnuo. I nije to prvi put.

Ako ćemo biti baš precizni, o istom smo problemu pisali prije sedam godina, dakle u siječnju 2015., pa pet godina prije toga, dakle 2010. Prošlo je, da sumiramo, 12 godina, stanje šetnice svakim danom je sve gore i gore, a ne radi se - ništa.

Kada se uređivala Riva, nije taj dio obale bio u obuhvatu radova, a ista ga je sudbina zadesila i prilikom uređenja Matejuške...  Ostao je taj dio "nigdje", što se sada, protokom godina, itekako vidi.

- Napukli se dio rive nalazi u području koncesije na pomorskom dobru, izdan u svrhu korištenja luke posebne namjene - sportske luke na predjelu Matejuška, kojim upravlja Športsko ribolovno društvo "Lubin".

Do sada nismo zaprimili prijavu kako je došlo do oštećenja rive na predmetnom području. Promptno smo zatražili očitovanje koncesionara kao i sanaciju predmetnog oštećenja, a koju trebaju odraditi u konzultacijama sa Lučkom kapetanijom Split - kazaše nam iz Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo Splitsko – dalmatinske županije.

Tko je nadležan?

Zanimljivo je napomenuti kako smo prilikom zadnja dva pisanja o ovom problemu koji smo naveli odgovore dobivali od Grada Splita, a ne od Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Te 2015. godine izvijestili su nas kako su prilikom radova uređenja Matejuške provedena istraživanja tla te je izrađen elaborat za taj dio Trumbićeve obale.

- Utvrđeno je koji se radovi moraju izvesti u dužini od oko 100 metara, a riječ je o rekonstrukciji obalnog zida, oblaganju nadmorskog zida te rekonstrukciji pločnika. Procijenjena je vrijednost tih radova oko dva i pol milijuna kuna –  pojašnjeno nam je tada iz gradske uprave uz dodatak kako prema uvjetima konzervatora investitor mora izraditi detaljnu snimku postojećeg stanja i ishoditi prethodno odobrenje za radove.

No, nažalost, programom izgradnje objekata i uređaja komunalne infrastrukture 2015. godine nije bila predviđena rekonstrukcija tog dijela Trumbićeve obale te je rečeno da će njezina rekonstrukcija ovisiti o prioritetima i proračunskom novcu.

Taman tamo gdje prestaje Riva, a počinje Matejuška postoji jedan dio šetnice koji je ostao zaboravljen od svih. E taman tu je došlo do loma. Razdvojio se kamen, popucalo vezivo, potonuo par centimetara cijeli plato. I opasno se nagnuo. I nije to prvi put.

Ako ćemo biti baš precizni, o istom smo problemu pisali prije sedam godina, dakle u siječnju 2015., pa pet godina prije toga, dakle 2010. Prošlo je, da sumiramo, 12 godina, stanje šetnice svakim danom je sve gore i gore, a ne radi se - ništa.

Kada se uređivala Riva, nije taj dio obale bio u obuhvatu radova, a ista ga je sudbina zadesila i prilikom uređenja Matejuške...  Ostao je taj dio "nigdje", što se sada, protokom godina, itekako vidi.

- Napukli se dio rive nalazi u području koncesije na pomorskom dobru, izdan u svrhu korištenja luke posebne namjene - sportske luke na predjelu Matejuška, kojim upravlja Športsko ribolovno društvo "Lubin".

Do sada nismo zaprimili prijavu kako je došlo do oštećenja rive na predmetnom području. Promptno smo zatražili očitovanje koncesionara kao i sanaciju predmetnog oštećenja, a koju trebaju odraditi u konzultacijama sa Lučkom kapetanijom Split - kazaše nam iz Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo Splitsko – dalmatinske županije.

Tko je nadležan?

Zanimljivo je napomenuti kako smo prilikom zadnja dva pisanja o ovom problemu koji smo naveli odgovore dobivali od Grada Splita, a ne od Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Te 2015. godine izvijestili su nas kako su prilikom radova uređenja Matejuške provedena istraživanja tla te je izrađen elaborat za taj dio Trumbićeve obale.

- Utvrđeno je koji se radovi moraju izvesti u dužini od oko 100 metara, a riječ je o rekonstrukciji obalnog zida, oblaganju nadmorskog zida te rekonstrukciji pločnika. Procijenjena je vrijednost tih radova oko dva i pol milijuna kuna –  pojašnjeno nam je tada iz gradske uprave uz dodatak kako prema uvjetima konzervatora investitor mora izraditi detaljnu snimku postojećeg stanja i ishoditi prethodno odobrenje za radove.

No, nažalost, programom izgradnje objekata i uređaja komunalne infrastrukture 2015. godine nije bila predviđena rekonstrukcija tog dijela Trumbićeve obale te je rečeno da će njezina rekonstrukcija ovisiti o prioritetima i proračunskom novcu.
