Dalmatinska došašća upila su dvi nove tradicije, jedna je katolička, a druga protestantsko-kapitalistička. U našin crkvan slavu se mise zornice, koje su se za razliku od sjevera zemlje, malo di u nas održavale. Ali u Dalmaciji je buđenje u cik zore i odlazak na mise posta hit, crkve su pune. Mi ni adventski vijenac nismo imali, ako ne znate. I to smo uvezli.

Drugo: ovo šta se naziva “Advent” na ulicama, a drugin ričima, lokačina i žderačina na buri, novotarija je koja nas je također skroz obuzela, nema maloga mista u Dalmaciji koje nema “adventska događanja”, karakterizira ih cupkanje na otvorenome uz treš muziku, grilanu spizu, kuvano vino u prahu, vodnu pivu i obojene likere nepoznata sastava.

A bravo, i klizališta, šta je u doba posvemašnje energetske katastrofe odličan primjer štednje i odgovornosti. Arči letriku za led na plus dvadeset, ni važno ko će platit – kako je ona štorija o Bračaninu završavala.

Pardon, imaju ovi poganski adventi i svoju treću stranu medalje: kićenje grada. U slavu potrošnje pomaklo se božićno kićenje skoro na lito. Kad smo tek počeli uvodit ove novitade, kitilo se na svetoga Nikolu, a sad su svi uzbuđeni jer grad još nije okićen. Svit se kupa na Bačvice, a grad bi već triba svitlit u lampicama, plastičnin granama jelki i šarenin balunima.

I onda najtragičnije, sve se hitno i u panici raskićuje na Tri kralja kako slučajno ne bi ostalo na “srpski Božić”. Tako su dva čisto kršćanska doba godine –​ vrime došašća i božićno vrime – svedena na sumanute pijanke i na koncu trčanje da se sve očisti prije “Božića pravoslavnih”, mada katoličko božićno doba završava tek u nedilju iza toga. Zato je i dobro šta još ništa nije okićeno, ništa nismo falili.

Davno prije naših narodnih fešti u Došašću, zateka bi se po gradovima Mitelevrope, posebno u Austriji i Njemačkoj di san prvi put vidija te advente na ulici. Kućice na trgovima posjećivali bi ljudi nakon posla, izili štagod s nogu, popili koje pivo ili vruću čikoladu i išli doma. U deset navečer kućice su zatvarale.

Ništa posebno. Ko je moga mislit da će u nas doseć takve razmjere popularnosti. U nedostatku boljega, na splitske kućice se hodočasti pokazat novu robu, izlazi se tek u deset, jedanajst, skače, piva i dere. Deru se adventaši, a dere i bura.

Ne razumin, ol’ nije lipše sist uteplo nego se smrzavat vanka? Ali onda ne bi to bilo to. Naš se splitski, dalmatinski i mediteranski “Advent” obavezno spominje uz pridjeve “najveći ikad” i “najspektakularniji ikad”. Prigodno. Uvik smo se znali pokazat. Posebno kad su cirkusi u pitanju.

Možda bi Crkva tribala reagirat. Da zatraži zabranu spominjanja imena Adventa u svrhu općeg pijančevanja. Advent je (triba bi bit) najmirnije doba godina za kršćane (a mi smo najveći kršćani i katolici je l’ tako?!), doba meditacije, razmišljanja, vrime razuma i očekivanja dolaska Božjega Sina, maloga Boga, Božića – na ovi svit.

Sve obratno od majmunarija koje činimo, deset puta nabrijanijih od zemalja koje stotinama godinama imaju ta tiha adventska druženja. Ne bi van tija nešto kvarit, ali eto par napomena s kantuna, samo da bi znali di smo i šta činimo od sebe.

Dalmatinska došašća upila su dvi nove tradicije, jedna je katolička, a druga protestantsko-kapitalistička. U našin crkvan slavu se mise zornice, koje su se za razliku od sjevera zemlje, malo di u nas održavale. Ali u Dalmaciji je buđenje u cik zore i odlazak na mise posta hit, crkve su pune. Mi ni adventski vijenac nismo imali, ako ne znate. I to smo uvezli.

