Na ovim visokim temperaturama mnogi od nas za rashlađivanje koriste sladoled. Pri tome može biti problem njegova cijena, ali i kvaliteta, odnosno pitanje je li pravi ili umjetni.
Jedna je turistička vodičica iz Rima u videu na Instagramu otkrila kojim se trikovima i prijevarama služe kako bi zavarali kupce.

Obratite pažnju kada tražite jedan od ova tri okusa:
Sladoled od banane treba biti bijel, nikako žut jer koru ne jedemo. Znam da je očito, ali mnogi ljudi misle da bi trebao biti žut.

Sladoled ili gelato
Koja je razlika između sladoleda i gelata? Sladoled se radi od vrhnja, a gelato od mlijeka (latte). To je razlog zašto se gelato topi brže od sladoleda, posebno za vrućeg ljetnog dana, objasnila je kratko turistička vodičica iz Rima.

Na ovim visokim temperaturama mnogi od nas za rashlađivanje koriste sladoled. Pri tome može biti problem njegova cijena, ali i kvaliteta, odnosno pitanje je li pravi ili umjetni.
Jedna je turistička vodičica iz Rima u videu na Instagramu otkrila kojim se trikovima i prijevarama služe kako bi zavarali kupce.
Budući da je Italija poznata po najboljem sladoledu, vodičica je iznijela i detalje kako prepoznati pravi talijanski sladoled.
Prvo pravilo: Posuda za sladoled mora biti ravna.
Ako vidite velike "planine" sladoleda, što prodavači pokušavaju učiniti? Žele vas impresionirati. Međutim, oni taj sladoled umute, pa se on digne i napuni zrakom, a tijekom večeri opet splasne. Dakle, doslovno plaćate zrak, poručuje ona, prenosi City Magazine.

Obratite pažnju kada tražite jedan od ova tri okusa:
Sladoled od banane treba biti bijel, nikako žut jer koru ne jedemo. Znam da je očito, ali mnogi ljudi misle da bi trebao biti žut.
Sladoled od pistacija trebao bi biti zemljane zagasite boje, a ne jarko zelene boje. Sladoled od mente radi se od ekstrakta mente iz kojeg dobivamo vrlo svijetlu nijansu zelene, a ne fluorescentnu koja svijetli u mraku, rekla je ona.
Manje je više
Ako uđete u prodavaonicu sladoleda koja ima previše okusa sladoleda – postoji jedna u blizini Panteona sa 150 okusa sladoleda – nema šanse da su domaći. Moraju biti industrijski.
Uđete u slastičarnu i vidite da je, recimo, jedan okus umjetan, na primjer plavi sladoled. Ako je jedan takav, i ostali su. Jer nitko ne želi jedne umjetne, a druge domaće sladolede.

Sladoled ili gelato
Koja je razlika između sladoleda i gelata? Sladoled se radi od vrhnja, a gelato od mlijeka (latte). To je razlog zašto se gelato topi brže od sladoleda, posebno za vrućeg ljetnog dana, objasnila je kratko turistička vodičica iz Rima.
Njena objašnjenja vrijede naravno i za sladolede s ove strane Jadrana, gdje se također često mogu vidjeti "planine" sladoleda najrazličitijih okusa, očigledno umjetnih boja pa i mi prečesto skupo plaćamo zrak.
