Izvedba projekta Žnjan na način kako ga najavljuje i planira splitska gradska vlast mogla bi dugoročno ostaviti loše posljedice na Split kao popularnu turističku destinaciju, pribojava se Martina Nimac Kalcina, donedavna dugogodišnja predsjednica Zajednice obiteljskog turizma Hrvatske gospodarske komore.

Apsolutnom blokadom Žnjana, najveće splitske gradske plaže, izrodit će se niz problema, smatra Nimac Kalcina, a na neke već upozoravaju kako građani, tako i iznajmljivači iz istoimene gradske četvrti i susjednog Trstenika, čije je poslovanje u turističkoj sezoni već dobrano nagrizeno samom najavom uređenja spomenute gradske plaže.

Njezina totalna blokada za njih, naime, znači poslovni gubitak, jer su već sada prisiljeni snižavati cijene svojega turističkog smještaja, od ove godine dodatno opterećenog višim troškovima uslijed inflacije, a uz to i odlukom Grada o povećanju paušalnog poreza.

- Splitski iznajmljivači i hotelijeri iz toga dijela grada jedino su mogli nuditi blizinu plaže, a sad će ta najveća plaža u Dalmaciji biti zatvorena. Ne mogu, naime, svoje smještaje vezati uz blizinu kulturno-povijesne baštine ili blizinu zabavnih sadržaja kako bi se orijentirali na mladu populaciju.

Kojoj će se klijenteli oni okrenuti?! Jedino što su mogli nuditi jest plaža, koju, nažalost, više nemaju, a svi troškovi su im povećani. I sad su u katastrofalnim problemima – navodi Nimac Kalcina.

No neće se, dodaje, zatvaranjem plaže Žnjan stvoriti samo problem iznajmljivačima i građanima s toga gradskog područja, nego će se poteškoće preliti i na ostale dijelove Splita.

Niske ocjene - niske cijene

– Vlasnici turističkog smještaja na Bačvicama i Firulama još toga nisu svjesni. A kad ti gosti dođu i odu na te plaže, kao što su Bačvice, koje su inače bile problematične, bit će totalno razočarani jer će se svi ti turisti, koji eventualno rezerviraju smještaj na Žnjanu i Trsteniku, sliti na te već okupirane plaže poput Bačvica ili onih marjanskih.

I onda će svi iznajmljivači dobiti loše ocjene i za destinaciju i za lokaciju. Strah me je da će se nakon ove sezone cijela destinacija srozati na niske ocjene, a da ćemo pravu štetu osjetiti tek u 2024. – pribojava se Martina Nimac Kalcina. Ima, naravno, razumijevanje za uređenje plaže Žnjan, ali potrebno je voditi računa da se splitskom turizmu zbog tog poteza ne napravi veća šteta.

– Bez obzira što ćemo se mi kao građani žrtvovati, bojim se da će svima nama dugoročno biti pogoršana ekonomska politika. I iz svega toga ćemo se teško izvući... Trenutačno, po svim istraživanjima, Split kotira kao destinacija s izrazito visokim ocjenama, ali postoji opravdana bojazan da to više neće biti tako.

Sve te ocjene utječu na ukupnu ocjenu destinacije, a kad se provodi bilo koje istraživanje, ono se uspoređuje s ocjenama s platformi. Ako nam padne ocjena destinacije, teško ćemo se, što god da učinimo, iščupati – kaže donedavna predsjednica Zajednice obiteljskog turizma HGK-a. Turisti, napominje, u slučaju Splita redovito kao prednost ističu blizinu svega – i javnih gradska plaža, i otoka, i kulturnih znamenitosti, izleta... Sada će onaj kupališni segment, ukidanjem Žnjana, postati problematičan.

Masovni turizam

– Nažalost, mi imamo problem masovnog turizma koji ovakvim potezima još više pogoršavamo. Čim sam čula kako se moramo žrtvovati za jednu sezonu, odmah sam znala da za takvo što nema šanse.

Nemoguće je u današnje vrijeme realizirati tako velik projekt u jednoj sezoni. Uostalom, splitske plaže su u većem postotku punije strancima nego domaćim ljudima. A sad će svi ti turisti, umjesto na Žnjan, ići na druge gradske plaže i Splićanima još više otežati boravak na njima.

Zato je ključno uređivati Žnjan u fazama; mora biti neka alternativa ne samo za građane, nego i za goste. Dok se ne osmisli neka privremena pomoćna opcija, općenito u bilo kojem poslovanju, ne bi se smjelo ni ići u velike projekte – smatra Martina Nimac Kalcina.

