Velika bura se digla oko korištenja zatvorenog dijela prostora splitske Peškarije u poslijepodnevnim satima.
Nakon što je prošli tjedan svečano otvorena manifestacija Festival dalmatinske gastronomije by Noštromo, postavilo se logično pitanje: kako je poznati splitski restoran mogao dobiti korištenje Peškarije na tri mjeseca bez javnog natječaja? Sumnja se pokazala opravdanom.
Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu obznanila je kako se morao raspisati natječaj i navela da se Noštromu mogla dati suglasnost za korištenje zatvorenog dijela peškarije na 30 dana. Takav savjet je poslušao direktor "Parkova i nasada" Siniša Gašparević i splitskom restoranu je izdao suglasnost za korištenje.
No, odlučeno je i da se mora provesti natječaj. Tako je danas u "Slobodnoj", u subotu 17. lipnja, objavljen javni natječaj za davanje u zakup dijela gradske ribarnice na Obrovu 5. Usmeno se mogu nadmetati svi zainteresirani, uz prethodno dostavljanje pisanih ponuda. Površina prostora koji se daje u zakup je 100 metara četvornih.
Prema uvjetima natječaja, ribarnica će se moći koristiti svakog dana od 16 sati do ponoći, a daje se u zakup od 4. srpnja do 30. rujna ove godine.

Cijena zakupa iznosi jedan euro po metru četvornom ili sto eura dnevno, no na licitaciji se može ponuditi i viši iznos za najam zatvorenog dijela peškarije u tom razdoblju. Zakupniku je dostupan prostor sve dane u mjesecu te plaća najam za cijeli mjesec, neovisno o broju dana korištenja.

Rok za dostavu prijava na ovaj natječaj je zaključno do 30. lipnja ove godine, bez obzira na način dostave ponuda.
Premda je u razgovoru za lokalni portal Dalmacija danas vlasnik Noštroma rekao kako ne očekuje da će se itko javiti na taj natječaj, tek ćemo vidjeti hoće li se njegova predviđanja i želje ostvariti. Na pitanje novinara što se može dogoditi ako se na natječaju jave obližnji ugostitelji i hoće li doći do podjele kamenih stolova, suživot konkurencije te je li to tehnički izvodljivo, odgovorio je ovako:
- Nemam ništa protiv njih, ali ako su kolege neće se javiti na natječaj. Nisam s njima o tome razgovarao. Mi smo prijatelji, a Corto Maltese me je već podržao. Njemu je neprihvatljivo da netko razmišlja o tome što ja radim već 10 - 15 godina. Od Puljića pokojnog pa nadalje, svi gradonačelnici... to smo praktički na ulici riješili. Tako sam riješio prošle godine i s ovom vlasti. To je išlo onda u nastavak. Oni drže pravila, ja to poštivam. I sve sam ispoštivao što smo se dogovorili – kazao je za Dalmacija danas. No, tek krajem mjeseca će se pokazati ima li još zainteresiranih za korištenje te atraktivne lokacije u centru grada.

Velika bura se digla oko korištenja zatvorenog dijela prostora splitske Peškarije u poslijepodnevnim satima.
Nakon što je prošli tjedan svečano otvorena manifestacija Festival dalmatinske gastronomije by Noštromo, postavilo se logično pitanje: kako je poznati splitski restoran mogao dobiti korištenje Peškarije na tri mjeseca bez javnog natječaja? Sumnja se pokazala opravdanom.
Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu obznanila je kako se morao raspisati natječaj i navela da se Noštromu mogla dati suglasnost za korištenje zatvorenog dijela peškarije na 30 dana. Takav savjet je poslušao direktor "Parkova i nasada" Siniša Gašparević i splitskom restoranu je izdao suglasnost za korištenje.
No, odlučeno je i da se mora provesti natječaj. Tako je danas u "Slobodnoj", u subotu 17. lipnja, objavljen javni natječaj za davanje u zakup dijela gradske ribarnice na Obrovu 5. Usmeno se mogu nadmetati svi zainteresirani, uz prethodno dostavljanje pisanih ponuda. Površina prostora koji se daje u zakup je 100 metara četvornih.
Prema uvjetima natječaja, ribarnica će se moći koristiti svakog dana od 16 sati do ponoći, a daje se u zakup od 4. srpnja do 30. rujna ove godine.

Cijena zakupa iznosi jedan euro po metru četvornom ili sto eura dnevno, no na licitaciji se može ponuditi i viši iznos za najam zatvorenog dijela peškarije u tom razdoblju. Zakupniku je dostupan prostor sve dane u mjesecu te plaća najam za cijeli mjesec, neovisno o broju dana korištenja.

Rok za dostavu prijava na ovaj natječaj je zaključno do 30. lipnja ove godine, bez obzira na način dostave ponuda.
Premda je u razgovoru za lokalni portal Dalmacija danas vlasnik Noštroma rekao kako ne očekuje da će se itko javiti na taj natječaj, tek ćemo vidjeti hoće li se njegova predviđanja i želje ostvariti. Na pitanje novinara što se može dogoditi ako se na natječaju jave obližnji ugostitelji i hoće li doći do podjele kamenih stolova, suživot konkurencije te je li to tehnički izvodljivo, odgovorio je ovako:
- Nemam ništa protiv njih, ali ako su kolege neće se javiti na natječaj. Nisam s njima o tome razgovarao. Mi smo prijatelji, a Corto Maltese me je već podržao. Njemu je neprihvatljivo da netko razmišlja o tome što ja radim već 10 - 15 godina. Od Puljića pokojnog pa nadalje, svi gradonačelnici... to smo praktički na ulici riješili. Tako sam riješio prošle godine i s ovom vlasti. To je išlo onda u nastavak. Oni drže pravila, ja to poštivam. I sve sam ispoštivao što smo se dogovorili – kazao je za Dalmacija danas. No, tek krajem mjeseca će se pokazati ima li još zainteresiranih za korištenje te atraktivne lokacije u centru grada.
