Biograd ponovno podiže ljestvicu za regate CRO Melges 24 Cupa. Nakon 10 brodova na premijeri prije dvije godine i 14 brodova lani, ovaj vikend će na Biograd CRO Melges 24 Cupu u organizaciji JK Briva nastupiti čak 18 posada iz Hrvatske i Ukrajine te 80-ak jedriličara.

‘U Biogradu je održana prva povijesna regata u ovoj klasi 2021. godine. Sada, u trećoj sezoni, stigli smo do impresivne brojke od 18 posada na startu. To je više od 80 posto hrvatske flote i pokazatelj kako je Melges 24 na Jadranu projekt koji okuplja sve najbolje iz našeg jedrenja‘, ponosan je Luka Šangulin, član organizacijskog odbora regate.

Novu sezonu u Dubrovniku je najbolje otvorila posada Matarana 24, ali u prethodna dva izdanja Biograd CRO Melges 24 Cupa pobjedničko je postolje bilo rezervirano samo za domaću posadu Panjića. Na regatnom polju ni ove godine ne planiraju biti gostoljubivi domaćini.

‘U ovako velikoj floti moguća su velika iznenađenja, Mataran 24 stiže kao favorit, ali se nadam da će Panjić biti taj koji će u nedjelju podići pobjednički pehar‘, smatra član Panjića, Tomislav Bašić.

Na kormilu Matarana 24 nalazi se Ante Botica čija je posada u prošlo godini osvojila europski naslov u Corinthian (amaterskoj) konkurenciji u Genovi te hrvatski naslov u Zadru.

‘U Biogradu je zasad Panjić bio gazda, a i Tomislav Bašić nam je rekao kako pobjednik regate plaća večeru svima, pa ćemo razmisliti hoćemo li se baciti u trošak‘, šali se Botica i dodaje: ‘Polako se navikavamo na novu ulogu. Od lovca smo u nekoliko mjeseci postali lovina, a svi su nas počeli proglašavati favoritima. Pokušat ćemo taj status opravdati na moru‘.

Među brojnim hrvatskim olimpijcima koji su ušli u Melges 24 klasu nalazi se i Enia Ninčević osvajačica europskog srebra u klasi 49er FX. U kokpit Melgesa vraća se točno nakon godinu dana.

‘Zar je već toliko prošlo od posljednje regate u Biogradu? Nama je Cezibordo obiteljski projekt u kojem spajamo druženje i dobro regatavanje. Noa i Ivan su uigrana posada, ali bez tate nema ništa‘, pojašnjava Enia.

A tata je Srđan Ninčević koji i u penzionerskim godinama redovito jedri Melges regate.

‘Dobra je to jedriličarska priča. Koncentracija kvalitete na jednom mjestu je ogromna. Zbog vrhunskih jedriličarskih imena svaka regata Melgesa je poput mini Svjetskog prvenstva‘, smatra Srđan.

Spoj iskusnijih jedriličara i mladih snaga uspješna je formula koju CRO Melges 24 Cup forsira od samog početka. Neki od tih ‘mladih lavova‘ pojavit će se na brodu Universitas Nova koji je lani osvojio naslov ukupnog pobjednika CRO Melges 24 Cupa. U Biogradu će biti bez Ivana Kljakovića Gašpića, pa će kormilo preuzeti Marin Golem.

‘Dolazimo u krnjem sastavu, bez našeg armatorea Ivana, ali borit ćemo se za što bolji plasman‘, najavio je Marin.

U Corinthian konkurenciji prijavljeno je šest brodova, a među njima je i ženska posada SHE.

Biograd CRO Melges 24 Cup održava se u subotu i nedjelju uz partnerstvo Angeline Yacht Chartera, Sailing Pointa, North Sailsa, One Sailsa, digitalnog studija Akvarij, digitalne agencije Raiser, regate.com.hr i grada Biograda.

Biograd ponovno podiže ljestvicu za regate CRO Melges 24 Cupa. Nakon 10 brodova na premijeri prije dvije godine i 14 brodova lani, ovaj vikend će na Biograd CRO Melges 24 Cupu u organizaciji JK Briva nastupiti čak 18 posada iz Hrvatske i Ukrajine te 80-ak jedriličara.

‘U Biogradu je održana prva povijesna regata u ovoj klasi 2021. godine. Sada, u trećoj sezoni, stigli smo do impresivne brojke od 18 posada na startu. To je više od 80 posto hrvatske flote i pokazatelj kako je Melges 24 na Jadranu projekt koji okuplja sve najbolje iz našeg jedrenja‘, ponosan je Luka Šangulin, član organizacijskog odbora regate.

Novu sezonu u Dubrovniku je najbolje otvorila posada Matarana 24, ali u prethodna dva izdanja Biograd CRO Melges 24 Cupa pobjedničko je postolje bilo rezervirano samo za domaću posadu Panjića. Na regatnom polju ni ove godine ne planiraju biti gostoljubivi domaćini.

‘U ovako velikoj floti moguća su velika iznenađenja, Mataran 24 stiže kao favorit, ali se nadam da će Panjić biti taj koji će u nedjelju podići pobjednički pehar‘, smatra član Panjića, Tomislav Bašić.

Na kormilu Matarana 24 nalazi se Ante Botica čija je posada u prošlo godini osvojila europski naslov u Corinthian (amaterskoj) konkurenciji u Genovi te hrvatski naslov u Zadru.

‘U Biogradu je zasad Panjić bio gazda, a i Tomislav Bašić nam je rekao kako pobjednik regate plaća večeru svima, pa ćemo razmisliti hoćemo li se baciti u trošak‘, šali se Botica i dodaje: ‘Polako se navikavamo na novu ulogu. Od lovca smo u nekoliko mjeseci postali lovina, a svi su nas počeli proglašavati favoritima. Pokušat ćemo taj status opravdati na moru‘.

Među brojnim hrvatskim olimpijcima koji su ušli u Melges 24 klasu nalazi se i Enia Ninčević osvajačica europskog srebra u klasi 49er FX. U kokpit Melgesa vraća se točno nakon godinu dana.

‘Zar je već toliko prošlo od posljednje regate u Biogradu? Nama je Cezibordo obiteljski projekt u kojem spajamo druženje i dobro regatavanje. Noa i Ivan su uigrana posada, ali bez tate nema ništa‘, pojašnjava Enia.

A tata je Srđan Ninčević koji i u penzionerskim godinama redovito jedri Melges regate.

‘Dobra je to jedriličarska priča. Koncentracija kvalitete na jednom mjestu je ogromna. Zbog vrhunskih jedriličarskih imena svaka regata Melgesa je poput mini Svjetskog prvenstva‘, smatra Srđan.

Spoj iskusnijih jedriličara i mladih snaga uspješna je formula koju CRO Melges 24 Cup forsira od samog početka. Neki od tih ‘mladih lavova‘ pojavit će se na brodu Universitas Nova koji je lani osvojio naslov ukupnog pobjednika CRO Melges 24 Cupa. U Biogradu će biti bez Ivana Kljakovića Gašpića, pa će kormilo preuzeti Marin Golem.

‘Dolazimo u krnjem sastavu, bez našeg armatorea Ivana, ali borit ćemo se za što bolji plasman‘, najavio je Marin.

U Corinthian konkurenciji prijavljeno je šest brodova, a među njima je i ženska posada SHE.

Biograd CRO Melges 24 Cup održava se u subotu i nedjelju uz partnerstvo Angeline Yacht Chartera, Sailing Pointa, North Sailsa, One Sailsa, digitalnog studija Akvarij, digitalne agencije Raiser, regate.com.hr i grada Biograda.
