Nakon kratkih, hladnih dana ispunjenih "ružnim" vremenom, mnogi ljudi upadaju u emotivno stanje zvano "sezonska depresija". Ipak, kada se dani vidljivo produlje i lijepo vrijeme ne postane rijetka pojava - opet su kao novi. Očigledno je da vrijeme utječe na naše raspoloženje, ali pitanje je: u kolikoj mjeri?

Znanost ne negira povezanost između klime i emocija u ljudi, piše N1.

"Kao ljudska bića, nismo samo organizmi koji funkcioniraju u suživotu s majkom prirodom, mi smo njezina kreacija i njezina djeca", piše za Psychology Today dr. Thomas Rutledge.

Ljudi se već tisućama godina razvijaju pod utjecajem prirode, koja oblikuje naša tijela, osjetila i umove. Ljudi su evoluirali u nepredvidljivim uvjetima, koji su bili opasni upravo zbog promjena vremena. To znači da je moguće da su naši preci razvili određene promjene u ponašanju ili raspoloženju kako bi se prilagodili vremenskim uvjetima.

Nova biološka istraživanja naglašavaju biobihevioralni mehanizme kroz koje vremenski uvjeti utiču na naše emocije pozitivno i negativno. Prema njemu, sunce i toplo vrijeme izazivaju poboljšanje u raspoloženju i zdravlju za mnoge pojedince. Dulji periodi hladnog i "ružnog" vremena dovode do promjena u hormonima i ponašanjima koja mogu biti negativna. I na kraju, visoke temperature i vlaga u analizama se povezuju s lošijim fizičkim i mentalnim zdravljem.

Iako pri interpretaciji utjecaja promjena vremena na ljude u obzir treba uzeti individualne varijacije, znanost pokazuje da postoje biobihevioralni temelji za vezu između vremena i raspoloženja. Ona također pokazuje da je moguće regulirati vlastito ponašanje kako bismo optimizirali mentalno zdravlje kada uslijede te promjene.

Oni na koje promjene godišnjih dobiva imaju negativan utjecaj, trebali bi se češće izlagati jutarnjem svjetlu, više vježbati, razviti dobre navike spavanja i koristiti dodatke prehrani kako bi umanjili simptome. Također, oni koji žive u vrućim i vlažnim klimama mogu umanjiti promjene raspoloženja tako što će rashladiti prostorije u kojima borave, paziti na unos tekućine i pravilno se hraniti.

Nakon kratkih, hladnih dana ispunjenih "ružnim" vremenom, mnogi ljudi upadaju u emotivno stanje zvano "sezonska depresija". Ipak, kada se dani vidljivo produlje i lijepo vrijeme ne postane rijetka pojava - opet su kao novi. Očigledno je da vrijeme utječe na naše raspoloženje, ali pitanje je: u kolikoj mjeri?

Znanost ne negira povezanost između klime i emocija u ljudi, piše N1.

"Kao ljudska bića, nismo samo organizmi koji funkcioniraju u suživotu s majkom prirodom, mi smo njezina kreacija i njezina djeca", piše za Psychology Today dr. Thomas Rutledge.

Ljudi se već tisućama godina razvijaju pod utjecajem prirode, koja oblikuje naša tijela, osjetila i umove. Ljudi su evoluirali u nepredvidljivim uvjetima, koji su bili opasni upravo zbog promjena vremena. To znači da je moguće da su naši preci razvili određene promjene u ponašanju ili raspoloženju kako bi se prilagodili vremenskim uvjetima.

Nova biološka istraživanja naglašavaju biobihevioralni mehanizme kroz koje vremenski uvjeti utiču na naše emocije pozitivno i negativno. Prema njemu, sunce i toplo vrijeme izazivaju poboljšanje u raspoloženju i zdravlju za mnoge pojedince. Dulji periodi hladnog i "ružnog" vremena dovode do promjena u hormonima i ponašanjima koja mogu biti negativna. I na kraju, visoke temperature i vlaga u analizama se povezuju s lošijim fizičkim i mentalnim zdravljem.

Iako pri interpretaciji utjecaja promjena vremena na ljude u obzir treba uzeti individualne varijacije, znanost pokazuje da postoje biobihevioralni temelji za vezu između vremena i raspoloženja. Ona također pokazuje da je moguće regulirati vlastito ponašanje kako bismo optimizirali mentalno zdravlje kada uslijede te promjene.

Oni na koje promjene godišnjih dobiva imaju negativan utjecaj, trebali bi se češće izlagati jutarnjem svjetlu, više vježbati, razviti dobre navike spavanja i koristiti dodatke prehrani kako bi umanjili simptome. Također, oni koji žive u vrućim i vlažnim klimama mogu umanjiti promjene raspoloženja tako što će rashladiti prostorije u kojima borave, paziti na unos tekućine i pravilno se hraniti.

Nakon kratkih, hladnih dana ispunjenih "ružnim" vremenom, mnogi ljudi upadaju u emotivno stanje zvano "sezonska depresija". Ipak, kada se dani vidljivo produlje i lijepo vrijeme ne postane rijetka pojava - opet su kao novi. Očigledno je da vrijeme utječe na naše raspoloženje, ali pitanje je: u kolikoj mjeri?
