- U potpunosti je neistinita tvrdnja da je u vrijeme izgradnje na snazi bila “zabrana bilo kakvog raspolaganja do pravomoćnog okončanja postupka naknade za oduzetu imovinu”.

Zabrana raspolaganja u zemljišniku u trenutku postupka izvlaštenja nije postojala i sve je provedeno u skladu sa zakonom, jednako kao i na tisućama drugih čestica zemljišta obuhvaćenih “EKO projektom”.

Legitimno je nastojanje vlasnika da zaštite svoja prava, ali smatramo da se pri tome ne treba služiti insinuacijama o nezakonitom ponašanju drugih.

Agencija je stručno tijelo zaduženo za pripremu i gradnju “EKO projekta” te se u poslovima izvlaštenja ne služi političkim pritiscima, naveo je u priopćenju Mladen Mimica, izvršni direktor Agencije.

Iz “EKO Kaštelanskog zaljeva” demantirali su i tvrdnje kako je crpna stanica koštala 143 milijuna eura, kako su to iznijeli članovi obitelji bivših vlasnika zemljišta.

Iz Agencije tvrde da je investicija bila znatno jeftinija. Također, “EKO Kaštelanski zaljev” demantirao je navode da je crpnu stanicu financirala Europska banka za obnovu i razvitak.

reagirala je jučer na tvrdnje nekoliko obitelji da je na njihovu zemljištu u Dujmovači, koje je u procesu povrata, protupravno izgrađena crpna stanica vrijedna milijune eura.

- U potpunosti je neistinita tvrdnja da je u vrijeme izgradnje na snazi bila “zabrana bilo kakvog raspolaganja do pravomoćnog okončanja postupka naknade za oduzetu imovinu”.

Zabrana raspolaganja u zemljišniku u trenutku postupka izvlaštenja nije postojala i sve je provedeno u skladu sa zakonom, jednako kao i na tisućama drugih čestica zemljišta obuhvaćenih “EKO projektom”.

Legitimno je nastojanje vlasnika da zaštite svoja prava, ali smatramo da se pri tome ne treba služiti insinuacijama o nezakonitom ponašanju drugih.

Agencija je stručno tijelo zaduženo za pripremu i gradnju “EKO projekta” te se u poslovima izvlaštenja ne služi političkim pritiscima, naveo je u priopćenju Mladen Mimica, izvršni direktor Agencije.

Iz “EKO Kaštelanskog zaljeva” demantirali su i tvrdnje kako je crpna stanica koštala 143 milijuna eura, kako su to iznijeli članovi obitelji bivših vlasnika zemljišta.

Iz Agencije tvrde da je investicija bila znatno jeftinija. Također, “EKO Kaštelanski zaljev” demantirao je navode da je crpnu stanicu financirala Europska banka za obnovu i razvitak.
