Jedan od najpopularnijih ljetnih koktela ovog nam je ljeta još draži kao nadahnuće za fantastično kremastu i osvježavajući tortu. Mohito torta zvijezda je društvenih mreža, a tko god ju je probao jasno mu je i zašto. Tko nije, neka samo baci oko na recept i ovu primamljivu naslovnu fotografiju pa će lako sreći dojam.
Prenosimo vam recept koji smo pronašli na Instagramu Njam i njam iza kojeg stoji blogerica Dora koju pratimo i na blogu Njam i njam by Dorica. Dorica nam poručuje kako je ova torta savršena za ljetne dane i mi se potpuno slažemo. Mohito torta
Sastojci
Podloga:
250 g keksa
100 g maslaca
1-2 žlice mlijeka
Krema:
500 g kreme cheesecake
100 g otopljene bijele čokolade
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
malo zelene prehrambene boje
Sirup:
sok 2 ocijeđene limete
ribana korica 2 limete
50 ml vode
1 vanilin šećer
5 žlica kristal šećera
aroma vanilije (mala žličica)
1 listić želatine ili jedna vrećica želatine
Priprema:
Maslac otopite i ohladite na sobnu temperaturu. U posudi pomiješajte zajedno sa mljevenim keksom i hladnim mlijekom. Dobro sjedinite.
Kalup za torte promjera 24 centimetra obložite acetatnom folijom, a dno mu prekrijte masnim papirom (ukoliko nemate acetatnu foliju, smočite kalup pod vodom kao i masni papir s obje strane. Na taj način će se masni papir bolje primiti za kalup). Smjesu stavite u pripremljen kalup i dobro utisnite. Kalup stavite u zamrzivač do upotrebe.
Pripremite sirup jer mora biti hladan kad ga dodajete u kremu. Želatinu pripremite prema uputama na većici. Iscijedite 2 limete i u sok stavite ribanu koricu. Dodajte vodu i šećere, aromu vanilije. Dobro promješajte i sve sastojke stavite u zdjelicu pa zagrijte do vrenja. U nju odmah stavite želatinu. Kad se želatina otopi, pustite sirup da se hladi.
Za kremu otopite bijelu čokoladu u mikrovalnoj pećnici.
Vrhnje za šlag izmiksajte ali ne previše. Treba biti čvrst, ali pazite da ne dobijete grudice. U vrhnje dodajte cheesecake kremu. Kratko sjedinite mikserom. Lagano ulijevajte sirup od mente koji se prohladio. Dodajte otopljenu bijelu čokoladu te ponovno miksajte. Dodajte malo zelene prehrambene boje te ponovno miksajte dok se boja ne sjedini.
Na podlogu od keksa stavite kremu i lagano je poravnajte špatulom kako bi svi rubovi bili jednaki. Stavite u frižider na hlađenje na minimalno 8 sati. Dekorirajte po želji.

Dorica nam poručuje kako je ova torta savršena za ljetne dane i mi se potpuno slažemo. Mohito torta
Sastojci
Podloga:
250 g keksa
100 g maslaca
1-2 žlice mlijeka
Krema:
500 g kreme cheesecake
100 g otopljene bijele čokolade
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
malo zelene prehrambene boje
Sirup:
sok 2 ocijeđene limete
ribana korica 2 limete
50 ml vode
1 vanilin šećer
5 žlica kristal šećera
aroma vanilije (mala žličica)
1 listić želatine ili jedna vrećica želatine
Priprema:
Maslac otopite i ohladite na sobnu temperaturu. U posudi pomiješajte zajedno sa mljevenim keksom i hladnim mlijekom. Dobro sjedinite.
Kalup za torte promjera 24 centimetra obložite acetatnom folijom, a dno mu prekrijte masnim papirom (ukoliko nemate acetatnu foliju, smočite kalup pod vodom kao i masni papir s obje strane. Na taj način će se masni papir bolje primiti za kalup). Smjesu stavite u pripremljen kalup i dobro utisnite. Kalup stavite u zamrzivač do upotrebe.
Pripremite sirup jer mora biti hladan kad ga dodajete u kremu. Želatinu pripremite prema uputama na većici. Iscijedite 2 limete i u sok stavite ribanu koricu. Dodajte vodu i šećere, aromu vanilije. Dobro promješajte i sve sastojke stavite u zdjelicu pa zagrijte do vrenja. U nju odmah stavite želatinu. Kad se želatina otopi, pustite sirup da se hladi.
Za kremu otopite bijelu čokoladu u mikrovalnoj pećnici.
Vrhnje za šlag izmiksajte ali ne previše. Treba biti čvrst, ali pazite da ne dobijete grudice. U vrhnje dodajte cheesecake kremu. Kratko sjedinite mikserom. Lagano ulijevajte sirup od mente koji se prohladio. Dodajte otopljenu bijelu čokoladu te ponovno miksajte. Dodajte malo zelene prehrambene boje te ponovno miksajte dok se boja ne sjedini.
Na podlogu od keksa stavite kremu i lagano je poravnajte špatulom kako bi svi rubovi bili jednaki. Stavite u frižider na hlađenje na minimalno 8 sati. Dekorirajte po želji.
