Parkinsonova bolest je progresivno degenerativno stanje karakterizirano drhtanjem (tremorom) i usporenošću pokreta, a u najozbiljnijem obliku povezana je s dubokim fizičkim i psihičkim propadanjem. Iako se uglavnom pojavljuje u kasnim pedesetima, deset posto oboljelih mlađe je od 50 - piše Živim.hr.

SIMPTOMI

Bolesnici primjećuju smetnje kao što su bradikinezija (usporene radnje, otežana inicijacija pokreta, blokiranje kretnji, osiromašenje spontanih pokreta, oslabljena mimika lica), rigor (povišen tonus, ukočenost mišića, odnosno povišen otpor mišića pri izvođenju pasivnih kretnji), akinetički tremor (drhtanje u mirovanju, najčešće ruku, poput kretnji brojanja novca, a moguće i nogu i brade, pojačava se pri emocionalnom stresu) i gubitak posturalnih refleksa (nemogućnost održavanja posture tijela, nestabilnost u hodu).

U svim stadijima bolesti mogu se pojaviti i tzv. nemotorički simptomi koje oboljeli često zanemaruju jer ih ne prepoznaju kao tipične motoričke simptome: oštećenje njuha, oštećenje autonomnih funkcija (mokraćna urgencija i inkontinencija, opstipacija, konstipacija, erektilna disfunkcija...), depresija i anksioznost, tegobe sa spavanjem (produljeno dnevno spavanje, nesanica, otežano održavanje sna), oštećenje pažnje i kognitivnih funkcija do demencije, halucinacije i smetnje vida.

Ranu pojavu (u prvim godinama motoričkih simptoma, tzv. parkinsonizma) demencije, problema s ravnotežom, halucinacijama i sl. treba isto tako primijetiti i navesti nadležnom liječniku kako bi se vidjelo da nisu možda dio atipičnog parkinsonizma, koji čine skupine bolesti koje puno brže napreduju, gdje je mogućnost liječenja, a i prognoza daleko lošija nego u Parkinsonovoj bolesti.

Parkinsonova bolest je progresivno degenerativno stanje karakterizirano drhtanjem (tremorom) i usporenošću pokreta, a u najozbiljnijem obliku povezana je s dubokim fizičkim i psihičkim propadanjem. Iako se uglavnom pojavljuje u kasnim pedesetima, deset posto oboljelih mlađe je od 50 - piše Živim.hr.

SIMPTOMI

Bolesnici primjećuju smetnje kao što su bradikinezija (usporene radnje, otežana inicijacija pokreta, blokiranje kretnji, osiromašenje spontanih pokreta, oslabljena mimika lica), rigor (povišen tonus, ukočenost mišića, odnosno povišen otpor mišića pri izvođenju pasivnih kretnji), akinetički tremor (drhtanje u mirovanju, najčešće ruku, poput kretnji brojanja novca, a moguće i nogu i brade, pojačava se pri emocionalnom stresu) i gubitak posturalnih refleksa (nemogućnost održavanja posture tijela, nestabilnost u hodu).

U svim stadijima bolesti mogu se pojaviti i tzv. nemotorički simptomi koje oboljeli često zanemaruju jer ih ne prepoznaju kao tipične motoričke simptome: oštećenje njuha, oštećenje autonomnih funkcija (mokraćna urgencija i inkontinencija, opstipacija, konstipacija, erektilna disfunkcija...), depresija i anksioznost, tegobe sa spavanjem (produljeno dnevno spavanje, nesanica, otežano održavanje sna), oštećenje pažnje i kognitivnih funkcija do demencije, halucinacije i smetnje vida.

Ranu pojavu (u prvim godinama motoričkih simptoma, tzv. parkinsonizma) demencije, problema s ravnotežom, halucinacijama i sl. treba isto tako primijetiti i navesti nadležnom liječniku kako bi se vidjelo da nisu možda dio atipičnog parkinsonizma, koji čine skupine bolesti koje puno brže napreduju, gdje je mogućnost liječenja, a i prognoza daleko lošija nego u Parkinsonovoj bolesti.

Parkinsonova bolest je progresivno degenerativno stanje karakterizirano drhtanjem (tremorom) i usporenošću pokreta, a u najozbiljnijem obliku povezana je s dubokim fizičkim i psihičkim propadanjem. Iako se uglavnom pojavljuje u kasnim pedesetima, deset posto oboljelih mlađe je od 50 - piše Živim.hr.

SIMPTOMI

Bolesnici primjećuju smetnje kao što su bradikinezija (usporene radnje, otežana inicijacija pokreta, blokiranje kretnji, osiromašenje spontanih pokreta, oslabljena mimika lica), rigor (povišen tonus, ukočenost mišića, odnosno povišen otpor mišića pri izvođenju pasivnih kretnji), akinetički tremor (drhtanje u mirovanju, najčešće ruku, poput kretnji brojanja novca, a moguće i nogu i brade, pojačava se pri emocionalnom stresu) i gubitak posturalnih refleksa...
