Gripa je u daljnjem porastu te je u samo tjedan dana, zaključno s 1.siječnja, prijavljeno 2731 novih slučajeva. Riječ je o podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, koji govore o ukupno 4130 prijava gripe, tako da je u tjedan dana došlo do udvostručivanja broja u odnosu na prethodni.

Kada se gleda grafički prikaz ozbiljnijih sezona gripe iz pretpandemijskih godina 2018./19. i 2019./20. vidljivo je kako je ova sezona krenula nešto ranije, ali i snažnije te stručnjaci očekuju iznimno jaku sezonu gripe.

U prilog tome idu i podaci s južne hemisfere, koja je već završila s ovogodišnjom gripom, a podaci iz Australije govore o jednoj od najozbiljnijih sezona ove bolesti.

Do većeg broja zaraženih zasigurno dolazi jer su ukinute sve epidemijske mjere vezane za koronavirus, a zbog kojeg je gripa izostala protekle dvije godine. Također, u tom periodu nije se razvijao imunitet, pa je i to jedan od razloga zašto se može očekivati snažna sezona s visokim brojevima. Valja naglasiti i to da su prijavljeni slučajevi gripe uglavnom tri puta manji od stvarnih brojeva, tako da je oboljelih znatno više nego je navedeno.

Marko Kutleša, pročelnik Zavoda za intenzivnu medicinu i neuroinfektologiju Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" kaže kako je gripa virusna bolest koja se oduvijek smatra teškom bolešću, a koja može dovesti do teških zdravstvenih stanja i smrtnih ishoda.

- U ovom trenu u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja u našoj ustanovi je do 15 osoba. Svi oni su teško bolesni i došlo je do komplikacija. No, još uvijek smo na početku i situacija nije dramatična - kaže Kutleša i dodaje kako se vrhunac gripe očekuje krajem siječnja. Također, navodi, da niti jedan od pacijenata koji su hospitalizirani nije cijepljen protiv gripe.

Hrvatska je, naime, ove godine naručila 600 tisuća doza četverovalentnog cjepiva, koje pokriva sve sojeve koji cirkuliraju, a potrošeno je nešto manje od polovice. Stoga liječnici, imunolozi i virusolozi pozivaju građane da se cijepe. Poglavito osobe starije životne dobi, kronične bolesnike, zdravstvene djelatnike i one koji rade sa starijima i bolesnima. Za njih je cjepivo besplatno i mogu se cijepiti kod izabranog liječnika obiteljske medicine.

Najveća stopa prijava gripe na 100.000 stanovnika bilježi se u Brodsko-posavskoj, Koprivničko-križevačkoj i Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji, a među pristiglim prijavama gripe, stopa incidencije je uobičajeno najveća u djece predškolske i školske dobi, a najniža u osoba u dobi od 65 godina i više

- Uz sezonu gripe uobičajeno se povezuje tzv. višak smrti odnosno povećani broj umrlih u odnosu na broj umrlih izvan sezone gripe. To je posljedica činjenice da je gripa u određenim rizičnim skupinama kao što su osobe u dobi od 65 godina i stariji te kronični bolesnici neovisno o dobi, češće praćena komplikacijama i smrtnim ishodom. Tijekom ove sezone prijavljen je jedan smrtni ishod zbog gripe i njezinih komplikacija - kažu iz HZJZ-a.

Prema podacima Nacionalnog referentnog centra za gripu Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo u laboratorijskim uzorcima potvrđen je pretežno virus gripe tip A te sporadično virus gripe tip B. U većini subtipiziranih uzoraka detektiran je virusa gripe A/H1N1, iako manji broj uzoraka pozitivan je na A/H3N2.

Gripa je u daljnjem porastu te je u samo tjedan dana, zaključno s 1.siječnja, prijavljeno 2731 novih slučajeva. Riječ je o podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, koji govore o ukupno 4130 prijava gripe, tako da je u tjedan dana došlo do udvostručivanja broja u odnosu na prethodni.

Kada se gleda grafički prikaz ozbiljnijih sezona gripe iz pretpandemijskih godina 2018./19. i 2019./20. vidljivo je kako je ova sezona krenula nešto ranije, ali i snažnije te stručnjaci očekuju iznimno jaku sezonu gripe.

U prilog tome idu i podaci s južne hemisfere, koja je već završila s ovogodišnjom gripom, a podaci iz Australije govore o jednoj od najozbiljnijih sezona ove bolesti.

