Nakon što smo objavili tekst o tome da policja "češlja" ustanovu DES zbog imenovanja bivšeg ravnatelja Tomislava Bogovića za vrijeme mandata Ive Baldasara, koji lobira da postane član Upravnog vijeća iz redova djelatnika, javio nam se sam Bogović koji nam je poslao svoje očitovanje.
Policija češlja DES zbog imenovanja SDP-ovog ravnatelja na čelo te ustanove! A baš on sada žestoko lobira da uđe u Upravno vijeće. Zvali smo ga, bezuspješno...
U nastavku prenosimo Bogovićev dopis u cijelosti.
- Ako je i iz usta članice pravomoćno osuđene političke stranke, previše je! Nijedna nije gorila do zore pa neće ni ova. Puljku sve čestitke na imenovanju ove "menadžerice godine" za v.d. ravnateljicu koja je javnu ustanovu pretvorila u:
1. radni "logor" - od radnika s invaliditetom na zaštitnim radnim mjestima traži se neprimjerena izloženost naporu i normiranom radu što je mimo njihovog individualnog plana rada,
2. kazneno popravni dom - u mandatnom razdoblju zatraženo je 138 očitovanja radnika po raznim osnovama od čega 26 osoba s invaliditetom. Doneseno je 31 upozorenje o obvezama iz radnog odnosa od čega 15 za osobe s invaliditetom te 18 upozorenja o obvezama iz radnog odnosa uz mogućnost otkaza od čega 12 za osobe s invaliditetom, većinom s intelektualnim i mentalnim teškoćama.
Zanimljivo je da inkriminacije dolaze u vrijeme kad sam v.d. ravnateljicu prijavio za prikriveno financiranje odnosno sumnju za kazneno djelo prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju.
Naime, od 2019. do 2021. godine, Ustanova DES za socijalnu uslugu prehrane u Pučkoj kuhinji fiktivno je Gradu Splitu fakturirala preko 70.000 toplih obroka u vrijednosti od preko 1,6 milijuna kuna (novcem poreznih obveznika plaćeni su topli obroci koji nisu ni skuhani).
Još jednom sve čestitke Editi Maretić Dimlić koja se u svom mandatu prema DES-u ponašala kao prema "plijenu", pretvorivši ga u privatno vlasništvo političke stranke (pogodite koje). Nadam se da će izbori u nedjelju zaista označiti kraj HDZ-ove ere i u Ustanovi DES.
Isto tako, osobni podaci iz mog personalnog dosjea (jer jedino u njemu postoji zapis o mom mirovinskom stažu), koji bi trebali biti zaštićeni institutom "osobna tajna", zloupotrebljavaju se, ni manje ni više, od strane odgovorne osobe - v.d. ravnateljice na način da ih se dostavlja i objavljuje u medijima, čime su postali dostupni većem broju osoba (naravno ne osporavam legitimni interes dostaviti ih na uvid nadležnim tijelima).
To je samo još jedan primjer beskrupuloznosti kad se pošto-poto želi zadržati sinekura od 17.000 kn neto plaće (ovo nije osobni podatak), korištenje službenog auta, putovanja, dnevnice, troškovi reprezentacije,... a istovremeno se (većim dijelom ili u cijelosti) u Pravilniku o radu ukidaju solidarne potpore za medicinska i ortopedska pomagala, prijeko potrebne lijekove,...

Nakon što smo objavili tekst o tome da policja "češlja" ustanovu DES zbog imenovanja bivšeg ravnatelja Tomislava Bogovića za vrijeme mandata Ive Baldasara, koji lobira da postane član Upravnog vijeća iz redova djelatnika, javio nam se sam Bogović koji nam je poslao svoje očitovanje.
Policija češlja DES zbog imenovanja SDP-ovog ravnatelja na čelo te ustanove! A baš on sada žestoko lobira da uđe u Upravno vijeće. Zvali smo ga, bezuspješno...
U nastavku prenosimo Bogovićev dopis u cijelosti.
- Ako je i iz usta članice pravomoćno osuđene političke stranke, previše je! Nijedna nije gorila do zore pa neće ni ova. Puljku sve čestitke na imenovanju ove "menadžerice godine" za v.d. ravnateljicu koja je javnu ustanovu pretvorila u:
1. radni "logor" - od radnika s invaliditetom na zaštitnim radnim mjestima traži se neprimjerena izloženost naporu i normiranom radu što je mimo njihovog individualnog plana rada,
2. kazneno popravni dom - u mandatnom razdoblju zatraženo je 138 očitovanja radnika po raznim osnovama od čega 26 osoba s invaliditetom. Doneseno je 31 upozorenje o obvezama iz radnog odnosa od čega 15 za osobe s invaliditetom te 18 upozorenja o obvezama iz radnog odnosa uz mogućnost otkaza od čega 12 za osobe s invaliditetom, većinom s intelektualnim i mentalnim teškoćama.
Zanimljivo je da inkriminacije dolaze u vrijeme kad sam v.d. ravnateljicu prijavio za prikriveno financiranje odnosno sumnju za kazneno djelo prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju.
Naime, od 2019. do 2021. godine, Ustanova DES za socijalnu uslugu prehrane u Pučkoj kuhinji fiktivno je Gradu Splitu fakturirala preko 70.000 toplih obroka u vrijednosti od preko 1,6 milijuna kuna (novcem poreznih obveznika plaćeni su topli obroci koji nisu ni skuhani).
Još jednom sve čestitke Editi Maretić Dimlić koja se u svom mandatu prema DES-u ponašala kao prema "plijenu", pretvorivši ga u privatno vlasništvo političke stranke (pogodite koje). Nadam se da će izbori u nedjelju zaista označiti kraj HDZ-ove ere i u Ustanovi DES.
Isto tako, osobni podaci iz mog personalnog dosjea (jer jedino u njemu postoji zapis o mom mirovinskom stažu), koji bi trebali biti zaštićeni institutom "osobna tajna", zloupotrebljavaju se, ni manje ni više, od strane odgovorne osobe - v.d. ravnateljice na način da ih se dostavlja i objavljuje u medijima, čime su postali dostupni većem broju osoba (naravno ne osporavam legitimni interes dostaviti ih na uvid nadležnim tijelima).
To je samo još jedan primjer beskrupuloznosti kad se pošto-poto želi zadržati sinekura od 17.000 kn neto plaće (ovo nije osobni podatak), korištenje službenog auta, putovanja, dnevnice, troškovi reprezentacije,... a istovremeno se (većim dijelom ili u cijelosti) u Pravilniku o radu ukidaju solidarne potpore za medicinska i ortopedska pomagala, prijeko potrebne lijekove,...
P.S. "Zvali smo ga bezuspješno" odnosi se na jedan jedini poziv s nepoznatog broja u 19:10 sati - naveo je Bogović.
