Na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća u starom sazivu koja je održana u travnju ove godine jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bila je davanje suglasnosti "Split parkingu" za dizanje kredita od 60 milijuna kuna kod OTP banke.

Rok otplate kredita bio bi 10 godina, kamatna stopa 0,82 posto bez naknada i jamstava, a ukupan trošak kamate 2,7 milijuna kuna s počekom od godine dana. Ukupan iznos koji bi "Split parking" platio bio bi 62,7 milijuna kuna.

No, kako znamo do te točke nije nikad došlo jer se u međuvremenu raspustilo predstavničko tijelo, odnosno na toj konkretnoj sjednci oporba je srušila kvorum, na idućem zasjedanju Gradskog vijeća zakazanoj za 15. rujna ta je točka nakon gotovo pola godine opet na dnevnom redu, ali s novom ponudom.

Usvoje li vijećnici prijedlog "Split parkinga", krenulo bi se ovog puta u realizaciju kredita u iznosu od osam milijuna eura kod Privredne banke Zagreb d.d. kao najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja, također na rok od 10 godina s godinom počeka.

Godišnja fiksna kamatna stopa iznosila bi 1,874 posto te bi ukupan trošak kamate iznosio 830.429,75 eura. Pretvoreno u kune, to iznosi oko 6,25 milijuna kuna, što je gotovo dva i pol puta više od ponude iz travnja.

Ukupan iznos koji će gradska tvrtka na kraju platiti bio bi 8.830.429,75 eura, odnosno 66,5 milijuna kuna.

Namjena dugoročnog kredita je financiranje izgradnja natkrivenih parkirališta na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj, opremanje i privođenje svrsi natkrivenih parkirališta u Vrančićevoj, Ostravskoj, Tijardovićevoj i Krležinoj ulici te sanacija javnih garaža na Zagorskom putu i u Smiljanićevoj ulici.

Na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća u starom sazivu koja je održana u travnju ove godine jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bila je davanje suglasnosti "Split parkingu" za dizanje kredita od 60 milijuna kuna kod OTP banke.

Rok otplate kredita bio bi 10 godina, kamatna stopa 0,82 posto bez naknada i jamstava, a ukupan trošak kamate 2,7 milijuna kuna s počekom od godine dana. Ukupan iznos koji bi "Split parking" platio bio bi 62,7 milijuna kuna.

No, kako znamo do te točke nije nikad došlo jer se u međuvremenu raspustilo predstavničko tijelo, odnosno na toj konkretnoj sjednci oporba je srušila kvorum, na idućem zasjedanju Gradskog vijeća zakazanoj za 15. rujna ta je točka nakon gotovo pola godine opet na dnevnom redu, ali s novom ponudom.

Usvoje li vijećnici prijedlog "Split parkinga", krenulo bi se ovog puta u realizaciju kredita u iznosu od osam milijuna eura kod Privredne banke Zagreb d.d. kao najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja, također na rok od 10 godina s godinom počeka.

Godišnja fiksna kamatna stopa iznosila bi 1,874 posto te bi ukupan trošak kamate iznosio 830.429,75 eura. Pretvoreno u kune, to iznosi oko 6,25 milijuna kuna, što je gotovo dva i pol puta više od ponude iz travnja.

Ukupan iznos koji će gradska tvrtka na kraju platiti bio bi 8.830.429,75 eura, odnosno 66,5 milijuna kuna.

Namjena dugoročnog kredita je financiranje izgradnja natkrivenih parkirališta na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj, opremanje i privođenje svrsi natkrivenih parkirališta u Vrančićevoj, Ostravskoj, Tijardovićevoj i Krležinoj ulici te sanacija javnih garaža na Zagorskom putu i u Smiljanićevoj ulici.