Izvedba projekta Žnjan na način kako ga najavljuje i planira splitska gradska vlast mogla bi dugoročno ostaviti loše posljedice na Split kao popularnu turističku destinaciju, pribojava se Martina Nimac Kalcina, donedavna dugogodišnja predsjednica Zajednice obiteljskog turizma Hrvatske gospodarske komore.

Apsolutnom blokadom Žnjana, najveće splitske gradske plaže, izrodit će se niz problema, smatra Nimac Kalcina, a na neke već upozoravaju kako građani, tako i iznajmljivači iz istoimene gradske četvrti i susjednog Trstenika, čije je poslovanje u turističkoj sezoni već dobrano nagrizeno samom najavom uređenja spomenute gradske plaže.

Njezina totalna blokada za njih, naime, znači poslovni gubitak, jer su već sada prisiljeni snižavati cijene svojega turističkog smještaja, od ove godine dodatno opterećenog višim troškovima uslijed inflacije, a uz to i odlukom Grada o povećanju paušalnog poreza.

- Splitski iznajmljivači i hotelijeri iz toga dijela grada jedino su mogli nuditi blizinu plaže, a sad će ta najveća plaža u Dalmaciji biti zatvorena. Ne mogu, naime, svoje smještaje vezati uz blizinu kulturno-povijesne baštine ili blizinu zabavnih sadržaja kako bi se orijentirali na mladu populaciju.

Kojoj će se klijenteli oni okrenuti?! Jedino što su mogli nuditi jest plaža, koju, nažalost, više nemaju, a svi troškovi su im povećani. I sad su u katastrofalnim problemima – navodi Nimac Kalcina.

No neće se, dodaje, zatvaranjem plaže Žnjan stvoriti samo problem iznajmljivačima i građanima s toga gradskog područja, nego će se poteškoće preliti i na ostale dijelove Splita.

Niske ocjene - niske cijene

– Vlasnici turističkog smještaja na Bačvicama i Firulama još toga nisu svjesni. A kad ti gosti dođu i odu na te plaže, kao što su Bačvice, koje su inače bile problematične, bit će totalno razočarani jer će se svi ti turisti, koji eventualno rezerviraju smještaj na Žnjanu i Trsteniku, sliti na te već okupirane plaže poput Bačvica ili onih marjanskih.

I onda će svi iznajmljivači dobiti loše ocjene i za destinaciju i za lokaciju. Strah me je da će se nakon ove sezone cijela destinacija srozati na niske ocjene, a da ćemo pravu štetu osjetiti tek u 2024. – pribojava se Martina Nimac Kalcina. Ima, naravno, razumijevanje za uređenje plaže Žnjan, ali potrebno je voditi računa da se splitskom turizmu zbog tog poteza ne napravi veća šteta.

– Bez obzira što ćemo se mi kao građani žrtvovati, bojim se da će svima nama dugoročno biti pogoršana ekonomska politika. I iz svega toga ćemo se teško izvući... Trenutačno, po svim istraživanjima, Split kotira kao destinacija s izrazito visokim ocjenama, ali postoji opravdana bojazan da to više neće biti tako.

Sve te ocjene utječu na ukupnu ocjenu destinacije, a kad se provodi bilo koje istraživanje, ono se uspoređuje s ocjenama s platformi. Ako nam padne ocjena destinacije, teško ćemo se, što god da učinimo, iščupati – kaže donedavna predsjednica Zajednice obiteljskog turizma HGK-a. Turisti, napominje, u slučaju Splita redovito kao prednost ističu blizinu svega – i javnih gradska plaža, i otoka, i kulturnih znamenitosti, izleta... Sada će onaj kupališni segment, ukidanjem Žnjana, postati problematičan.

Masovni turizam

– Nažalost, mi imamo problem masovnog turizma koji ovakvim potezima još više pogoršavamo. Čim sam čula kako se moramo žrtvovati za jednu sezonu, odmah sam znala da za takvo što nema šanse.

Nemoguće je u današnje vrijeme realizirati tako velik projekt u jednoj sezoni. Uostalom, splitske plaže su u većem postotku punije strancima nego domaćim ljudima. A sad će svi ti turisti, umjesto na Žnjan, ići na druge gradske plaže i Splićanima još više otežati boravak na njima.

Zato je ključno uređivati Žnjan u fazama; mora biti neka alternativa ne samo za građane, nego i za goste. Dok se ne osmisli neka privremena pomoćna opcija, općenito u bilo kojem poslovanju, ne bi se smjelo ni ići u velike projekte – smatra Martina Nimac Kalcina.