Do većeg broja zaraženih zasigurno dolazi jer su ukinute sve epidemijske mjere vezane za koronavirus, a zbog kojeg je gripa izostala protekle dvije godine. Također, u tom periodu nije se razvijao imunitet, pa je i to jedan od razloga zašto se može očekivati snažna sezona s visokim brojevima. Valja naglasiti i to da su prijavljeni slučajevi gripe uglavnom tri puta manji od stvarnih brojeva, tako da je oboljelih znatno više nego je navedeno.

Marko Kutleša, pročelnik Zavoda za intenzivnu medicinu i neuroinfektologiju Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" kaže kako je gripa virusna bolest koja se oduvijek smatra teškom bolešću, a koja može dovesti do teških zdravstvenih stanja i smrtnih ishoda.

- U ovom trenu u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja u našoj ustanovi je do 15 osoba. Svi oni su teško bolesni i došlo je do komplikacija. No, još uvijek smo na početku i situacija nije dramatična - kaže Kutleša i dodaje kako se vrhunac gripe očekuje krajem siječnja. Također, navodi, da niti jedan od pacijenata koji su hospitalizirani nije cijepljen protiv gripe.

Hrvatska je, naime, ove godine naručila 600 tisuća doza četverovalentnog cjepiva, koje pokriva sve sojeve koji cirkuliraju, a potrošeno je nešto manje od polovice. Stoga liječnici, imunolozi i virusolozi pozivaju građane da se cijepe. Poglavito osobe starije životne dobi, kronične bolesnike, zdravstvene djelatnike i one koji rade sa starijima i bolesnima. Za njih je cjepivo besplatno i mogu se cijepiti kod izabranog liječnika obiteljske medicine.

Najveća stopa prijava gripe na 100.000 stanovnika bilježi se u Brodsko-posavskoj, Koprivničko-križevačkoj i Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji, a među pristiglim prijavama gripe, stopa incidencije je uobičajeno najveća u djece predškolske i školske dobi, a najniža u osoba u dobi od 65 godina i više

- Uz sezonu gripe uobičajeno se povezuje tzv. višak smrti odnosno povećani broj umrlih u odnosu na broj umrlih izvan sezone gripe. To je posljedica činjenice da je gripa u određenim rizičnim skupinama kao što su osobe u dobi od 65 godina i stariji te kronični bolesnici neovisno o dobi, češće praćena komplikacijama i smrtnim ishodom. Tijekom ove sezone prijavljen je jedan smrtni ishod zbog gripe i njezinih komplikacija - kažu iz HZJZ-a.

Prema podacima Nacionalnog referentnog centra za gripu Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo u laboratorijskim uzorcima potvrđen je pretežno virus gripe tip A te sporadično virus gripe tip B. U većini subtipiziranih uzoraka detektiran je virusa gripe A/H1N1, iako manji broj uzoraka pozitivan je na A/H3N2.

Gripa je u daljnjem porastu te je u samo tjedan dana, zaključno s 1.siječnja, prijavljeno 2731 novih slučajeva. Riječ je o podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, koji govore o ukupno 4130 prijava gripe, tako da je u tjedan dana došlo do udvostručivanja broja u odnosu na prethodni.

Kada se gleda grafički prikaz ozbiljnijih sezona gripe iz pretpandemijskih godina 2018./19. i 2019./20. vidljivo je kako je ova sezona krenula nešto ranije, ali i snažnije te stručnjaci očekuju iznimno jaku sezonu gripe.

U prilog tome idu i podaci s južne hemisfere, koja je već završila s ovogodišnjom gripom, a podaci iz Australije govore o jednoj od najozbiljnijih sezona ove bolesti.

Do većeg broja zaraženih zasigurno dolazi jer su ukinute sve epidemijske mjere vezane za koronavirus, a zbog kojeg je gripa izostala protekle dvije godine. Također, u tom periodu nije se razvijao imunitet, pa je i to jedan od razloga zašto se može očekivati snažna sezona s visokim brojevima. Valja naglasiti i to da su prijavljeni slučajevi gripe uglavnom tri puta manji od stvarnih brojeva, tako da je oboljelih znatno više nego je navedeno.

Marko Kutleša, pročelnik Zavoda za intenzivnu medicinu i neuroinfektologiju Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" kaže kako je gripa virusna bolest koja se oduvijek smatra teškom bolešću, a koja može dovesti do teških zdravstvenih stanja i smrtnih ishoda.

- U ovom trenu u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja u našoj ustanovi je do 15 osoba. Svi oni su teško bolesni i došlo je do komplikacija. No, još uvijek smo na početku i situacija nije dramatična - kaže Kutleša i dodaje kako se vrhunac gripe očekuje krajem siječnja. Također, navodi, da niti jedan od pacijenata koji su hospitalizirani nije cijepljen protiv gripe.
