Pide
Sastojci:
375 g brašna
7 g instant kvasca
240 ml toplog mlijeka
60 ml maslinovog ulja
2 žlice meda
1 žličica soli
Preljev:
1 žumanjak
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
2 žličice jogurta
malo octa
sjemenke sezama i kima
Priprema:
Pomiješajte toplo mlijeko, med i kvasac te ih promiješajte pa im dodajte brašno i sol. Dobro mijesite dok tijesto ne postane glatko pa ga ostavite na toplom mjestu dok se ne udvostruči.
Nkon što se tijesto lijepo diglo, na dno posude za pečenje stavite malo brašna, još bolje griza ili krupnog kukuruznog brašna.
Razvucite tijesto da dobijete ovalni oblik pa ga prebacite u posudu za pečenje, izbockajte ga vilicom tako da dobijete karakteristični uzorak romba pa ga premažite preljevom, pospite sjemenkama i stavite peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 stupnjeva.

Pide
Sastojci:
375 g brašna
7 g instant kvasca
240 ml toplog mlijeka
60 ml maslinovog ulja
2 žlice meda
1 žličica soli
Preljev:
1 žumanjak
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
2 žličice jogurta
malo octa
sjemenke sezama i kima
Priprema:
Pomiješajte toplo mlijeko, med i kvasac te ih promiješajte pa im dodajte brašno i sol. Dobro mijesite dok tijesto ne postane glatko pa ga ostavite na toplom mjestu dok se ne udvostruči.
Nkon što se tijesto lijepo diglo, na dno posude za pečenje stavite malo brašna, još bolje griza ili krupnog kukuruznog brašna.
Razvucite tijesto da dobijete ovalni oblik pa ga prebacite u posudu za pečenje, izbockajte ga vilicom tako da dobijete karakteristični uzorak romba pa ga premažite preljevom, pospite sjemenkama i stavite peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 stupnjeva.
