Saga o usvajanju rebalansu proračuna za ovu godinu konačno je završena. Prijedlog kreditnog zaduženja Grada prošao je na Gradskom vijeću uz "minimalne korekcije" od deset milijuna kuna, za koliko se smanjio prvotni iznos od 100 milijuna kuna. Bio je to, uz dva amandmana HGS-a od cca 800.000 kuna, koalicijski kompromis HDZ-a i HGS-a, koji je za posljedicu dobio "usporavanje projekata" dogradnje vrtića "Ružmarin" i energetske obnova vrtića "Latica" s kojih je skinutio tri milijuna kuna.

Izgradnja garaža prošla je još gore - s te stavke je "otišlo" čak pet milijuna, dok je srezano još dva milijuna kuna za investicijsko održavanje postojećih i izgradnju novih cesta za dva milijuna kuna.

Gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara samo sat prije izglasavanja rebalansa zdušno je branio boje budućeg kredita do zadnje lipe, zaklinjući se upravo u gore spomenute i druge projekte kao razlog zaduženja. Onda se prije glasovanja na pauzi koju je zatražio HDZ dogodila magija. HGS predlaže amandmane i smanjenje iznosa za 10 milijuna kuna, HDZ prihvaća i - rebalans prolazi.

Bilo je, priznajemo, malo otužno slušati obrazloženja poteštata kako je smanjenje cifre na 90 milijuna kuna odjednom dobra stvar jer će Split time još smanjiti postotak zaduženja, kao i argument da se ništa bitno ne mijenja osim dinamike realizacije projekata.

No, ne zaboravimo ni Željka Keruma. Netom prije sjednice poslao je nedvosmisleno priopćenje da će njegovi vijećnici glasati za rebalans proračuna, ali neće podržati kredit od sto milijuna kuna. I tako, nakon pauze, eto nam obrata - može i kredit, (doduše nešto manji), a može i rebalans. Navodno su, kako se priča u kuloarima, radili telefoni iz Zagreba.

Što smo na kraju dobiili? Predstavu za javnost i nastavak ove turbulentne ljubavi između HDZ-a i HGS-a koja funkcionira po principu stihova pjesme "teško meni sa tobom, a još teže bez tebe"... Kad se punti zbroje, imamo dva povrijeđena politička ega, a građani su u ovoj partiji karata - opet izgubili.

Saga o usvajanju rebalansu proračuna za ovu godinu konačno je završena. Prijedlog kreditnog zaduženja Grada prošao je na Gradskom vijeću uz "minimalne korekcije" od deset milijuna kuna, za koliko se smanjio prvotni iznos od 100 milijuna kuna. Bio je to, uz dva amandmana HGS-a od cca 800.000 kuna, koalicijski kompromis HDZ-a i HGS-a, koji je za posljedicu dobio "usporavanje projekata" dogradnje vrtića "Ružmarin" i energetske obnova vrtića "Latica" s kojih je skinutio tri milijuna kuna.

Izgradnja garaža prošla je još gore - s te stavke je "otišlo" čak pet milijuna, dok je srezano još dva milijuna kuna za investicijsko održavanje postojećih i izgradnju novih cesta za dva milijuna kuna.

Gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara samo sat prije izglasavanja rebalansa zdušno je branio boje budućeg kredita do zadnje lipe, zaklinjući se upravo u gore spomenute i druge projekte kao razlog zaduženja. Onda se prije glasovanja na pauzi koju je zatražio HDZ dogodila magija. HGS predlaže amandmane i smanjenje iznosa za 10 milijuna kuna, HDZ prihvaća i - rebalans prolazi.

Bilo je, priznajemo, malo otužno slušati obrazloženja poteštata kako je smanjenje cifre na 90 milijuna kuna odjednom dobra stvar jer će Split time još smanjiti postotak zaduženja, kao i argument da se ništa bitno ne mijenja osim dinamike realizacije projekata.

No, ne zaboravimo ni Željka Keruma. Netom prije sjednice poslao je nedvosmisleno priopćenje da će njegovi vijećnici glasati za rebalans proračuna, ali neće podržati kredit od sto milijuna kuna. I tako, nakon pauze, eto nam obrata - može i kredit, (doduše nešto manji), a može i rebalans. Navodno su, kako se priča u kuloarima, radili telefoni iz Zagreba.

Što smo na kraju dobiili? Predstavu za javnost i nastavak ove turbulentne ljubavi između HDZ-a i HGS-a koja funkcionira po principu stihova pjesme "teško meni sa tobom, a još teže bez tebe"... Kad se punti zbroje, imamo dva povrijeđena politička ega, a građani su u ovoj partiji karata - opet izgubili.

Nakon predstave za javnost nastavlja se ljubav između HDZ-a i HGS-a. Na pomirenju ‘radili‘ i telefoni iz Zagreba

Saga o usvajanju rebalansu proračuna za ovu godinu konačno je završena. Prijedlog kreditnog zaduženja Grada prošao je na Gradskom vijeću uz "minimalne korekcije" od deset milijuna kuna, za koliko se smanjio prvotni iznos od 100 milijuna kuna. Bio je to, uz dva amandmana HGS-a od cca 800.000 kuna, koalicijski kompromis HDZ-a i HGS-a, koji je za posljedicu dobio "usporavanje projekata" dogradnje vrtića "Ružmarin" i energetske obnova vrtića "Latica" s kojih je skinutio tri milijuna kuna.

Izgradnja garaža prošla je još gore - s te stavke je "otišlo" čak pet milijuna, dok je srezano još dva milijuna kuna za investicijsko održavanje postojećih i izgradnju novih cesta za dva milijuna kuna.
