Redovita tjelovježba ima odličan učinak na cjelokupno zdravlje, no ako se pretjera, može doći i do nekih neželjenih učinaka. 

Znanstveno je dokazano kako agresivna tjelovježba, kojom se tijelo dovodi do samih granica izdržljivosti, može prouzrokovati probleme s mogućnošću začeća. Ovome su najizloženije sportašice, ali i one žene koje su opsjednute kultom tijela i mršavošću te žele ostati fit pod svaku cijenu, piše Norwegian University of Science and Technology. 

No, pazite se da to ne biste skupo platile jer su brojne studije pokazale kako tjelovježba visokog intenziteta dovodi tijelo u stanje stresa, što mozak doživljava kao prijetnju svom sustavu i “gasi” ovulaciju.

Dakle, potvrđeno je da je kombinacija visokog intenziteta vježbanja i niske tjelesne mase kobna za reprodukciju žena. 

Studija iz 2010. godine sa norveškog tehnološkog Sveučilišta pokazala je da tijelo nema dovoljno energije za jake treninge i trudnoću te mada su žene većinom vjerovale u svoju neplodnost izazvanu nekim drugim faktorima, poput gena ili stresnog načina života te nepravilne prehrane, ključ je ipak bio u 'održavanju kulta tijela' i prejakom režimu za preslabi organizam.

Očekivano, studija je pokazala kako i godine pridonose manjoj vjerojatnosti da se zatrudni prirodnim putem.

Redovita tjelovježba ima odličan učinak na cjelokupno zdravlje, no ako se pretjera, može doći i do nekih neželjenih učinaka. 

Znanstveno je dokazano kako agresivna tjelovježba, kojom se tijelo dovodi do samih granica izdržljivosti, može prouzrokovati probleme s mogućnošću začeća. Ovome su najizloženije sportašice, ali i one žene koje su opsjednute kultom tijela i mršavošću te žele ostati fit pod svaku cijenu, piše Norwegian University of Science and Technology. 

No, pazite se da to ne biste skupo platile jer su brojne studije pokazale kako tjelovježba visokog intenziteta dovodi tijelo u stanje stresa, što mozak doživljava kao prijetnju svom sustavu i “gasi” ovulaciju.

Dakle, potvrđeno je da je kombinacija visokog intenziteta vježbanja i niske tjelesne mase kobna za reprodukciju žena. 

Studija iz 2010. godine sa norveškog tehnološkog Sveučilišta pokazala je da tijelo nema dovoljno energije za jake treninge i trudnoću te mada su žene većinom vjerovale u svoju neplodnost izazvanu nekim drugim faktorima, poput gena ili stresnog načina života te nepravilne prehrane, ključ je ipak bio u 'održavanju kulta tijela' i prejakom režimu za preslabi organizam.

Očekivano, studija je pokazala kako i godine pridonose manjoj vjerojatnosti da se zatrudni prirodnim putem.
