Osim što je ubio preko 90 Hrvata, koronavirus je potamanio i mnoga radna mjesta. Svi koji nisu imali sreću da zadrže radno mjesto, pa su završili na Burzi rada, narednih nekoliko mjeseci, pod određenim uvjetima, primat će naknadu Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje.
Jedan od onih koji su ostali bez posla čim je korona zakucala na vrata, još u ožujku, jest i sada već bivši djelatnik splitske tvrtke koji je dobio otkaz u popularnom ugostiteljskom objektu. Plaća mu je bila 5000,00 kuna netto i rečeno mu je da treba dobiti za travanj (cijeli mjesec je bio nezaposlen) 3.500 kuna naknade Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje. Međutim, dobio je znatno manjih iznos.
Provjerili smo je li u pitanju neka greška HZZ-a ili ga je poslodavac prijavio na manji iznos nego što mu je isplaćivao. U HZZ-u nisu htjeli komentirati taj slučaj, pozivajući se na GDPR uredbu sukladno kojoj 'nisu u mogućnosti davati informacije o tijeku upravnog postupka trećim osobama', te su uputili stranku (podaci poznati redakciji) da ih samostalno kontaktirati.
Međutim, načelno su nam odgovorili kako, sukladno Zakonu o tržištu rada, novčana naknada za prvih 90 dana korištenja iznosi 60 posto, a za preostalo vrijeme korištenja 30 posto od osnovice. Pritom, najviši iznos novčane naknade za prvih 90 dana korištenja ne može biti viši od 70 posto, a za preostalo vrijeme korištenja ne može biti viši od 35 posto iznosa prosječne plaće isplaćene u gospodarstvu Hrvatske u prethodnoj godini, a onda je iznosila 6.457,00 kuna.
Otud vjerojatno i kriva informaciju koju je naš čitatelj dobio. Dakle, ima pravo na 60 posto plaće, ali taj iznos ne može biti veći od 4519,90 kuna, što je 70 posto lanjske prosječne plaće. No, čak i u toj kalkulaciji naš čitatelj je ostao kratak za nekih stotinjak kuna...
Iznos naknade za nezaposlene s biroa u prvih 90 dana ne bi smio nikome biti ni manji od 2 259, 95 kuna.
Kako smo doznali na Zavodu za zapošljavanje, krajem travnja, u Područnoj službi Split, evidentirano je ukupno 27.063 nezaposlene osobe, što je za 21,3 posto više nego u travnju 2019. godine kada je bilo 22.320 nezaposlenih osoba na evidenciji Zavoda. Podaci se odnose na cijelu Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju.
- Korisnika novčane naknade krajem travnja 2020 godine evidentirano je ukupno 6.794 što e 25,1 posto od ukupnog broja nezaposlenih osoba. Što se tiče korisnika mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta nju koristi preko 12 000 poslodavaca, s područja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije za oko 100.000 radnika - kažu nam u HZZ-u.
A tko sve ima pravo na naknadu? Na HZZ-u kažu da su to sve nezaposlene osobe koje u trenutku prestanka radnog odnosa odnosno prestanka obavljanja samostalne djelatnosti ima najmanje devet mjeseci rada u posljednja 24 mjeseca. Oni se u roku od 30 dana od prestanka radnog odnosa, prestanka bolovanja, odnosno rodiljnog, roditeljskog, posvojiteljskog ili skrbničkog dopusta nakon prestanka radnog odnosa moraju prijaviti Zavodu, te podnijeti zahtjev za ostvarivanje naknade.
Naknadu mogu primati od 90 do 450 kalendarskih dana, što ovisi o vremenu koje su proveli na radu, od devet mjeseci do preko 25 godina. Izuzetak su nezaposlene osobe koje su provele na radu najmanje 32 godine i kojima nedostaje do 5 godina do ispunjenja uvjeta dobne granice za stjecanje prava na starosnu mirovinu. One imaju pravo na novčanu naknadu sve do ponovnog zaposlenja ili umirovljenja.

