Cijene nekretnina u Dioklecijanovoj palači lete u nebo, a poslovni prostori dosežu vrijednosti o kojima prije ni vlasnici stambenih kvadrata nisu mogli sanjati.
Novi slučaj koji dokazuje takve ocjene je prodaja trgovačkih kvadrata u Dioklecijanovoj 1, u samom središtu antičke palače, gdje je cijena četvornog metra dosegnula 6500 eura, odnosno protuvrijednost od gotovo 48.300 kuna.
Taj vrtoglavi iznos kupoprodajne cijene doznali smo iz ponude za kupnju poslovnog prostora na spomenutoj adresi, koju je Županiji poslalo odvjetničko društvo "Juričko i partneri".
Nekretnina koja je predmet financijske transakcije danas je dućan ženskih cipela i torbica "Karla", koji se nalazi u južnom dijelu palače Augubio.
Tvrtka "Matijević eksport import", koja vodi spomenuti lanac prodavaonica, prodaje tri petine suvlasničkog dijela, odnosno nešto više od 42 kvadrata od ukupno 70 četvornih metara, za cijenu od 274.560 eura ili za gotovo 2,1 milijun kuna.
Palača Augubio jedna je od najvrjednijih palača u Splitu, uglavnom je građena u kasnogotičkom stilu, a preinake je doživjela u razdoblju baroka u 18. stoljeću. Međutim, neki sačuvani dijelovi sežu u prve faze gradnje objekta, iz razdoblja romanike.
Budući da je riječ o zaštićenom spomeniku kulture, vlasnici su bili dužni ponuditi na prvokup prostor u Dioklecijanovoj ulici Republici Hrvatskoj, posredstvom Ministarstva državne imovine, kao i Gradu Splitu, koji su se odrekli korištenja svog prava.
Sada je red na Županiji, koja se treba očitovati na sjednici Skupštine zakazanoj u utorak. U prijedlogu Zaključka koji je pripremljen za vijećnike, navodi se da regionalna uprava ne namjerava koristiti pravo prvokupa vrijedne nekretnine na korak do Peristila.

Cijene nekretnina u Dioklecijanovoj palači lete u nebo, a poslovni prostori dosežu vrijednosti o kojima prije ni vlasnici stambenih kvadrata nisu mogli sanjati.
Novi slučaj koji dokazuje takve ocjene je prodaja trgovačkih kvadrata u Dioklecijanovoj 1, u samom središtu antičke palače, gdje je cijena četvornog metra dosegnula 6500 eura, odnosno protuvrijednost od gotovo 48.300 kuna.
Taj vrtoglavi iznos kupoprodajne cijene doznali smo iz ponude za kupnju poslovnog prostora na spomenutoj adresi, koju je Županiji poslalo odvjetničko društvo "Juričko i partneri".
Nekretnina koja je predmet financijske transakcije danas je dućan ženskih cipela i torbica "Karla", koji se nalazi u južnom dijelu palače Augubio.
Tvrtka "Matijević eksport import", koja vodi spomenuti lanac prodavaonica, prodaje tri petine suvlasničkog dijela, odnosno nešto više od 42 kvadrata od ukupno 70 četvornih metara, za cijenu od 274.560 eura ili za gotovo 2,1 milijun kuna.
Palača Augubio jedna je od najvrjednijih palača u Splitu, uglavnom je građena u kasnogotičkom stilu, a preinake je doživjela u razdoblju baroka u 18. stoljeću. Međutim, neki sačuvani dijelovi sežu u prve faze gradnje objekta, iz razdoblja romanike.
Budući da je riječ o zaštićenom spomeniku kulture, vlasnici su bili dužni ponuditi na prvokup prostor u Dioklecijanovoj ulici Republici Hrvatskoj, posredstvom Ministarstva državne imovine, kao i Gradu Splitu, koji su se odrekli korištenja svog prava.
Sada je red na Županiji, koja se treba očitovati na sjednici Skupštine zakazanoj u utorak. U prijedlogu Zaključka koji je pripremljen za vijećnike, navodi se da regionalna uprava ne namjerava koristiti pravo prvokupa vrijedne nekretnine na korak do Peristila.
