Pravosudni policajac iz Zatvora u Splitu je u samoizolaciji sa suprugom, namještenicom Županijskog suda, jer je njena majka pozitivna na korona virus. Test je pokazao pozitivan nalaz u srijedu navečer, te su joj i kćer i zet testirani u petak ujutro pošto svo troje žive u istom kućanstvu.
Iz Ministarstva pravosuđa smo saznali koje mjere su poduzeli dok se saznaju rezultati testa za njihovog policajca.
- Obavještavamo Vas kako je službenik podvrgnut testiranju, a sve osobe s kojima je navedeni službenik kontaktirao su u samoizolaciji - naveli su.
To se odnosi na pravosudne policajce s kojima je kontaktirao zadnjih dana u zatvoru na Bilicama. Sretna okolnost je što on osobno nije na poslovima čuvanja zatvorenicima. Radio je prošli i ovaj tjedan, uvijek u jutarnjoj smjeni jer je raspoređen na poslove dostave pošte i lijekova.
Osim kontakata s kolegama koji čuvaju zatvorenike, može se pokazati epidemiološki problematično što svakodnevno dolazi u zatvorsku ambulantu gdje donosi lijekove koje uzima iz KBC Split. Osim s medicinskim osobljem ambulante, u stalnom je kontaktu sa zatvorskom upravom i administracijom.
Na čelo zatvora u Splitu je početkom ovog mjeseca došla Ana Svalina iza koje je 14-godišnji staž u istoj ustanovi, a od prvog dana na novoj funkciji su je dočekali sami problemi. Osim međusobnih sukoba zatvorenika i pronalaska kriptiranog mobitela na istražnom odjelu, vodi brigu o članovima zločinačke udruge Željka Rajića.
Kako saznajemo od Bruna Kleina, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Splitu, čija je namještenica, supruga pravosudnog policajca, također u samoizolaciji, normalno nastavljaju s radom.
- Situacija nije ugodna, ali nas nije iznenadila jer smo se pripremili. Naša namještenica je u srijedu navečer odmah obavijestila sudsku upravu da joj je član obitelji pozitivan na virus te smo postupili po uputama epidemiologa - rekao nam je predsjednik.
Početkom mjeseca su Tajdu Šodan, upraviteljicu sudske pisarnice imenovali koordinatoricom za zaštitu od bolesti COVID -19. Od nje smo saznali kako su postupali korak po korak, sukladno propisanim procedurama.
- U srijedu navečer, čim nas je naša namještenica obavijestila o pozitivnom nalazu ja sam u 23.30 nazvala dežurnu epidemiološku službu. Pojasnila sam im situaciju te mi je rečeno kako nema potrebe da itko na sudu ide u samoizolaciju, da je to potrebno samo za tzv. prve kontakte.
To su osobe s kojima oboljela osoba živi. U četvrtak sam ponovno kontaktirala epidemiologa i ništa se nije promijenilo u njihovim uputama, mi možemo na sudu i dalje normalno funkcionirati. Našu namještenicu epidemiolozi stalni kontaktiraju, a danas je bila na testiranju - kazala nam je.
Saznajemo kako njihova namještenica nije radila prošli tjedan, a ovaj je radila samo ponedjeljak te nakon toga nije dolazila tako da su kontakti na radnom mjestu bili minimalni. Županijski sud je već na početku epidemije poduzeo sve mjere pa je nakon imenovanja koordinatorice za zaštitu od bolesti, predsjednik suda donio i odluku kojom je strogo ograničeno tko može ulaziti u zgradu suda.
U splitsku Palaču pravde tako može ući predsjednik, još osam osoba neophodnih za rad sudske uprave te suci istrage koji su dežurni i njihove zapisničarke. Svim ostalim dužnosnicima i namještenicima je ulaz zabranjen, uz iznimku da jednom tjedno, u isti dan, mogu doći ostali suci i sudski savjetnici radi dostave ili uzimanja sudskih spisa. I ti dolasci se strogo evidentiraju i moraju se najaviti, a na provođenje odluke paze pravosudni policajci na ulazu u zgradu.
Osim toga svi koriste propisanu zaštitnu opremu i dezinficijense koje su nabavili u dovoljnim količinama na vrijeme. U istoj zgradi su i Županijsko i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu koji su na trećem katu, dok je sud na prizemlju, prvom i drugom katu gdje je i regionalni ured USKOK-a. Navedena namještenica suda, koja radi na poslovima održavanja ne obavlja poslove u njihovim prostorijama.

