Nikad više koraci kakvog kola neće podići atmosferu na Poljani Tina Ujevića. Bez velikog oproštaja, KUD "Jedinstvo" danas je i službeno napustilo plesnu dvoranu u prizemlju kuće na rubu Varoša, gdje su od 1974 djelovale sve folklorno plesne sekcije našeg najtrofejnijeg folklornog ansambla.
Službena primopredaja prostora novom vlasniku Juri Rubiću, posredovanjem odvjetnika Srđana Brajevića koji je zastupao dosadašnje vlasnike, obitelj Ganza, protekla je u duhu razumijevanja, nostalgije, ali i optimizma.

Kako nam je kazao Emin Sarajlić, predsjednik KUD-a, problem adekvatnog prostora za nastavak rada plesnih sekcija riješen. Barem privremeno.
- Zahvaljujemo drugoj strani što su bili malo nježniji prema nama. Možda se to moglo riješiti i brže, jer pravna je bitka zapravo započela 2002. godine kada sam ja uputio prvi mail danas pokojnom gradonačelniku Slobodanu Berošu, no prije gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, sve od osamostaljenja Hrvatske, nije bilo političke volje za rješavanje našeg pitanja.
Zahvaljujući njegovom razumijevanju dobili smo alternativni smještaj za plesne sekcije u prostorima u GK Varoš, uz garanciju da smo tamo narednih pet godina mirni, te najavu koju je podržao i novi gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, da će se u međuvremenu pronaći trajno rješenje - kazao je Sarajlić, na angažmanu zahvalivši ponaosob djelatnicima Grada Jeleni Hrgović Tomaš, Jeleni Gugić, Antoniji Maletić i Marini Protić, te Mati Omaziću i Ivanu Leki.

Dodao je kako se u KUD-u nadaju da će uskoro doživjeti da Jedinstvo sve svoje sekcije objedini na jednom, adekvatnom, dostojnom mjestu na kojem će djelovati još 100 godina.
Podsjetimo, KUD Jedinstvo svoje je repertoare kreiralo i uvježbavalo na Prokurativama u sadašnjim prostorima Kazališta mladih do 1961. godine, kada ih je tadašnja gradska vlast preselila na ovu adresu gdje do daljnjeg ostaju glazbene sale i uprava Društva. Opraštajući se od dvorane u kojoj zna točno koja daska kako škripi, Sarajlić je bio pomiješanih osjećaja.
- Ima tu malo nostalgije, malo zanosa, malo tuge. Dugo je bila korona pa nismo imali probe u ovom prostoru tako da nam se utoliko lakše od njega oprostiti.
U ovoj smo dvorani svi odrasli, generacije Splićana i Splićanki. Vežu nas mnoge uspomene, ali tome je došao kraj pa neka ovo bude i neki novi početak.
"Jedinstvo" nije na ulici. Nije se moglo napraviti sve, ali idemo dalje i okrećemo novi list. Oproštajni tulum je uslijed okolnosti izostao, ali imamo obećanje od novih vlasnika da će oni organizirati neku proslavu, jer ipak je sve dobro završilo, a rekli su i da će isfinancirati spomen ploču i ta je inicijativa prema Gradu već pokrenuta - kazao je Sarajlić.

Vlasnici prostora izlazili u susret
Kako je kazao odvjetnik Srđan Brajević, koji je u sporu oko vlasništva nekretnine zastupao interese obitelji Ganza kojoj je isti oduzet nacionalizacijom, pravomoćnom presudom prostor je vraćen obitelji, koja je tijekom trajanja procesa KUD-u "Jedinstvo" maksimalno nastojala izaći u susret.

Nikad više koraci kakvog kola neće podići atmosferu na Poljani Tina Ujevića. Bez velikog oproštaja, KUD "Jedinstvo" danas je i službeno napustilo plesnu dvoranu u prizemlju kuće na rubu Varoša, gdje su od 1974 djelovale sve folklorno plesne sekcije našeg najtrofejnijeg folklornog ansambla.
Službena primopredaja prostora novom vlasniku Juri Rubiću, posredovanjem odvjetnika Srđana Brajevića koji je zastupao dosadašnje vlasnike, obitelj Ganza, protekla je u duhu razumijevanja, nostalgije, ali i optimizma.

Kako nam je kazao Emin Sarajlić, predsjednik KUD-a, problem adekvatnog prostora za nastavak rada plesnih sekcija riješen. Barem privremeno.
- Zahvaljujemo drugoj strani što su bili malo nježniji prema nama. Možda se to moglo riješiti i brže, jer pravna je bitka zapravo započela 2002. godine kada sam ja uputio prvi mail danas pokojnom gradonačelniku Slobodanu Berošu, no prije gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, sve od osamostaljenja Hrvatske, nije bilo političke volje za rješavanje našeg pitanja.
Zahvaljujući njegovom razumijevanju dobili smo alternativni smještaj za plesne sekcije u prostorima u GK Varoš, uz garanciju da smo tamo narednih pet godina mirni, te najavu koju je podržao i novi gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, da će se u međuvremenu pronaći trajno rješenje - kazao je Sarajlić, na angažmanu zahvalivši ponaosob djelatnicima Grada Jeleni Hrgović Tomaš, Jeleni Gugić, Antoniji Maletić i Marini Protić, te Mati Omaziću i Ivanu Leki.

Dodao je kako se u KUD-u nadaju da će uskoro doživjeti da Jedinstvo sve svoje sekcije objedini na jednom, adekvatnom, dostojnom mjestu na kojem će djelovati još 100 godina.
Podsjetimo, KUD Jedinstvo svoje je repertoare kreiralo i uvježbavalo na Prokurativama u sadašnjim prostorima Kazališta mladih do 1961. godine, kada ih je tadašnja gradska vlast preselila na ovu adresu gdje do daljnjeg ostaju glazbene sale i uprava Društva. Opraštajući se od dvorane u kojoj zna točno koja daska kako škripi, Sarajlić je bio pomiješanih osjećaja.
- Ima tu malo nostalgije, malo zanosa, malo tuge. Dugo je bila korona pa nismo imali probe u ovom prostoru tako da nam se utoliko lakše od njega oprostiti.
U ovoj smo dvorani svi odrasli, generacije Splićana i Splićanki. Vežu nas mnoge uspomene, ali tome je došao kraj pa neka ovo bude i neki novi početak.
"Jedinstvo" nije na ulici. Nije se moglo napraviti sve, ali idemo dalje i okrećemo novi list. Oproštajni tulum je uslijed okolnosti izostao, ali imamo obećanje od novih vlasnika da će oni organizirati neku proslavu, jer ipak je sve dobro završilo, a rekli su i da će isfinancirati spomen ploču i ta je inicijativa prema Gradu već pokrenuta - kazao je Sarajlić.

Kako je kazao odvjetnik Srđan Brajević, koji je u sporu oko vlasništva nekretnine zastupao interese obitelji Ganza kojoj je isti oduzet nacionalizacijom, pravomoćnom presudom prostor je vraćen obitelji, koja je tijekom trajanja procesa KUD-u "Jedinstvo" maksimalno nastojala izaći u susret.
