Gradski vijećnici splitskog Most-a danas su održali konferenciju za medije na kojoj je bilo riječi o sudjelovanju u pripremi proračuna Grada Splita za 2022. godinu.

Ivica Grković na početku je istaknuo da su u Gradskom vijeću dužni predstavljati i boriti se za projekte i prioritete na temelju kojih su dobili glas, te zastupati interese i potrebe svih građana grada Splita te naveo:

- Mi do sada nismo u javnost izlazili s našim prijedlozima projekata zato što smo htjeli da oni budu obuhvaćeni u 'projektnoj suradnji', nismo htjeli solirati ili svraćati pažnju na sebe jer smo se nadali da će njihova temeljita, ozbiljna priprema i obrazloženje biti dovoljni argumenti za njihovo prihvaćanje u prvoj verziji proračuna. Bitno je istaknuti da je sam gradonačelnik  pohvalio način na koji smo pripremili i obrazložili naše prijedloge- kazao je Grković.

Ivana Ljulj kazala je da u pripremnoj fazi Gradonačelnik nije prihvatio njihove prijedloge navodeći da za njih nema sredstava, te je istaknula da navedenu okolnost uzimaju kao prvu prepreku na putu da osiguraju pozitivne ishode svoga političkog djelovanja, za mlade obitelji, podstanare, branitelje, za starije sugrađane te zanemarene dijelove grada. Također navodi da će pronaći potrebna sredstva ako im Gradonačelnik omogući detaljniji uvid u pojedine rashodovne stavke.

- Ukupna vrijednost naših prijedloga iznosila je oko 17 milijuna kuna, a to je 1% proračuna kojeg je predložio Gradonačelnik. Pri samoj izradi nastojali smo povesti računa o onome što je Gradonačelnik više puta isticao, da planira istovremeno i razvojan i štedljiv proračun. Predložili smo ono što po nama ne trpi daljnju odgodu. Za realizaciju toga smo spremni uložiti svo naše vrijeme, znanja i resurse. Prijedloge smo podijelili u tri cjeline te ćemo ih u iduća tri tjedna detaljnije predstaviti javnosti- najavila je Ljulj.

Jedan od projekata je za starije sugrađane je razvijanje izvaninstitucionalne skrbi u vidu izgradnje dnevnog boravka na gradskom zemljištu, na lokaciji koju smo predložili i na kojoj je gradnja moguća. 

Nadalje, iz Mosta navode i projekte te mjere za mlade obitelji, za podstanare i branitelje, su projekt POS-a u Korešnici.

- S obzirom na to da Grad još nije postigao dogovor sa svim predviđenim nositeljima investicijskih aktivnosti predložili smo da se planiraju sredstva za pristupne ceste, izgradnju dionice 1 iz poslovnog plana, točnije dogradnju mosta preko rijeke Žrnovnice i rekonstrukciju postojeće ceste. Gradonačelnik je prihvatio i uvrstio sredstva samo za izradu projektne dokumentacije- kazala je i dodala da su pored toga razradili i mjeru novčane pomoći za roditelje djece koja zbog nedovoljnih kapaciteta nisu upisana u vrtiće, a ispunjavaju iste uvjete kao i ona koja jesu.

- U prijedlozima infrastrukturnih projekata usmjerili smo se na nedovoljno razvijene dijelova grada. Podsjećam da smo, prije konstituiranja gradskog vijeća, s Gradonačelnikom usuglasili okosnice naše suradnje, na naš je prijedlog stavljen naglasak na slabije razvijene dijelove grada i urbanizaciju tih područja- kazala je.

Kad je riječ o usvojenim ili je dijelom usvojenim prijedlozima, Ljulj-Cvitanić  navodi da je Gradonačelnik pristao da se održi tematska sjednica o ulaganjima u splitske tržnice i mikrotržnice u kotarevima, također navodi da su predložili osnivanje splitskog filmskog ureda kako bi grad razvijao i najprofitabilniju od svih grana kulture, te da je dogovoreno da se taj projekt razvija zajedno s Centrom za kulturu i cjeloživotno obrazovanje „Zlatna vrata“. Ističu i da je gradonačelnik prihvatio prijedlog povećanja sufinanciranja obrta za čuvanje djece za 200 kuna, pa će se sukladno tome obrti u 2022. sufinancirati s 1.200 kuna po djetetu.

- Prijedlozi koje smo pripremili potvrda su i dokaz da smo projektnu suradnju shvatili ozbiljno i odgovorno za razliku od gradonačelnika, kojemu je projektna suradnja očito jednosmjerna ulica u kojoj se od partnera očekuje slijepa i bespogovorna podrška”, naglasio je Josip Markotić.

Markotić je istaknuo i da su fokusirani na glavni cilj: a to je da Mostovi prijedlozi uđu u proračun. Dodao je i da će iste na sjednici prezentirati gradonačelniku i svim gradskim vijećnicima i tražiti njihovu podršku, a za primjer navodi i KK Split.  

Za kraj je istaknuo da i po cijenu novih izbora Most neće odustati od svojih prijedloga za proračun, pritom navodeći da nisu uzimali funkcije i da im je jedini fokus na prijedlozima/projektima za Grad Split.

