U utorak je javnost izviještena da je Općinski sud u Splitu uvažio tužbu Joška Siriščevića, koji je obavljao dužnost zamjenika direktora Splitske obale, prije nego je početkom prošle godine dobio "poslovno uvjetovani" otkaz. Presudom je utvrđeno da je odluka nezakonita i nedopuštena te se gradskoj firmi nalaže da u roku od osam dana i pod prijetnjom ovrhe vrati Siriščevića na radno mjesto.

Sada je stigla informacija da će Splitska obala na ovu presudu uložiti žalbu jer, kako javljaju iz gradskog poduzeća, "Siriščević je dobio poslovno uvjetovani otkaz tijekom procesa racionalizacije, provedenog nakon što je tvrtka ostala bez naknade za privezivanje brodova na Zapadnoj obali i dobila višemilijunsku kaznu za rad bez koncesije na istom području".

"U Splitskoj obali više nema mjesta za djelatnike na izmišljenim radnim mjestima. Političko kadroviranje i zapošljavanje po bilo kakvim vezama stvar je prošlosti i odlučni smo u namjeri da poslovanje ove tvrtke, nakon godina katastrofalno lošeg upravljanja, dovedemo u red. Nismo iznenađeni odlukom suda jer dobro znamo da je u Hrvatskoj i opravdano davanje otkaza u javnom sektoru iznimno teško. Svjedočili smo cijelom nizu slučajeva u kojima sud djelatnike vraća na posao, unatoč tome što su razlozi dobivanja otkaza bili potpuno opravdani“, poručuje direktor Splitske obale Marijan Ciprijan, ističući da je radno mjesto zamjenika direktora tvrtku godišnje koštalo 300 tisuća kuna.

"Racionalizacija podrazumijeva i ukidanje nepotrebnih radnih mjesta, a neophodna je da bismo stekli prihode kojima treba ‘pokrpati‘ pristigle financijske obveze i izbjeći stečaj. Loše poslovne odluke poput izmišljanja radnih mjesta su Splitsku obalu i dovele u ovakvo stanje. Pozicija zamjenika direktora nije postojala niti kada je tvrtka osnovana niti kada je počela naplata vezova na Zapadnoj obali 2014.“, upozorava Ciprijan.

"O kakvom je apsurdu riječ, jasno se vidi analizom radnih procesa definiranih za ovu poziciju. Primjerice, bio je zadužen za izradu prijedloga projektnih aktivnosti iz financijskog plana, no nije izradio nijedan jedini prijedlog. Osim toga, u opisu posla navedena je i kontrola provođenja projekta, a nema nijednog pisanog traga da se ikakva kontrola ikada radila. Nema nikakvog traga ni da se Splitska obala prijavila na ijedan natječaj ministarstva, županije, agencija ili EU-a, a upravo je zamjenik direktora bio zadužen za praćenje tih natječaja, izvještavanje, preuzimanje dokumentacije i provedbu projekata.

Kada je riječ o vođenju evidencije imovine te raspolaganja i upravljanja nekretninama u vlasništvu Splitske obale, što je također bila jedna od dužnosti, važno je znati da ova tvrtka ne posjeduje nijednu nekretninu“, kaže direktor.

U utorak je javnost izviještena da je Općinski sud u Splitu uvažio tužbu Joška Siriščevića, koji je obavljao dužnost zamjenika direktora Splitske obale, prije nego je početkom prošle godine dobio "poslovno uvjetovani" otkaz. Presudom je utvrđeno da je odluka nezakonita i nedopuštena te se gradskoj firmi nalaže da u roku od osam dana i pod prijetnjom ovrhe vrati Siriščevića na radno mjesto.

Sada je stigla informacija da će Splitska obala na ovu presudu uložiti žalbu jer, kako javljaju iz gradskog poduzeća, "Siriščević je dobio poslovno uvjetovani otkaz tijekom procesa racionalizacije, provedenog nakon što je tvrtka ostala bez naknade za privezivanje brodova na Zapadnoj obali i dobila višemilijunsku kaznu za rad bez koncesije na istom području".

"U Splitskoj obali više nema mjesta za djelatnike na izmišljenim radnim mjestima. Političko kadroviranje i zapošljavanje po bilo kakvim vezama stvar je prošlosti i odlučni smo u namjeri da poslovanje ove tvrtke, nakon godina katastrofalno lošeg upravljanja, dovedemo u red. Nismo iznenađeni odlukom suda jer dobro znamo da je u Hrvatskoj i opravdano davanje otkaza u javnom sektoru iznimno teško. Svjedočili smo cijelom nizu slučajeva u kojima sud djelatnike vraća na posao, unatoč tome što su razlozi dobivanja otkaza bili potpuno opravdani“, poručuje direktor Splitske obale Marijan Ciprijan, ističući da je radno mjesto zamjenika direktora tvrtku godišnje koštalo 300 tisuća kuna.

"Racionalizacija podrazumijeva i ukidanje nepotrebnih radnih mjesta, a neophodna je da bismo stekli prihode kojima treba ‘pokrpati‘ pristigle financijske obveze i izbjeći stečaj. Loše poslovne odluke poput izmišljanja radnih mjesta su Splitsku obalu i dovele u ovakvo stanje. Pozicija zamjenika direktora nije postojala niti kada je tvrtka osnovana niti kada je počela naplata vezova na Zapadnoj obali 2014.“, upozorava Ciprijan.

"O kakvom je apsurdu riječ, jasno se vidi analizom radnih procesa definiranih za ovu poziciju. Primjerice, bio je zadužen za izradu prijedloga projektnih aktivnosti iz financijskog plana, no nije izradio nijedan jedini prijedlog. Osim toga, u opisu posla navedena je i kontrola provođenja projekta, a nema nijednog pisanog traga da se ikakva kontrola ikada radila. Nema nikakvog traga ni da se Splitska obala prijavila na ijedan natječaj ministarstva, županije, agencija ili EU-a, a upravo je zamjenik direktora bio zadužen za praćenje tih natječaja, izvještavanje, preuzimanje dokumentacije i provedbu projekata.

Kada je riječ o vođenju evidencije imovine te raspolaganja i upravljanja nekretninama u vlasništvu Splitske obale, što je također bila jedna od dužnosti, važno je znati da ova tvrtka ne posjeduje nijednu nekretninu“, kaže direktor.
