Infektolog Goran Tešović iz Klinike za infektivne bolesti ''dr. Fran Mihaljević'' gostovao je u Dnevniku Nove TV, te komentirao epidemiološku situaciju 

- Imamo mali broj bolesnika da bismo mogli zaključivati, ali pratimo što se zbiva u većim nacijama. U posljednjih nekoliko tjedana informacije su malo drukčije.

U početku se činilo da je intenzitet kliničke slike kod zaraženih deltom pa i kod djece intenzivnije, ali je korigirana izjava i izgleda da nema težih slika među djecom, ali je zaraza učestalija i imaju veći broj hospitaliziranih u odnosu na prethodne valove-  pojasnio je infektolog Goran Tešović.

Djeca su uglavnom bila simpotmatska.

- ''Prošli tjedan je objavljen rezultat studije koja je pokazala da je biološka razlika na dvije razine. Drugačija ekspresija bitnih molekula za prihvaćanje virusa, a drugo da se djeca teže zaraze i kraće su zaražena nego odrasli".

Istaknuo je i kako je post-COVID sindrom vreća u koju se baca sve kad netko preboli koronavirus.

- Post-COVID je po meni neprecizan. To su nespecifične smetnje poput umora, bolova u mišićima i to je kod djece relativno rjeđe nego kod odraslih, a i kod djece je manji broj simpomatskih slučajeva u odnosu na odrasle- kazao je i dodao da je potpuna druga stvar multisistemni inflamatorni sindrom.

- To je vrlo teška komplikacija i po život opasna, kod djece bitno češće. U Hrvatskoj je takvih 86 slučajeva. Neskromno mislimo da smo prikupili sve podatke o svim bolesnicima. To nije mala brojka. Nažalost je i jedno dijete od toga preminulo- kazao je za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Cijepiti se može, pojašnjava Tešović, bilo tko. ''Ne izazivaju ozbiljne posljedice. Treba reći da je ogromna većina nuspojava blaga i brzoprolazna. Cjepivo značajno smanjuje šansu da umrete - a to je najvažnije, budete hospitalizirani ili završite na respiratoru. Cjepivo ne može štetiti nikome. Djeca možda imaju manji osobni benefit nego odrasli i cijepljenjem djece možda dodatno štitite druge'', istaknuo je Tešović.

Na pitanje o gripi u Hrvatskoj, Tešović je potvrdio da se pojavila u Hrvatskoj. 

- Čini se da smo prošli tjedan imali jedan slučaj gripe koji je slučajno otkriven. Radi se o odrasloj osobi. Kod kolega u Splitu sam čuo da su imali dva ili tri bolesnika. Prošle zime nismo imali nijedan slučaj gripe. To je samo dokaz da se uobičajeni sezonalitet respiratornih infekcija potpuno poremetio- rekao je Tešović.

Hoće li zbog toga biti problem pronaći adekvatno cjepivo, Tešović je rekao da se na osnovi ostalih slučajeva može vidjeti koji je dominantan soj.

''Mislim da će se lako moći napraviti cjepivo za sljedeću sezonu'', zaključio je Tešović.

Infektolog Goran Tešović iz Klinike za infektivne bolesti ''dr. Fran Mihaljević'' gostovao je u Dnevniku Nove TV, te komentirao epidemiološku situaciju 

- Imamo mali broj bolesnika da bismo mogli zaključivati, ali pratimo što se zbiva u većim nacijama. U posljednjih nekoliko tjedana informacije su malo drukčije.

U početku se činilo da je intenzitet kliničke slike kod zaraženih deltom pa i kod djece intenzivnije, ali je korigirana izjava i izgleda da nema težih slika među djecom, ali je zaraza učestalija i imaju veći broj hospitaliziranih u odnosu na prethodne valove-  pojasnio je infektolog Goran Tešović.

Djeca su uglavnom bila simpotmatska.

- ''Prošli tjedan je objavljen rezultat studije koja je pokazala da je biološka razlika na dvije razine. Drugačija ekspresija bitnih molekula za prihvaćanje virusa, a drugo da se djeca teže zaraze i kraće su zaražena nego odrasli".

Istaknuo je i kako je post-COVID sindrom vreća u koju se baca sve kad netko preboli koronavirus.

- Post-COVID je po meni neprecizan. To su nespecifične smetnje poput umora, bolova u mišićima i to je kod djece relativno rjeđe nego kod odraslih, a i kod djece je manji broj simpomatskih slučajeva u odnosu na odrasle- kazao je i dodao da je potpuna druga stvar multisistemni inflamatorni sindrom.

- To je vrlo teška komplikacija i po život opasna, kod djece bitno češće. U Hrvatskoj je takvih 86 slučajeva. Neskromno mislimo da smo prikupili sve podatke o svim bolesnicima. To nije mala brojka. Nažalost je i jedno dijete od toga preminulo- kazao je za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Cijepiti se može, pojašnjava Tešović, bilo tko. ''Ne izazivaju ozbiljne posljedice. Treba reći da je ogromna većina nuspojava blaga i brzoprolazna. Cjepivo značajno smanjuje šansu da umrete - a to je najvažnije, budete hospitalizirani ili završite na respiratoru. Cjepivo ne može štetiti nikome. Djeca možda imaju manji osobni benefit nego odrasli i cijepljenjem djece možda dodatno štitite druge'', istaknuo je Tešović.

Na pitanje o gripi u Hrvatskoj, Tešović je potvrdio da se pojavila u Hrvatskoj. 

- Čini se da smo prošli tjedan imali jedan slučaj gripe koji je slučajno otkriven. Radi se o odrasloj osobi. Kod kolega u Splitu sam čuo da su imali dva ili tri bolesnika. Prošle zime nismo imali nijedan slučaj gripe. To je samo dokaz da se uobičajeni sezonalitet respiratornih infekcija potpuno poremetio- rekao je Tešović.

Hoće li zbog toga biti problem pronaći adekvatno cjepivo, Tešović je rekao da se na osnovi ostalih slučajeva može vidjeti koji je dominantan soj.

''Mislim da će se lako moći napraviti cjepivo za sljedeću sezonu'', zaključio je Tešović.