Pravosudni policajac iz Zatvora u Splitu je u samoizolaciji sa suprugom, namještenicom Županijskog suda, jer je njena majka pozitivna na korona virus. Test je pokazao pozitivan nalaz u srijedu navečer, te su joj i kćer i zet testirani u petak ujutro pošto svo troje žive u istom kućanstvu.
Iz Ministarstva pravosuđa smo saznali koje mjere su poduzeli dok se saznaju rezultati testa za njihovog policajca.
- Obavještavamo Vas kako je službenik podvrgnut testiranju, a sve osobe s kojima je navedeni službenik kontaktirao su u samoizolaciji - naveli su.
To se odnosi na pravosudne policajce s kojima je kontaktirao zadnjih dana u zatvoru na Bilicama. Sretna okolnost je što on osobno nije na poslovima čuvanja zatvorenicima. Radio je prošli i ovaj tjedan, uvijek u jutarnjoj smjeni jer je raspoređen na poslove dostave pošte i lijekova.
Osim kontakata s kolegama koji čuvaju zatvorenike, može se pokazati epidemiološki problematično što svakodnevno dolazi u zatvorsku ambulantu gdje donosi lijekove koje uzima iz KBC Split. Osim s medicinskim osobljem ambulante, u stalnom je kontaktu sa zatvorskom upravom i administracijom.
Na čelo zatvora u Splitu je početkom ovog mjeseca došla Ana Svalina iza koje je 14-godišnji staž u istoj ustanovi, a od prvog dana na novoj funkciji su je dočekali sami problemi. Osim međusobnih sukoba zatvorenika i pronalaska kriptiranog mobitela na istražnom odjelu, vodi brigu o članovima zločinačke udruge Željka Rajića.
Kako saznajemo od Bruna Kleina, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Splitu, čija je namještenica, supruga pravosudnog policajca, također u samoizolaciji, normalno nastavljaju s radom.
- Situacija nije ugodna, ali nas nije iznenadila jer smo se pripremili. Naša namještenica je u srijedu navečer odmah obavijestila sudsku upravu da joj je član obitelji pozitivan na virus te smo postupili po uputama epidemiologa - rekao nam je predsjednik.
Početkom mjeseca su Tajdu Šodan, upraviteljicu sudske pisarnice imenovali koordinatoricom za zaštitu od bolesti COVID -19. Od nje smo saznali kako su postupali korak po korak, sukladno propisanim procedurama.
- U srijedu navečer, čim nas je naša namještenica obavijestila o pozitivnom nalazu ja sam u 23.30 nazvala dežurnu epidemiološku službu. Pojasnila sam im situaciju te mi je rečeno kako nema potrebe da itko na sudu ide u samoizolaciju, da je to potrebno samo za tzv. prve kontakte.
To su osobe s kojima oboljela osoba živi. U četvrtak sam ponovno kontaktirala epidemiologa i ništa se nije promijenilo u njihovim uputama, mi možemo na sudu i dalje normalno funkcionirati. Našu namještenicu epidemiolozi stalni kontaktiraju, a danas je bila na testiranju - kazala nam je.
Saznajemo kako njihova namještenica nije radila prošli tjedan, a ovaj je radila samo ponedjeljak te nakon toga nije dolazila tako da su kontakti na radnom mjestu bili minimalni. Županijski sud je već na početku epidemije poduzeo sve mjere pa je nakon imenovanja koordinatorice za zaštitu od bolesti, predsjednik suda donio i odluku kojom je strogo ograničeno tko može ulaziti u zgradu suda.
U splitsku Palaču pravde tako može ući predsjednik, još osam osoba neophodnih za rad sudske uprave te suci istrage koji su dežurni i njihove zapisničarke. Svim ostalim dužnosnicima i namještenicima je ulaz zabranjen, uz iznimku da jednom tjedno, u isti dan, mogu doći ostali suci i sudski savjetnici radi dostave ili uzimanja sudskih spisa. I ti dolasci se strogo evidentiraju i moraju se najaviti, a na provođenje odluke paze pravosudni policajci na ulazu u zgradu.
Osim toga svi koriste propisanu zaštitnu opremu i dezinficijense koje su nabavili u dovoljnim količinama na vrijeme. U istoj zgradi su i Županijsko i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu koji su na trećem katu, dok je sud na prizemlju, prvom i drugom katu gdje je i regionalni ured USKOK-a. Navedena namještenica suda, koja radi na poslovima održavanja ne obavlja poslove u njihovim prostorijama.