Osim što je ubio preko 90 Hrvata, koronavirus je potamanio i mnoga radna mjesta. Svi koji nisu imali sreću da zadrže radno mjesto, pa su završili na Burzi rada, narednih nekoliko mjeseci, pod određenim uvjetima, primat će naknadu Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje.
Jedan od onih koji su ostali bez posla čim je korona zakucala na vrata, još u ožujku, jest i sada već bivši djelatnik splitske tvrtke koji je dobio otkaz u popularnom ugostiteljskom objektu. Plaća mu je bila 5000,00 kuna netto i rečeno mu je da treba dobiti za travanj (cijeli mjesec je bio nezaposlen) 3.500 kuna naknade Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje. Međutim, dobio je znatno manjih iznos.
Provjerili smo je li u pitanju neka greška HZZ-a ili ga je poslodavac prijavio na manji iznos nego što mu je isplaćivao. U HZZ-u nisu htjeli komentirati taj slučaj, pozivajući se na GDPR uredbu sukladno kojoj 'nisu u mogućnosti davati informacije o tijeku upravnog postupka trećim osobama', te su uputili stranku (podaci poznati redakciji) da ih samostalno kontaktirati.
Međutim, načelno su nam odgovorili kako, sukladno Zakonu o tržištu rada, novčana naknada za prvih 90 dana korištenja iznosi 60 posto, a za preostalo vrijeme korištenja 30 posto od osnovice. Pritom, najviši iznos novčane naknade za prvih 90 dana korištenja ne može biti viši od 70 posto, a za preostalo vrijeme korištenja ne može biti viši od 35 posto iznosa prosječne plaće isplaćene u gospodarstvu Hrvatske u prethodnoj godini, a onda je iznosila 6.457,00 kuna.
Otud vjerojatno i kriva informaciju koju je naš čitatelj dobio. Dakle, ima pravo na 60 posto plaće, ali taj iznos ne može biti veći od 4519,90 kuna, što je 70 posto lanjske prosječne plaće. No, čak i u toj kalkulaciji naš čitatelj je ostao kratak za nekih stotinjak kuna...
Iznos naknade za nezaposlene s biroa u prvih 90 dana ne bi smio nikome biti ni manji od 2 259, 95 kuna.
Kako smo doznali na Zavodu za zapošljavanje, krajem travnja, u Područnoj službi Split, evidentirano je ukupno 27.063 nezaposlene osobe, što je za 21,3 posto više nego u travnju 2019. godine kada je bilo 22.320 nezaposlenih osoba na evidenciji Zavoda. Podaci se odnose na cijelu Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju.
- Korisnika novčane naknade krajem travnja 2020 godine evidentirano je ukupno 6.794 što e 25,1 posto od ukupnog broja nezaposlenih osoba. Što se tiče korisnika mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta nju koristi preko 12 000 poslodavaca, s područja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije za oko 100.000 radnika - kažu nam u HZZ-u.
A tko sve ima pravo na naknadu? Na HZZ-u kažu da su to sve nezaposlene osobe koje u trenutku prestanka radnog odnosa odnosno prestanka obavljanja samostalne djelatnosti ima najmanje devet mjeseci rada u posljednja 24 mjeseca. Oni se u roku od 30 dana od prestanka radnog odnosa, prestanka bolovanja, odnosno rodiljnog, roditeljskog, posvojiteljskog ili skrbničkog dopusta nakon prestanka radnog odnosa moraju prijaviti Zavodu, te podnijeti zahtjev za ostvarivanje naknade.
Naknadu mogu primati od 90 do 450 kalendarskih dana, što ovisi o vremenu koje su proveli na radu, od devet mjeseci do preko 25 godina. Izuzetak su nezaposlene osobe koje su provele na radu najmanje 32 godine i kojima nedostaje do 5 godina do ispunjenja uvjeta dobne granice za stjecanje prava na starosnu mirovinu. One imaju pravo na novčanu naknadu sve do ponovnog zaposlenja ili umirovljenja.
