Nakon šesnaest godina i šest mjeseci Općinski sud se vraća u Split u prostorije nekadašnje robne kuće Standa koju je Ministarstvo pravosuđa trampilo za prostor Željka Keruma prije dvadeset godina u vrijeme ministrice pravosuđa Vesne Škare -Ožbolt.
Građani su od srpnja 2007. godine morali putovati do vojarne Dračevac gdje se sud nalazio, a suci radili u neuvjetnim prostorijama te je cijeli kompleks bio nedoličan jednoj takvoj važnoj ustanovi. Sada su se preselili odmah do Palače pravde gdje je nekada bio smješten Općinski sud do 2007. godine.
Upravni odjel za urbanizam i izgradnju Grada Splita izdao je i uporabnu dozvolu za novu zgradu Općinskog suda pa je time i sva pravna procedura okončana na vrijeme, prije useljenja.

Otvaranje je planirano 29. siječnja, a u novoj zgradi suda radit će 68 sudaca i dvadesetak savjetnika, sve skupa oko 320 zaposlenika.
Po Standi danas "vise" alpinisti koji je glancaju, čiste prozore i lickaju je za otvaranje 29. siječnja ove godine na koje bi trebao doći i državni vrh sa ministrom pravosuđa Ivanom Malenicom na čelu.
Suci i sudski savjetnici te ostalo osoblje suda u niskom startu jedva čeka preseljenje za koje je na javnom natječaju pobjedila zagrebačka tvrtka "Krunnix projekt" d.o.o. koja već ima iskustva s preseljenjem Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu nakon potresa.
Preseljenje "kreće" od ovog ponedjeljka i trajat će tri dana, ali neki suci će u vlastitoj režiji to preseljenje obaviti tijekom ovog vikenda.

Predsjednik Općinskog suda u Splitu Dražen Maravić za čijeg se mandata dogodio ovaj povijesni čin upoznao nas je s detaljima preseljenja.
- U novoj zgradi će raditi 68 sudaca i 20 sudskih savjetnika i to na pet odjela - Građanski, Kazneni, Izvanparnični, Obiteljski i Radni odjel. S Dračevca selimo samo sudske spise i računala dok inventar ne selimo jer zato nema potrebe pošto nas u novim prostorijama čeka i novi inventar.
Sve je novo i stolovi i stolice i klimatski uređaji i sve što je potrebno za normalno funkcioniranje suda. Na Dračevcu ipak ostaje naša sudska arhiva. Sudnice su velike i prostrane, prosječne površine od 20 do 30 kvadrata, a imat ćemo i jednu veću, reprezentativnu sudnicu u slučaju nekih većih sudskih procesa.

Na novom sudu imamo sobu za prepoznavanje te tri sobe s videolinkom te sve što je potrebno da bi se svi akteri osjećali komforno u smislu uvjeta.
Dobili smo i 150-160 novih računala i 40 novih printera pa će se otpisivati samo ona koja se ne mogu nadograđivati. Trebam napomenuti da se unatoč preseljenju cijeli idući tjedan još uvijek održavaju rasprave na Dračevcu - rekao nam je Maravić.
Inače, cijela investicija koštala je oko 12 milijuna i 300 tisuća eura, a većina sredstava potječe iz darovnice Kraljevine Norveške.

Nakon šesnaest godina i šest mjeseci Općinski sud se vraća u Split u prostorije nekadašnje robne kuće Standa koju je Ministarstvo pravosuđa trampilo za prostor Željka Keruma prije dvadeset godina u vrijeme ministrice pravosuđa Vesne Škare -Ožbolt.
Građani su od srpnja 2007. godine morali putovati do vojarne Dračevac gdje se sud nalazio, a suci radili u neuvjetnim prostorijama te je cijeli kompleks bio nedoličan jednoj takvoj važnoj ustanovi. Sada su se preselili odmah do Palače pravde gdje je nekada bio smješten Općinski sud do 2007. godine.
Upravni odjel za urbanizam i izgradnju Grada Splita izdao je i uporabnu dozvolu za novu zgradu Općinskog suda pa je time i sva pravna procedura okončana na vrijeme, prije useljenja.

Otvaranje je planirano 29. siječnja, a u novoj zgradi suda radit će 68 sudaca i dvadesetak savjetnika, sve skupa oko 320 zaposlenika.
Po Standi danas "vise" alpinisti koji je glancaju, čiste prozore i lickaju je za otvaranje 29. siječnja ove godine na koje bi trebao doći i državni vrh sa ministrom pravosuđa Ivanom Malenicom na čelu.
Suci i sudski savjetnici te ostalo osoblje suda u niskom startu jedva čeka preseljenje za koje je na javnom natječaju pobjedila zagrebačka tvrtka "Krunnix projekt" d.o.o. koja već ima iskustva s preseljenjem Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu nakon potresa.
Preseljenje "kreće" od ovog ponedjeljka i trajat će tri dana, ali neki suci će u vlastitoj režiji to preseljenje obaviti tijekom ovog vikenda.

Predsjednik Općinskog suda u Splitu Dražen Maravić za čijeg se mandata dogodio ovaj povijesni čin upoznao nas je s detaljima preseljenja.
- U novoj zgradi će raditi 68 sudaca i 20 sudskih savjetnika i to na pet odjela - Građanski, Kazneni, Izvanparnični, Obiteljski i Radni odjel. S Dračevca selimo samo sudske spise i računala dok inventar ne selimo jer zato nema potrebe pošto nas u novim prostorijama čeka i novi inventar.
Sve je novo i stolovi i stolice i klimatski uređaji i sve što je potrebno za normalno funkcioniranje suda. Na Dračevcu ipak ostaje naša sudska arhiva. Sudnice su velike i prostrane, prosječne površine od 20 do 30 kvadrata, a imat ćemo i jednu veću, reprezentativnu sudnicu u slučaju nekih većih sudskih procesa.

Na novom sudu imamo sobu za prepoznavanje te tri sobe s videolinkom te sve što je potrebno da bi se svi akteri osjećali komforno u smislu uvjeta.
Dobili smo i 150-160 novih računala i 40 novih printera pa će se otpisivati samo ona koja se ne mogu nadograđivati. Trebam napomenuti da se unatoč preseljenju cijeli idući tjedan još uvijek održavaju rasprave na Dračevcu - rekao nam je Maravić.
Inače, cijela investicija koštala je oko 12 milijuna i 300 tisuća eura, a većina sredstava potječe iz darovnice Kraljevine Norveške.
