Unatoč tome što nam nutricionisti tupe da je ključ zdravlja i virkosti u uravnoteženoj prehrani, svako malo se dogodi da napitak, salata, smoothie ili juha u kojoj glavnu ulogu ima samo jedna, "čudesna" vrsta hrane dođe na glas kao spasonosna.

Već neko vrijeme u fokusu društvenih mreža je sasvim obična salata od mrkve, poškropljena s malo ulja i octa te zt dodatak soli i papra. Pobornici ove lagane salatice vjeruju kako pomaže uravnotežiti hormone, ublažiti izbijanje akni, očistiti jetru, poboljšati probavu i san, a ako vam to nije dosta još ćete puno lijepoga o njoj doznati (ili "doznati") ukucate li hešteg #rawcarrotsalad.

Svoje tvrdnje temelje na činjenici da sirova mrkva koristi puno više beta-karotena od kuhane, jer se taj vrijedni spoj može oštetiti uslijed termičke obrade, kao i vitamina C, koji je također poprilično osjetljiv na izlaganje visokim temperaturama. Jedemo li mrkvu sirovu, jest ćemo - po toj logici - nutritivno daleko vrjedniji oblik te namirnice, u ovom ćemo obliku također konzumirati i obilje vlakana koja čiste probavni sustav, brinu se za zdravlje crijevne flore i pridonose mršavljenju, a prema nekima sitova mrkva pomaže izbalansirati razinu estrogena i tako ublažiti PMS.

Dodatak zdravih masti poput maslinovog  ili kokosovog ulja dodatno će olakšati apsorpciju vitamina topivih u mastima (poput vitamina A u koji se pretvara beta-karoten). Dodatak limunovog soka pretvara ovu salatu, tvrde neki, u pravi dinamični duo za mršavljenje, dok se drugi kunu da najbolje "pali" dodatak jabućnog octa, poznatog saveznika u skidanju kilograma.

Zvuči super, ali još nismo pronašli službenu potvrdu za sve što je navedeno. Bilo kako bilo, salata od mrkve lijepa je alternativa smoothieju i prekonoćnoj zobi, a da ne spominjemo asortiman iz pekare koja vam je na putu do posla ili škole. Ako ćete si pri tome govoriti da vam grickanje te salatice pomaže da postanete vitkiji, ljepši i manje podložni PMS-u, što je u tome loše? Samo dok ona nije jedino na što se oslanjate.

Ali, kao što smo već istaknuli, bolje salata od mrkve nego buhtla ili piroška. Pa evo jednog od recepata koji se često spominju. Kako je riječ o prijedlogu za doručak, donosimo varijantu zaslađenu medom. Želite li je jesti za ručak kao predjelo ili prilog, izbacite med te po želji dodajte istu količinu dijon senfa, limunov sokm zamijenite jabučnim octom, a kokosovo ulje maslinovim. Omjeri ostaju isti. Probali smo obje varijante, u slanoj smo još dodali i malo začinskog bilja. I? Uopće nije loše. A pali li? E pa malo je rano za reći... 

Salata od mrkve

Sastojci

2 mrkve na vrpce
2 žličice limunovog soka
2 žličice kokosovog ulja
1 žličica meda 

Priprema:

Operite mrkvu, zatim je gulilicom ogulite i narežite na vrlo tanke vrpce. Stavite vrpce u zdjelu pa ih prelijte limunovim sokom, uljem i medom te promiješajte da se sjedini. Po želji dodajte žlicu sjeckanih oraha ili sjemenki po izboru.

Pobornici ove lagane salatice vjeruju kako pomaže uravnotežiti hormone, ublažiti izbijanje akni, očistiti jetru, poboljšati probavu i san, a ako vam to nije dosta još ćete puno lijepoga o njoj doznati (ili "doznati") ukucate li hešteg #rawcarrotsalad.

Svoje tvrdnje temelje na činjenici da sirova mrkva koristi puno više beta-karotena od kuhane, jer se taj vrijedni spoj može oštetiti uslijed termičke obrade, kao i vitamina C, koji je također poprilično osjetljiv na izlaganje visokim temperaturama. Jedemo li mrkvu sirovu, jest ćemo - po toj logici - nutritivno daleko vrjedniji oblik te namirnice, u ovom ćemo obliku također konzumirati i obilje vlakana koja čiste probavni sustav, brinu se za zdravlje crijevne flore i pridonose mršavljenju, a prema nekima sitova mrkva pomaže izbalansirati razinu estrogena i tako ublažiti PMS.

Dodatak zdravih masti poput maslinovog  ili kokosovog ulja dodatno će olakšati apsorpciju vitamina topivih u mastima (poput vitamina A u koji se pretvara beta-karoten). Dodatak limunovog soka pretvara ovu salatu, tvrde neki, u pravi dinamični duo za mršavljenje, dok se drugi kunu da najbolje "pali" dodatak jabućnog octa, poznatog saveznika u skidanju kilograma.

Zvuči super, ali još nismo pronašli službenu potvrdu za sve što je navedeno. Bilo kako bilo, salata od mrkve lijepa je alternativa smoothieju i prekonoćnoj zobi, a da ne spominjemo asortiman iz pekare koja vam je na putu do posla ili škole. Ako ćete si pri tome govoriti da vam grickanje te salatice pomaže da postanete vitkiji, ljepši i manje podložni PMS-u, što je u tome loše? Samo dok ona nije jedino na što se oslanjate.

Ali, kao što smo već istaknuli, bolje salata od mrkve nego buhtla ili piroška. Pa evo jednog od recepata koji se često spominju. Kako je riječ o prijedlogu za doručak, donosimo varijantu zaslađenu medom. Želite li je jesti za ručak kao predjelo ili prilog, izbacite med te po želji dodajte istu količinu dijon senfa, limunov sokm zamijenite jabučnim octom, a kokosovo ulje maslinovim. Omjeri ostaju isti. Probali smo obje varijante, u slanoj smo još dodali i malo začinskog bilja. I? Uopće nije loše. A pali li? E pa malo je rano za reći... 

Salata od mrkve

Sastojci

2 mrkve na vrpce
2 žličice limunovog soka
2 žličice kokosovog ulja
1 žličica meda 

Priprema:

Operite mrkvu, zatim je gulilicom ogulite i narežite na vrlo tanke vrpce. Stavite vrpce u zdjelu pa ih prelijte limunovim sokom, uljem i medom te promiješajte da se sjedini. Po želji dodajte žlicu sjeckanih oraha ili sjemenki po izboru.
