Isto tako, jedva vam polazi za rukom održavati se na nogama te se osjećate jako umorno nakon svake aktivnosti. Izmoždeni ste i sve vam je predstavlja napor. To znači da vam je oslabljen dotok krvi u mozak prilikom stajanja uspravno, što je simptom osoba koje pate od kronična umora. 

I jako teška koncentracija upućuje na stanje kada tijelo konstantno osjeća umor. Dakle, ako to prati zaboravljivost, smetenost, nemogućnost pamćenja novih informacija te činjenica da svako malo odlutate mislima, znajte da ste podlegli toj 'pošasti modernog doba'.

Također, osjećaj da vas cijelo tijelo boli i konstantna tupa bol mišića i zglobova, kao i glavobolje upućuje da se tu radi o stresu i nagomilanom umoru, koji u biti nema veze s tjelesnim ozljedama.

I sami ste vjerojatno svjesni kako se sve brige, koje vas more, ujedno odražavaju i na vašem tijelu. Ono pati i trebate odmah toga postati svjesni.

A ovo su signali vapaja koje vam ono upućuje pa je krajnje vrijeme da ga poslušate, piše Prevention.

Stalno se budite po noći, nakon što jako teško zaspete. A ujutro se osjećate kao da uopće niste spavali čitavu noć. Ukoliko imate takve simptome, to je znak da patite od kroničnog umora pa biste trebali pokušati odagnati misli koje vas muče i usredotočiti se na mirnu noć jer ne budete li spavali kako treba umor će se samo nastaviti gomilati unedogled.

Isto tako, jedva vam polazi za rukom održavati se na nogama te se osjećate jako umorno nakon svake aktivnosti. Izmoždeni ste i sve vam je predstavlja napor. To znači da vam je oslabljen dotok krvi u mozak prilikom stajanja uspravno, što je simptom osoba koje pate od kronična umora. 

I jako teška koncentracija upućuje na stanje kada tijelo konstantno osjeća umor. Dakle, ako to prati zaboravljivost, smetenost, nemogućnost pamćenja novih informacija te činjenica da svako malo odlutate mislima, znajte da ste podlegli toj 'pošasti modernog doba'.

Također, osjećaj da vas cijelo tijelo boli i konstantna tupa bol mišića i zglobova, kao i glavobolje upućuje da se tu radi o stresu i nagomilanom umoru, koji u biti nema veze s tjelesnim ozljedama.
