Restrikcije uvedene u doba pandemije koronavirusa dodatno otežavaju život slijepim i slabovidnim osobama. Kada se mogu pomaknuti naprijed u redu? Održavaju li odgovarajuću udaljenost u odnosu na ostale osobe? Koji je dio autobusa prazan?, samo su neka od pitanja s kojima se suočavaju. 

- Brojne osobe s oštećenim vidom strahovito trpe u novonastaloj situaciji, a pomoći im je nevjerojatno lako, kaže Klaus Hahn, predsjednik Njemačke udruge slijepih i slabovidnih osoba (DBSV).

Udruga nudi nekoliko savjeta o tome na koji im način osobe zdravog vida mogu pomoći. 

Ponudite pomoć

Opseg pomoći potreban slabovidnoj ili slijepoj osobi o njezinu iskustvu, znanju, čak i dijelu dana. No ni u kojoj situaciji nije naodmet ponuditi pomoć, a to možete učiniti držeći se na propisanoj udaljenosti. Pitanje poput: "Gospođo s bijelom štapom, mogu li vam pomoći?" je sasvim u redu, ističe DBSV.

Glasno se obratite

U vrijeme fizičke distance slijepi i slabovidni ljudi se više nego ikada dosad oslanjaju na pomoć onih koji im se obrate. Prijateljski izgovorene rečenice, poput: "Obavijestit ću vas kada ste na redu", ili "Dezinficijens je s vaše desne strane na udaljenosti od jednog metra", može im biti od velike pomoći.

Održavajte razmak: Bilo na pločniku ili u tramvaju, mnoge slabovidne osobe ne zamjećuju odmah da se ne pridržavaju smjernica fizičke distance. Stoga se moraju osloniti na druge koji vode računa o tomu da održavaju razmak. Ako manjak prostora to onemogućuje, slobodno to izgovorite naglas.

Vožnja autobusom i tramvajem: Mjere opreza na nekim mjestima znače da osobe s oštećenim vidom ne mogu više ući u autobus ili tramvaj na ulaznim vratima i upitati vozača sve što ih zanima, kao u uobičajenim okolnostima. Istodobno im je teže stići do sjedala u prednjem dijelu prijevoznog sredstva ili pronaći prostor s manjim brojem putnika. Pomozite im na način da ih povedete do vrata ili do sjedala u prednjem dijelu vozila.

Stajanje u redu 

Redovi ispred trgovina i ostalih ustanova, uvedeni zbog smjernica o fizičkoj distanci predstavljaju poseban problem za slabovidne osobe, napominje DBSV. Iz udruge kažu da bi bilo dobro slabovidnoj osobi kazati da postoji red te ih obavijestiti je li on nastao ispred poštanskog ureda, pekarnice, vanjske blagajne...

Pomaže im i kada ih obavijestite gdje je kraj reda i u kojem se trenutku mogu pomaknuti naprijed.

Restrikcije uvedene u doba pandemije koronavirusa dodatno otežavaju život slijepim i slabovidnim osobama. Kada se mogu pomaknuti naprijed u redu? Održavaju li odgovarajuću udaljenost u odnosu na ostale osobe? Koji je dio autobusa prazan?, samo su neka od pitanja s kojima se suočavaju. 

- Brojne osobe s oštećenim vidom strahovito trpe u novonastaloj situaciji, a pomoći im je nevjerojatno lako, kaže Klaus Hahn, predsjednik Njemačke udruge slijepih i slabovidnih osoba (DBSV).

Udruga nudi nekoliko savjeta o tome na koji im način osobe zdravog vida mogu pomoći. 

Ponudite pomoć

Opseg pomoći potreban slabovidnoj ili slijepoj osobi o njezinu iskustvu, znanju, čak i dijelu dana. No ni u kojoj situaciji nije naodmet ponuditi pomoć, a to možete učiniti držeći se na propisanoj udaljenosti. Pitanje poput: "Gospođo s bijelom štapom, mogu li vam pomoći?" je sasvim u redu, ističe DBSV.

Glasno se obratite

U vrijeme fizičke distance slijepi i slabovidni ljudi se više nego ikada dosad oslanjaju na pomoć onih koji im se obrate. Prijateljski izgovorene rečenice, poput: "Obavijestit ću vas kada ste na redu", ili "Dezinficijens je s vaše desne strane na udaljenosti od jednog metra", može im biti od velike pomoći.

Održavajte razmak: Bilo na pločniku ili u tramvaju, mnoge slabovidne osobe ne zamjećuju odmah da se ne pridržavaju smjernica fizičke distance. Stoga se moraju osloniti na druge koji vode računa o tomu da održavaju razmak. Ako manjak prostora to onemogućuje, slobodno to izgovorite naglas.

Vožnja autobusom i tramvajem: Mjere opreza na nekim mjestima znače da osobe s oštećenim vidom ne mogu više ući u autobus ili tramvaj na ulaznim vratima i upitati vozača sve što ih zanima, kao u uobičajenim okolnostima. Istodobno im je teže stići do sjedala u prednjem dijelu prijevoznog sredstva ili pronaći prostor s manjim brojem putnika. Pomozite im na način da ih povedete do vrata ili do sjedala u prednjem dijelu vozila.

Stajanje u redu 

Redovi ispred trgovina i ostalih ustanova, uvedeni zbog smjernica o fizičkoj distanci predstavljaju poseban problem za slabovidne osobe, napominje DBSV. Iz udruge kažu da bi bilo dobro slabovidnoj osobi kazati da postoji red te ih obavijestiti je li on nastao ispred poštanskog ureda, pekarnice, vanjske blagajne...

Pomaže im i kada ih obavijestite gdje je kraj reda i u kojem se trenutku mogu pomaknuti naprijed.

Restrikcije uvedene u doba pandemije koronavirusa dodatno otežavaju život slijepim i slabovidnim osobama. Kada se mogu pomaknuti naprijed u redu? Održavaju li odgovarajuću udaljenost u odnosu na ostale osobe? Koji je dio autobusa prazan?, samo su neka od pitanja s kojima se suočavaju. 

- Brojne osobe s oštećenim vidom strahovito trpe u novonastaloj situaciji, a pomoći im je nevjerojatno lako, kaže Klaus Hahn, predsjednik Njemačke udruge slijepih i slabovidnih osoba (DBSV).

Udruga nudi nekoliko savjeta o tome na koji im način osobe zdravog vida mogu pomoći.
