Možemo samo nagađati da su klepe ili kulaci, kako se još nazivaju, tradicionalno jelo i da bi prije moglo imati veze s turskom nego talijanskom kuhinjom - uostalom, jastučići od tijesta punjeni slasnim nadjevima poznati su u mnogim svjetskim kuhinjama, od zapadne i središnje Europe pa do Dalekog istoka.

Nabavili smo i odličan recept, od popularnog BiH food blogera Hajrudina Šišića, kojeg pratimo na Instagramu Harry Cooper. Pa evo kako on radi klepe i to zapečene. Slijedi recept, a u nastavku i video.
Zapečene klepe
Sastojci:
Za tijesto:
250 g brašna
100 ml vode
1 jaje
Nadjev:
200 g mljevenog mesa
1 luk
mljevena crvena paprika
sol, papar
Preljev:
100 ml 20% vrhnja za kuhanje
2 režnja češnjaka
Priprema:
Od brašna, vode i jaja umijesite glatko tijesto te ga ostavite 15-20 minuta da miruje. Dok tijesto miruje pomiješajte mljeveno meso sa sjeckanim lukom i začinima.
Tijesto izvaljajte tanko, otprilike 2-3mm te ga izrežete na kvadratiće. Na sredinu svakog dijela tijesta stavite mali dio punjenja od mesa. Krajeve tijesta preklopite i spojite. Klepe potom kuhajte u slanoj vodi 10-15 min. Skuhane klepe prebacite u posudu za pečenje i prelijete preljevom od vrhnja pomiješanog s usitnjenim češnjakom i pecite 20-tak min na 180 stupnjeva Celzija.

Jeste li ikad čuli za podatak da Bosna i Hercegovina ima svoju inačicu talijanskih raviola? Jelo koje neki nazivaju bosanskim raviolima izvorno nosi ime klepe, a je li nadahnuto slavnim talijanskim specijalitetom ili su BiH bonkulovići, poznati po ljubavi prema nadjevenim tijestima raznih vrsta, do ideje došli sami ne bismo vam znali reći.

Možemo samo nagađati da su klepe ili kulaci, kako se još nazivaju, tradicionalno jelo i da bi prije moglo imati veze s turskom nego talijanskom kuhinjom - uostalom, jastučići od tijesta punjeni slasnim nadjevima poznati su u mnogim svjetskim kuhinjama, od zapadne i središnje Europe pa do Dalekog istoka.

Ali ono što vam sa sigurnošću možemo poručiti je da ih vrijedi probati, jer su odlične.
Nabavili smo i odličan recept, od popularnog BiH food blogera Hajrudina Šišića, kojeg pratimo na Instagramu Harry Cooper. Pa evo kako on radi klepe i to zapečene. Slijedi recept, a u nastavku i video.
Zapečene klepe
Sastojci:
Za tijesto:
250 g brašna
100 ml vode
1 jaje
Nadjev:
200 g mljevenog mesa
1 luk
mljevena crvena paprika
sol, papar
Preljev:
100 ml 20% vrhnja za kuhanje
2 režnja češnjaka
Priprema:
Od brašna, vode i jaja umijesite glatko tijesto te ga ostavite 15-20 minuta da miruje. Dok tijesto miruje pomiješajte mljeveno meso sa sjeckanim lukom i začinima.
Tijesto izvaljajte tanko, otprilike 2-3mm te ga izrežete na kvadratiće. Na sredinu svakog dijela tijesta stavite mali dio punjenja od mesa. Krajeve tijesta preklopite i spojite. Klepe potom kuhajte u slanoj vodi 10-15 min. Skuhane klepe prebacite u posudu za pečenje i prelijete preljevom od vrhnja pomiješanog s usitnjenim češnjakom i pecite 20-tak min na 180 stupnjeva Celzija.
