Danas, 04.rujna 2021. g. oko 07:40 sati Policijska postaja Omiš zaprimila je informaciju da je u mjestu Ostrvica iz vatrenog oružja ubijen pas. Nakon zaprimljene informacije policijski službenici izašli su na mjesto događaja i na otvorenom prostoru izvan naselja Ostrvica pronašli usmrćenog psa na kojem su bile vidljive ozljede od vatrenog oružja.

Na mjestu događaja obavljen je očevid i u službene prostorije doveden je 56-godišnji muškarac radi provođenja kriminalističkog istraživanja. U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja od 56-godišnjaka su oduzete dvije lovačke puške koje legalno posjeduje.

- Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 56-godišnjak iz lovačke puške ubio psa koji se tada nalazio bez nadzora čime je ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Ubijanje ili mučenje životinja radi čega će protiv njega nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu biti podnesena kaznena prijava- kazali su iz policije.

Danas, 04.rujna 2021. g. oko 07:40 sati Policijska postaja Omiš zaprimila je informaciju da je u mjestu Ostrvica iz vatrenog oružja ubijen pas. Nakon zaprimljene informacije policijski službenici izašli su na mjesto događaja i na otvorenom prostoru izvan naselja Ostrvica pronašli usmrćenog psa na kojem su bile vidljive ozljede od vatrenog oružja.

Na mjestu događaja obavljen je očevid i u službene prostorije doveden je 56-godišnji muškarac radi provođenja kriminalističkog istraživanja. U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja od 56-godišnjaka su oduzete dvije lovačke puške koje legalno posjeduje.

- Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 56-godišnjak iz lovačke puške ubio psa koji se tada nalazio bez nadzora čime je ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Ubijanje ili mučenje životinja radi čega će protiv njega nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu biti podnesena kaznena prijava- kazali su iz policije.

Šok u blizini Omiša: muškarac iz puške upucao psa, policija mu zaplijenila oružje, pa ga uhitila

Danas, 04.rujna 2021. g. oko 07:40 sati Policijska postaja Omiš zaprimila je informaciju da je u mjestu Ostrvica iz vatrenog oružja ubijen pas. Nakon zaprimljene informacije policijski službenici izašli su na mjesto događaja i na otvorenom prostoru izvan naselja Ostrvica pronašli usmrćenog psa na kojem su bile vidljive ozljede od vatrenog oružja.

Na mjestu događaja obavljen je očevid i u službene prostorije doveden je 56-godišnji muškarac radi provođenja kriminalističkog istraživanja. U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja od 56-godišnjaka su oduzete dvije lovačke puške koje legalno posjeduje.

- Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 56-godišnjak iz lovačke puške ubio psa koji se tada nalazio bez nadzora čime je ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Ubijanje ili mučenje životinja radi čega će protiv njega nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu biti podnesena kaznena prijava- kazali su iz policije.
