Kuhate li još uvijek tjesteninu u običnoj vodi, stvarno ste neupućeni. Popularnu manistru sada svi pripremaju na sasvim dugačiji način: umjesto da je skuhaju odvojeno, ubace ju izravno u umak. No da biste to pravilno izveli, morat ćete malo prilagoditi recept. Isplatit će vam se jer će okus biti bogatiji, jelo će biti brže gotovo, a isprljat ćete manje suđa.

Jedan od primjera je ovaj zgodni recept s TikToka u kojem možete vidjeti kako se u jednoj većoj tavi priprema cijelo jelo s tjesteninom. Najprije se prodinstaju narezana pileća prsa, zatim im se doda maslac pa se sve zalije s dosta temeljca u koji se ulije vrhnje za kuhanje. U tu mješavinu ubaci se tjestenina i nakon nekoliko minuta kad je tjestenina skoro gotova doda se povrće. Cijeli obrok je gotov bez puno gnjavaže i uz samo jednu zaprljanu posudu. Ako, pak, želite pripremiti omiljenu manistru na pome, nakon što ste ispirjali luk i češnjak na maslinovom ulju pa na to dodali rajčice, ulijte vode i u nju ubacite tjesteninu. Dok se tjestenina kuha, višak tekućine će ispariti, a i sama tjestenina će otpuštanjem škroba zagustiti umak. Kuhajući se u umaku, tjestenina će bolje upiti okus, a vi ćete imati manje suđa za pranje.

Postoji još jedan način za isprobati ovaj trik, a to je sve skupa izvesti u pećnici. Tjesteninu trebate staviti u prikladnu posudu za pečenje, dodati joj priloge po želji -  primjerice nasjeckano povrće, pancetu, kobasičice, gljive i slično ili pak gotovi umak kao što su pesto ili bolonjeze - te sve zaliti tekućinom. Pustite da se peče na nižoj temperaturi, a nakon što voda ispari provjerite je li manistra dovoljno skuhana. Ako nije, dolijte još tekućine, u protivnom pojačajte temperaturu, tjesteninu prekrijte sirom i sve kratko zapecite.

Tjestenina iz jedne posude s piletinom i brokulom

Sastojci:

2 žlice maslinovog ulja
500 g fileta pilećih prsa, narezanih na kockice
1 žličica soli
½ žličice papra
2 žličice maslaca
1 žličica češnjaka
720 ml pilećeg temeljca
240 ml vrhnja
250 g kratke tjestenine (kojoj je potrebno 8-9 minuta za kuhanje)
1 glavica brokule, izrezana na cvjetiće (ili povrće po izboru)
2 žlice pesta, kupovnog ili domaćeg
45 g parmezana
malo svježeg bosiljka

Priprema:

Zagrijte maslinovo ulje u velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte piletinu, sol i papar. Kuhajte uz miješanje 3-5 minuta dok se piletina ne skuha. Izvadite piletinu i dodajte maslac, a kada se otopi, dodajte češnjak. Pirjajte uz miješanje 30 sekundi. Dodajte pileći temeljac i vrhnje. Pustite da lagano kuha.

Dodajte nekuhanu tjesteninu. Kuhajte 4 minute uz povremeno miješajući.

Dodajte brokulu (ili povrće po izboru) po vrhu tjestenine. U redu je ako se dio povrća potopi, ali nemojte ga miješati, kuhat će se na pari dok se tjestenina i umak kuhaju.

Stavite poklopac, kuhajte još 4 minute, lagano miješajući tjesteninu jednom drvenom žlicom kako se tjestenina ne bi zalijepila za dno posude.

Vratite piletinu u tavu, promiješati pesto i parmezan. Začinite solju i paprom po ukusu, dodajte listiće svježeg bosiljka i poslužite.

Kuhate li još uvijek tjesteninu u običnoj vodi, stvarno ste neupućeni. Popularnu manistru sada svi pripremaju na sasvim dugačiji način: umjesto da je skuhaju odvojeno, ubace ju izravno u umak. No da biste to pravilno izveli, morat ćete malo prilagoditi recept. Isplatit će vam se jer će okus biti bogatiji, jelo će biti brže gotovo, a isprljat ćete manje suđa.

