Nakon 10 i pol godina koliko traje stečajni postupak nad "Credo bankom", ta propala financijska institucija odlučila se na nove korake. Odobrila je svojim dužnicima, koji su uputili takav zahtjev, da otkupe svoje dugove – uz popust. 

Među dužnicima je, primjerice, poznata tvrtka "Nirs" s Dračevca.

Tko od dužnika u potpunosti plati određeni iznos s odobrenim popustom, banka će obustaviti ovrhu nad njegovom imovinom i izdati mu brisovnicu s kojom će maknuti hipoteku sa svojih nekretnina.

Dio uplata dužnika za otkup vlastitih dugova već je legao na račun banke u stečaju. Banka u stečaju je također neke hipoteke na nekretninama prodala tvrtkama koje se očito bave otkupom potraživanja.  

Tako je tvrtki "Top Riviera", čiji je vlasnik kralj nekretnina i kockarnica Slavko Gotovac, pristala prodati dug fizičke osobe, čiji je dug osiguran dužnikovim dvjema bjanko zadužnicama do milijuna kuna i hipotekom na kuću u Vinišću pokraj Trogira.

Ukupno se radi o 20-ak slučaja prodaje dugova i založnih prava s diskontom. Sa svim dužnicima banka u stečaju je dugi niz godina vodila sudske sporove i pokretala ovrhe. No nakon desetljeća, koliko traje stečaj, banka je odlučila riješiti se teško naplativih potraživanja.

Ovako je tekao taj postupak: Na prijedlog dužnika ili tvrtki za otkup potraživanja da im banka uz popust proda založno pravo na nekretninama, prvo se složila stečajna upraviteljica.

U svakom predmetu se radi o različitim iznosima dugova i različitim postocima popusta. Potom je Odbor vjerovnika, koji čine vjerovnici koji imaju većinski paket potraživanja prema banci, u nekim slučajevima korigirao diskont, ako su mislili da je premalo ponuđeno, te su nove prijedloga poslali na Skupštinu vjerovnika koja je to izglasala.

Treba naglasiti da je prije odluke o prodaji dugova s popustom tijekom stečajnog postupka nad "Credo bankom" stečajna upraviteljica unovčila čak 870 milijuna kuna.

Od tog novca još 2018. godine u potpunosti je namirena Državna agencija za osiguranje štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka, koja danas nosi naziv Hrvatska agencija za osiguranje depozita.

Tada je "Credo banka" postala prva financijska institucija u stečaju u povijesti Hrvatske koja je u potpunosti podmirila potraživanja države za osigurane štednje. 

"Credo banka" u stečaju u cijelosti je isplatila radnike, te 60 posto štednje građana iznad iznosa koji je osigurala država. Tek dio potraživanja pravnih osoba koji su vjerovnici splitske banke podmireno je prijebojem njihovih obveza.

Nakon 10 i pol godina koliko traje stečajni postupak nad "Credo bankom", ta propala financijska institucija odlučila se na nove korake. Odobrila je svojim dužnicima, koji su uputili takav zahtjev, da otkupe svoje dugove – uz popust. 

Među dužnicima je, primjerice, poznata tvrtka "Nirs" s Dračevca.

Tko od dužnika u potpunosti plati određeni iznos s odobrenim popustom, banka će obustaviti ovrhu nad njegovom imovinom i izdati mu brisovnicu s kojom će maknuti hipoteku sa svojih nekretnina.

Dio uplata dužnika za otkup vlastitih dugova već je legao na račun banke u stečaju. Banka u stečaju je također neke hipoteke na nekretninama prodala tvrtkama koje se očito bave otkupom potraživanja.  

Tako je tvrtki "Top Riviera", čiji je vlasnik kralj nekretnina i kockarnica Slavko Gotovac, pristala prodati dug fizičke osobe, čiji je dug osiguran dužnikovim dvjema bjanko zadužnicama do milijuna kuna i hipotekom na kuću u Vinišću pokraj Trogira.

Ukupno se radi o 20-ak slučaja prodaje dugova i založnih prava s diskontom. Sa svim dužnicima banka u stečaju je dugi niz godina vodila sudske sporove i pokretala ovrhe. No nakon desetljeća, koliko traje stečaj, banka je odlučila riješiti se teško naplativih potraživanja.

Ovako je tekao taj postupak: Na prijedlog dužnika ili tvrtki za otkup potraživanja da im banka uz popust proda založno pravo na nekretninama, prvo se složila stečajna upraviteljica.

U svakom predmetu se radi o različitim iznosima dugova i različitim postocima popusta. Potom je Odbor vjerovnika, koji čine vjerovnici koji imaju većinski paket potraživanja prema banci, u nekim slučajevima korigirao diskont, ako su mislili da je premalo ponuđeno, te su nove prijedloga poslali na Skupštinu vjerovnika koja je to izglasala.

Treba naglasiti da je prije odluke o prodaji dugova s popustom tijekom stečajnog postupka nad "Credo bankom" stečajna upraviteljica unovčila čak 870 milijuna kuna.

Od tog novca još 2018. godine u potpunosti je namirena Državna agencija za osiguranje štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka, koja danas nosi naziv Hrvatska agencija za osiguranje depozita.

Tada je "Credo banka" postala prva financijska institucija u stečaju u povijesti Hrvatske koja je u potpunosti podmirila potraživanja države za osigurane štednje. 

"Credo banka" u stečaju u cijelosti je isplatila radnike, te 60 posto štednje građana iznad iznosa koji je osigurala država. Tek dio potraživanja pravnih osoba koji su vjerovnici splitske banke podmireno je prijebojem njihovih obveza.