Drugo: ovo šta se naziva “Advent” na ulicama, a drugin ričima, lokačina i žderačina na buri, novotarija je koja nas je također skroz obuzela, nema maloga mista u Dalmaciji koje nema “adventska događanja”, karakterizira ih cupkanje na otvorenome uz treš muziku, grilanu spizu, kuvano vino u prahu, vodnu pivu i obojene likere nepoznata sastava.

A bravo, i klizališta, šta je u doba posvemašnje energetske katastrofe odličan primjer štednje i odgovornosti. Arči letriku za led na plus dvadeset, ni važno ko će platit – kako je ona štorija o Bračaninu završavala.

Pardon, imaju ovi poganski adventi i svoju treću stranu medalje: kićenje grada. U slavu potrošnje pomaklo se božićno kićenje skoro na lito. Kad smo tek počeli uvodit ove novitade, kitilo se na svetoga Nikolu, a sad su svi uzbuđeni jer grad još nije okićen. Svit se kupa na Bačvice, a grad bi već triba svitlit u lampicama, plastičnin granama jelki i šarenin balunima.

I onda najtragičnije, sve se hitno i u panici raskićuje na Tri kralja kako slučajno ne bi ostalo na “srpski Božić”. Tako su dva čisto kršćanska doba godine –​ vrime došašća i božićno vrime – svedena na sumanute pijanke i na koncu trčanje da se sve očisti prije “Božića pravoslavnih”, mada katoličko božićno doba završava tek u nedilju iza toga. Zato je i dobro šta još ništa nije okićeno, ništa nismo falili.

Davno prije naših narodnih fešti u Došašću, zateka bi se po gradovima Mitelevrope, posebno u Austriji i Njemačkoj di san prvi put vidija te advente na ulici. Kućice na trgovima posjećivali bi ljudi nakon posla, izili štagod s nogu, popili koje pivo ili vruću čikoladu i išli doma. U deset navečer kućice su zatvarale.

Ništa posebno. Ko je moga mislit da će u nas doseć takve razmjere popularnosti. U nedostatku boljega, na splitske kućice se hodočasti pokazat novu robu, izlazi se tek u deset, jedanajst, skače, piva i dere. Deru se adventaši, a dere i bura.

Ne razumin, ol’ nije lipše sist uteplo nego se smrzavat vanka? Ali onda ne bi to bilo to. Naš se splitski, dalmatinski i mediteranski “Advent” obavezno spominje uz pridjeve “najveći ikad” i “najspektakularniji ikad”. Prigodno. Uvik smo se znali pokazat. Posebno kad su cirkusi u pitanju.

Možda bi Crkva tribala reagirat. Da zatraži zabranu spominjanja imena Adventa u svrhu općeg pijančevanja. Advent je (triba bi bit) najmirnije doba godina za kršćane (a mi smo najveći kršćani i katolici je l’ tako?!), doba meditacije, razmišljanja, vrime razuma i očekivanja dolaska Božjega Sina, maloga Boga, Božića – na ovi svit.

Sve obratno od majmunarija koje činimo, deset puta nabrijanijih od zemalja koje stotinama godinama imaju ta tiha adventska druženja. Ne bi van tija nešto kvarit, ali eto par napomena s kantuna, samo da bi znali di smo i šta činimo od sebe.

Dalmatinska došašća upila su dvi nove tradicije, jedna je katolička, a druga protestantsko-kapitalistička. U našin crkvan slavu se mise zornice, koje su se za razliku od sjevera zemlje, malo di u nas održavale. Ali u Dalmaciji je buđenje u cik zore i odlazak na mise posta hit, crkve su pune. Mi ni adventski vijenac nismo imali, ako ne znate. I to smo uvezli.

Drugo: ovo šta se naziva “Advent” na ulicama, a drugin ričima, lokačina i žderačina na buri, novotarija je koja nas je također skroz obuzela, nema maloga mista u Dalmaciji koje nema “adventska događanja”, karakterizira ih cupkanje na otvorenome uz treš muziku, grilanu spizu, kuvano vino u prahu, vodnu pivu i obojene likere nepoznata sastava.

A bravo, i klizališta, šta je u doba posvemašnje energetske...