Jedan od primjera je ovaj zgodni recept s TikToka u kojem možete vidjeti kako se u jednoj većoj tavi priprema cijelo jelo s tjesteninom. Najprije se prodinstaju narezana pileća prsa, zatim im se doda maslac pa se sve zalije s dosta temeljca u koji se ulije vrhnje za kuhanje. U tu mješavinu ubaci se tjestenina i nakon nekoliko minuta kad je tjestenina skoro gotova doda se povrće. Cijeli obrok je gotov bez puno gnjavaže i uz samo jednu zaprljanu posudu. Ako, pak, želite pripremiti omiljenu manistru na pome, nakon što ste ispirjali luk i češnjak na maslinovom ulju pa na to dodali rajčice, ulijte vode i u nju ubacite tjesteninu. Dok se tjestenina kuha, višak tekućine će ispariti, a i sama tjestenina će otpuštanjem škroba zagustiti umak. Kuhajući se u umaku, tjestenina će bolje upiti okus, a vi ćete imati manje suđa za pranje.

Postoji još jedan način za isprobati ovaj trik, a to je sve skupa izvesti u pećnici. Tjesteninu trebate staviti u prikladnu posudu za pečenje, dodati joj priloge po želji -  primjerice nasjeckano povrće, pancetu, kobasičice, gljive i slično ili pak gotovi umak kao što su pesto ili bolonjeze - te sve zaliti tekućinom. Pustite da se peče na nižoj temperaturi, a nakon što voda ispari provjerite je li manistra dovoljno skuhana. Ako nije, dolijte još tekućine, u protivnom pojačajte temperaturu, tjesteninu prekrijte sirom i sve kratko zapecite.

Tjestenina iz jedne posude s piletinom i brokulom

Sastojci:

2 žlice maslinovog ulja
500 g fileta pilećih prsa, narezanih na kockice
1 žličica soli
½ žličice papra
2 žličice maslaca
1 žličica češnjaka
720 ml pilećeg temeljca
240 ml vrhnja
250 g kratke tjestenine (kojoj je potrebno 8-9 minuta za kuhanje)
1 glavica brokule, izrezana na cvjetiće (ili povrće po izboru)
2 žlice pesta, kupovnog ili domaćeg
45 g parmezana
malo svježeg bosiljka

Priprema:

Zagrijte maslinovo ulje u velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte piletinu, sol i papar. Kuhajte uz miješanje 3-5 minuta dok se piletina ne skuha. Izvadite piletinu i dodajte maslac, a kada se otopi, dodajte češnjak. Pirjajte uz miješanje 30 sekundi. Dodajte pileći temeljac i vrhnje. Pustite da lagano kuha.

Dodajte nekuhanu tjesteninu. Kuhajte 4 minute uz povremeno miješajući.

Dodajte brokulu (ili povrće po izboru) po vrhu tjestenine. U redu je ako se dio povrća potopi, ali nemojte ga miješati, kuhat će se na pari dok se tjestenina i umak kuhaju.

Stavite poklopac, kuhajte još 4 minute, lagano miješajući tjesteninu jednom drvenom žlicom kako se tjestenina ne bi zalijepila za dno posude.

Vratite piletinu u tavu, promiješati pesto i parmezan. Začinite solju i paprom po ukusu, dodajte listiće svježeg bosiljka i poslužite.

Kuhate li još uvijek tjesteninu u običnoj vodi, stvarno ste neupućeni. Popularnu manistru sada svi pripremaju na sasvim dugačiji način: umjesto da je skuhaju odvojeno, ubace ju izravno u umak. No da biste to pravilno izveli, morat ćete malo prilagoditi recept. Isplatit će vam se jer će okus biti bogatiji, jelo će biti brže gotovo, a isprljat ćete manje suđa.

Jedan od primjera je ovaj zgodni recept s TikToka u kojem možete vidjeti kako se u jednoj većoj tavi priprema cijelo jelo s tjesteninom. Najprije se prodinstaju narezana pileća prsa, zatim im se doda maslac pa se sve zalije s dosta temeljca u koji se ulije vrhnje za kuhanje. U tu mješavinu ubaci se tjestenina i nakon nekoliko minuta kad je tjestenina skoro gotova doda se povrće. Cijeli obrok je gotov bez puno gnjavaže i uz samo jednu zaprljanu posudu.
