Nakon što ste skuhali i oljuštili jaja, obojat ćete ih namakanjem u soku od cikle, pri čemu se možete koristiti sokom od svježe cikle (nije važno je li procijeđen ili ste samo izblendali ciklu s otprilike 200 ml vode) ili tekućinom iz teglice s ukiseljenom ciklom.
Računajte samo na to da ćete u prvom slučaju dobiti jaja koja su pomalo slatkasta, s natruhom zemljane arome, a u drugom jaja koja su pomalo kiselkasta. U svakom slučaju, ostavite jaja da se namaču oko dva sata pa ih izvadite i divite se njihovoj neobičnoj boji.
Nakon što ih prerežete, vidjet ćete da su na presjeku gradirana, kao da ste željeli postići ombre efent. Žumanjak će, pak, ostati netaknut, pa će predstavljati lijep koloristički kontrast. No nije sve u izgledu!

Zato ćete žumanjak oprezno izvaditi, zgnječiti, dodati mu maslac, majonezu, senf, kisele krastavce, krem sir, komadiće šunke, što god vam je drago, pa ga uz pomoć slastičarske vrećice vratiti u udubine na prerezanim tvrdo kuhanim jajima. Još samo sve trebate posuti nasjeckanim vlascem, koprom ili peršinom i to je to.

Nakon što ste skuhali i oljuštili jaja, obojat ćete ih namakanjem u soku od cikle, pri čemu se možete koristiti sokom od svježe cikle (nije važno je li procijeđen ili ste samo izblendali ciklu s otprilike 200 ml vode) ili tekućinom iz teglice s ukiseljenom ciklom.
Računajte samo na to da ćete u prvom slučaju dobiti jaja koja su pomalo slatkasta, s natruhom zemljane arome, a u drugom jaja koja su pomalo kiselkasta. U svakom slučaju, ostavite jaja da se namaču oko dva sata pa ih izvadite i divite se njihovoj neobičnoj boji.
Nakon što ih prerežete, vidjet ćete da su na presjeku gradirana, kao da ste željeli postići ombre efent. Žumanjak će, pak, ostati netaknut, pa će predstavljati lijep koloristički kontrast. No nije sve u izgledu!

Zato ćete žumanjak oprezno izvaditi, zgnječiti, dodati mu maslac, majonezu, senf, kisele krastavce, krem sir, komadiće šunke, što god vam je drago, pa ga uz pomoć slastičarske vrećice vratiti u udubine na prerezanim tvrdo kuhanim jajima. Još samo sve trebate posuti nasjeckanim vlascem, koprom ili peršinom i to je to.
Želite li osobito efektan dojam, za ukrašavanje koristite tratinčice, ljubičice ili drugo jestivo cvijeće.
