Gradska tvrtka "Splitska obala" raspisala je javni natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih prostora na Zapadnoj obali. Riječ je o tri ugostiteljska prostora, a konačna cijena prostora odredit će se usmenom javnom dražbom, odnosno licitacijom. Tko više ponudi, dobiva prostor u potkoncesiju, i to do 31. listopada 2031. godine.
Prvi prostor klasificiran kao caffe bar bistro ima 114 kvadrata. Početna cijena je 30 eura po kvadratu, bez PDV-a, a maksimalna površina štekata je 428 kvadratnih metara.
Drugi prostor, caffe bar, ima 65 kvadrata i maksimalnu površinu štekata od 168 kvadrata. Početna cijena je 50 eura, bez PDV-a.
Početna cijena za treći prostor, caffe bar, sa 70 kvadrata i maksimalnom površinom štekata od 368 kvadrata, iznosi 50 eura bez PDV-a.
Jamčevina iznosi 70 tisuća eura, a uplaćuje se na račun "Splitske obale" za svaki objekt za koji se natjecatelji natječu. Natjecateljima koji ne budu izabrani jamčevina će odmah biti vraćena.
Izabranom natjecatelju bit će vraćena jamčevina u iznosu od 20 tisuća eura, a ostatak će se uračunati u jamstveni polog za potkoncesiju i druge troškove objekta.

Izabrani potkoncesionar dužan je svaku godinu plaćati i promjenjivi dio potkoncesijske naknade od tri posto ukupnog prihoda.
Potkoncesionar može zatražiti i proširenje štekata do maksimalne dozvoljene površine, čime će se potkoncesijska naknada uvećati za dodatnu površinu u visini 20 eura po kvadratnome metru, bez PDV-a.
Najbolji ponuđač će pri sklapanju ugovora kao jamstvo urednog ispunjenja ugovora dostaviti i osobne bjanko zadužnice na ime osnivača/suosnivača i osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje, a svaka na iznos od 75 tisuća eura.

Pisane prijave s obveznim prilozima za sudjelovanje na licitaciji podnose se u zatvorenoj omotnici s naznakom: "ne otvarati - prijava za licitaciju objekta pod rednim brojem __".
Uz obveznu oznaku rednog broja objekta za koji se licitira, potrebno ju je dostaviti najkasnije do 13. ožujka 2023. godine do vremena otvaranja prijava na adresu Splitska obala d.o.o., Split, Kralja Zvonimira 14.
U licitaciji ne mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe koje su u sudskom sporu sa "Splitskom obalom".
Licitacija će se održati 13. ožujka na adresi "Splitske obale". Za prvi prostor u 10 sati, za drugi u 11.15, a za treći u 12.30 sati.

Gradska tvrtka "Splitska obala" raspisala je javni natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih prostora na Zapadnoj obali. Riječ je o tri ugostiteljska prostora, a konačna cijena prostora odredit će se usmenom javnom dražbom, odnosno licitacijom. Tko više ponudi, dobiva prostor u potkoncesiju, i to do 31. listopada 2031. godine.
Prvi prostor klasificiran kao caffe bar bistro ima 114 kvadrata. Početna cijena je 30 eura po kvadratu, bez PDV-a, a maksimalna površina štekata je 428 kvadratnih metara.
Drugi prostor, caffe bar, ima 65 kvadrata i maksimalnu površinu štekata od 168 kvadrata. Početna cijena je 50 eura, bez PDV-a.
Početna cijena za treći prostor, caffe bar, sa 70 kvadrata i maksimalnom površinom štekata od 368 kvadrata, iznosi 50 eura bez PDV-a.
Jamčevina iznosi 70 tisuća eura, a uplaćuje se na račun "Splitske obale" za svaki objekt za koji se natjecatelji natječu. Natjecateljima koji ne budu izabrani jamčevina će odmah biti vraćena.
Izabranom natjecatelju bit će vraćena jamčevina u iznosu od 20 tisuća eura, a ostatak će se uračunati u jamstveni polog za potkoncesiju i druge troškove objekta.

Izabrani potkoncesionar dužan je svaku godinu plaćati i promjenjivi dio potkoncesijske naknade od tri posto ukupnog prihoda.
Potkoncesionar može zatražiti i proširenje štekata do maksimalne dozvoljene površine, čime će se potkoncesijska naknada uvećati za dodatnu površinu u visini 20 eura po kvadratnome metru, bez PDV-a.
Najbolji ponuđač će pri sklapanju ugovora kao jamstvo urednog ispunjenja ugovora dostaviti i osobne bjanko zadužnice na ime osnivača/suosnivača i osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje, a svaka na iznos od 75 tisuća eura.

Pisane prijave s obveznim prilozima za sudjelovanje na licitaciji podnose se u zatvorenoj omotnici s naznakom: "ne otvarati - prijava za licitaciju objekta pod rednim brojem __".
Uz obveznu oznaku rednog broja objekta za koji se licitira, potrebno ju je dostaviti najkasnije do 13. ožujka 2023. godine do vremena otvaranja prijava na adresu Splitska obala d.o.o., Split, Kralja Zvonimira 14.
U licitaciji ne mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe koje su u sudskom sporu sa "Splitskom obalom".
Licitacija će se održati 13. ožujka na adresi "Splitske obale". Za prvi prostor u 10 sati, za drugi u 11.15, a za treći u 12.30 sati.
