China Road and Bridge Corporation, kineska tvrtka koja je izgradila Pelješki most, “za dlaku” je izgubila novi posao u Dalmaciji te, kako sada stvari stoje, neće graditi iznimno zahtjevnu fazu splitske obilaznice od Mravinaca do TTTS-a.
Nakon što su u ponedjeljak poslijepodne javno otvorene ponude, postalo je razvidno kako je najbolju ponudu za tu dionicu izgradnje splitske obilaznice dao austrijski Strabag, koji već radi dionicu kod Omiša, uključujući i novi most preko Cetine, dok bi radove na čvoru Mravince, za koji je također pobijedio na javnom natječaju, trebao početi koncem ožujka.
Besmislena žalba
Predmet nabave u ovom slučaju bila je, dakle, izgradnja dionice čvor Mravince - čvor TTTS, odnosno potez dug 2,5 kilometara sa spojnim cestama, iliti faza 4 i 5 “multimodalne platforme splitske aglomeracije” kako ovaj projekt službeno zovu u Hrvatskim cestama, a Strabag je konkurenciju pobijedio ponudom od 32.728.366 eura bez PDV-a. Kinezi su pak dali ponudu od 33.320.939 eura te je vrlo izvjesno kako zasad ništa neće biti od njihova drugog velikog cestovnog zahvata u Hrvatskoj. Sve će, naravno, ovisiti o evaluaciji ponuda nakon čega će uslijediti odabir izvođača na što se može uložiti žalba.
Ako istrčimo pred rudo pa pretpostavimo da će "Strabag" dobiti posao, nismo baš sigurni da će se Kinezi žaliti jer su to već bili učinili kad su objavljeni uvjeti natječaja pa im je ta žalba odbijena, što u prijevodu znači da Austrijanci slobodno mogu pripremiti otvaranje još jednog šampanjca.
Zanimljivo je kako je raspon ponuda bio ogroman pa su tako španjolske tvrtke Comsa i Nortunel ponudile za više od 18 milijuna eura skuplju ponudu od Strabaga, koji se još jednom potvrdio kao neprikosnoveni vladar novovjeke hrvatske niskogradnje.
Kada bi točno radovi na dionici koja sadrži i vijadukte i tunele trebao početi, u ovom trenutku nije moguće reći jer sva papirologija još uvijek nije riješena, no u Hrvatskim cestama (HC) nadaju se kako bi se to moglo dogoditi koncem godine.
Na potezu je Ministarstvo graditeljstva koje treba izdati građevinsku dozvolu, dok lokalna samouprava prije početka radova treba definirati odlagalište za višak mineralne sirovine.
Izvođač spreman
Na upit zašto se išlo s odabirom izvođača radova, dok ni građevinska dozvola još nije pribavljena, u HC-u nam odgovaraju kako nisu željeli gubiti vrijeme jer se znalo događati da postupci javne nabave predugo traju, pa su ovaj put odlučili imati već spremnog izvođača čim sve dozvole budu izdane.
Podsjetimo, dionica od čvora Mravince do TTTS-a bit će četverotračna prometnica koja će se nastavljati do čvora Jesenice, nakon čega će do završnice u Omišu biti cesta s dva prometna traka. Radovi na čvoru Mravince trebali bi početi koncem ožujka, rok dovršenja je 24 mjeseca, a njihova je vrijednost 7.207.069 eura plus PDV.
Spajanje omiškog mosta očekuje se pak 8. ožujka, dok bi sama omiška obilaznica, s privremenim izlazom na Zakučac, u funkciji trebala biti najesen.

China Road and Bridge Corporation, kineska tvrtka koja je izgradila Pelješki most, “za dlaku” je izgubila novi posao u Dalmaciji te, kako sada stvari stoje, neće graditi iznimno zahtjevnu fazu splitske obilaznice od Mravinaca do TTTS-a.
Nakon što su u ponedjeljak poslijepodne javno otvorene ponude, postalo je razvidno kako je najbolju ponudu za tu dionicu izgradnje splitske obilaznice dao austrijski Strabag, koji već radi dionicu kod Omiša, uključujući i novi most preko Cetine, dok bi radove na čvoru Mravince, za koji je također pobijedio na javnom natječaju, trebao početi koncem ožujka.
Besmislena žalba
Predmet nabave u ovom slučaju bila je, dakle, izgradnja dionice čvor Mravince - čvor TTTS, odnosno potez dug 2,5 kilometara sa spojnim cestama, iliti faza 4 i 5 “multimodalne platforme splitske aglomeracije” kako ovaj projekt službeno zovu u Hrvatskim cestama, a Strabag je konkurenciju pobijedio ponudom od 32.728.366 eura bez PDV-a. Kinezi su pak dali ponudu od 33.320.939 eura te je vrlo izvjesno kako zasad ništa neće biti od njihova drugog velikog cestovnog zahvata u Hrvatskoj. Sve će, naravno, ovisiti o evaluaciji ponuda nakon čega će uslijediti odabir izvođača na što se može uložiti žalba.
Ako istrčimo pred rudo pa pretpostavimo da će "Strabag" dobiti posao, nismo baš sigurni da će se Kinezi žaliti jer su to već bili učinili kad su objavljeni uvjeti natječaja pa im je ta žalba odbijena, što u prijevodu znači da Austrijanci slobodno mogu pripremiti otvaranje još jednog šampanjca.
Zanimljivo je kako je raspon ponuda bio ogroman pa su tako španjolske tvrtke Comsa i Nortunel ponudile za više od 18 milijuna eura skuplju ponudu od Strabaga, koji se još jednom potvrdio kao neprikosnoveni vladar novovjeke hrvatske niskogradnje.
Kada bi točno radovi na dionici koja sadrži i vijadukte i tunele trebao početi, u ovom trenutku nije moguće reći jer sva papirologija još uvijek nije riješena, no u Hrvatskim cestama (HC) nadaju se kako bi se to moglo dogoditi koncem godine.
Na potezu je Ministarstvo graditeljstva koje treba izdati građevinsku dozvolu, dok lokalna samouprava prije početka radova treba definirati odlagalište za višak mineralne sirovine.
Izvođač spreman
Na upit zašto se išlo s odabirom izvođača radova, dok ni građevinska dozvola još nije pribavljena, u HC-u nam odgovaraju kako nisu željeli gubiti vrijeme jer se znalo događati da postupci javne nabave predugo traju, pa su ovaj put odlučili imati već spremnog izvođača čim sve dozvole budu izdane.
Podsjetimo, dionica od čvora Mravince do TTTS-a bit će četverotračna prometnica koja će se nastavljati do čvora Jesenice, nakon čega će do završnice u Omišu biti cesta s dva prometna traka. Radovi na čvoru Mravince trebali bi početi koncem ožujka, rok dovršenja je 24 mjeseca, a njihova je vrijednost 7.207.069 eura plus PDV.
Spajanje omiškog mosta očekuje se pak 8. ožujka, dok bi sama omiška obilaznica, s privremenim izlazom na Zakučac, u funkciji trebala biti najesen.