Ivica Grković na početku je istaknuo da su u Gradskom vijeću dužni predstavljati i boriti se za projekte i prioritete na temelju kojih su dobili glas, te zastupati interese i potrebe svih građana grada Splita te naveo:

- Mi do sada nismo u javnost izlazili s našim prijedlozima projekata zato što smo htjeli da oni budu obuhvaćeni u 'projektnoj suradnji', nismo htjeli solirati ili svraćati pažnju na sebe jer smo se nadali da će njihova temeljita, ozbiljna priprema i obrazloženje biti dovoljni argumenti za njihovo prihvaćanje u prvoj verziji proračuna. Bitno je istaknuti da je sam gradonačelnik  pohvalio način na koji smo pripremili i obrazložili naše prijedloge- kazao je Grković.

Ivana Ljulj kazala je da u pripremnoj fazi Gradonačelnik nije prihvatio njihove prijedloge navodeći da za njih nema sredstava, te je istaknula da navedenu okolnost uzimaju kao prvu prepreku na putu da osiguraju pozitivne ishode svoga političkog djelovanja, za mlade obitelji, podstanare, branitelje, za starije sugrađane te zanemarene dijelove grada. Također navodi da će pronaći potrebna sredstva ako im Gradonačelnik omogući detaljniji uvid u pojedine rashodovne stavke.

- Ukupna vrijednost naših prijedloga iznosila je oko 17 milijuna kuna, a to je 1% proračuna kojeg je predložio Gradonačelnik. Pri samoj izradi nastojali smo povesti računa o onome što je Gradonačelnik više puta isticao, da planira istovremeno i razvojan i štedljiv proračun. Predložili smo ono što po nama ne trpi daljnju odgodu. Za realizaciju toga smo spremni uložiti svo naše vrijeme, znanja i resurse. Prijedloge smo podijelili u tri cjeline te ćemo ih u iduća tri tjedna detaljnije predstaviti javnosti- najavila je Ljulj.

Jedan od projekata je za starije sugrađane je razvijanje izvaninstitucionalne skrbi u vidu izgradnje dnevnog boravka na gradskom zemljištu, na lokaciji koju smo predložili i na kojoj je gradnja moguća. 

Nadalje, iz Mosta navode i projekte te mjere za mlade obitelji, za podstanare i branitelje, su projekt POS-a u Korešnici.

- S obzirom na to da Grad još nije postigao dogovor sa svim predviđenim nositeljima investicijskih aktivnosti predložili smo da se planiraju sredstva za pristupne ceste, izgradnju dionice 1 iz poslovnog plana, točnije dogradnju mosta preko rijeke Žrnovnice i rekonstrukciju postojeće ceste. Gradonačelnik je prihvatio i uvrstio sredstva samo za izradu projektne dokumentacije- kazala je i dodala da su pored toga razradili i mjeru novčane pomoći za roditelje djece koja zbog nedovoljnih kapaciteta nisu upisana u vrtiće, a ispunjavaju iste uvjete kao i ona koja jesu.

- U prijedlozima infrastrukturnih projekata usmjerili smo se na nedovoljno razvijene dijelova grada. Podsjećam da smo, prije konstituiranja gradskog vijeća, s Gradonačelnikom usuglasili okosnice naše suradnje, na naš je prijedlog stavljen naglasak na slabije razvijene dijelove grada i urbanizaciju tih područja- kazala je.

Kad je riječ o usvojenim ili je dijelom usvojenim prijedlozima, Ljulj-Cvitanić  navodi da je Gradonačelnik pristao da se održi tematska sjednica o ulaganjima u splitske tržnice i mikrotržnice u kotarevima, također navodi da su predložili osnivanje splitskog filmskog ureda kako bi grad razvijao i najprofitabilniju od svih grana kulture, te da je dogovoreno da se taj projekt razvija zajedno s Centrom za kulturu i cjeloživotno obrazovanje „Zlatna vrata“. Ističu i da je gradonačelnik prihvatio prijedlog povećanja sufinanciranja obrta za čuvanje djece za 200 kuna, pa će se sukladno tome obrti u 2022. sufinancirati s 1.200 kuna po djetetu.

- Prijedlozi koje smo pripremili potvrda su i dokaz da smo projektnu suradnju shvatili ozbiljno i odgovorno za razliku od gradonačelnika, kojemu je projektna suradnja očito jednosmjerna ulica u kojoj se od partnera očekuje slijepa i bespogovorna podrška”, naglasio je Josip Markotić.

Markotić je istaknuo i da su fokusirani na glavni cilj: a to je da Mostovi prijedlozi uđu u proračun. Dodao je i da će iste na sjednici prezentirati gradonačelniku i svim gradskim vijećnicima i tražiti njihovu podršku, a za primjer navodi i KK Split.  

Za kraj je istaknuo da i po cijenu novih izbora Most neće odustati od svojih prijedloga za proračun, pritom navodeći da nisu uzimali funkcije i da im je jedini fokus na prijedlozima/projektima za Grad Split.

Gradski vijećnici splitskog Most-a danas su održali konferenciju za medije na kojoj je bilo riječi o sudjelovanju u pripremi proračuna Grada Splita za 2022. godinu.
