Korištenje šminke nakon isteka roka trajanja? Budimo iskreni, svi smo to napravili barem nekoliko puta. No, treba imati na umu i da šminka ima rok trajanja koji je vjerojatno kraći nego što ste mislili. Točno vrijeme potrebno da se pokvari ovisi od vrsti šminke, načinu pohranjivanja i je li zatvorena ili otvorena. Sva šminka ističe obično unutar dvije godina, ali neka i ranije, piše Živim.
Ovo su najčešći proizvodi te njihovi rokovi trajanja:
maskara 3-6 mjeseci
tekući tuš za oči 3-6 mjeseci
ruž za usne 18–24 mjeseca
sjajilo za usne 12-18 mjeseci
podloga i korektor 12-18 mjeseci
kremasti proizvodi 12–18 mjeseci
proizvodi u prahu 12–18 mjeseci
Na pitanja o tome što nam se može dogoditi ako ne poštujemo rok trajanja, odgovorila nam je dr. Ivana Nola.
Što se događa s proizvodima nakon isteka roka trajanja?
- Moramo se pridržavati roka trajanja, no moguće je da se kozmetika pokvari i prije isteka roka. Naime, nakon roka trajanja dolazi do promjene unutar sastojaka, a rok je određen procjenom stabiliteta proizvoda, navodi dermatologinja - istaknula je dr. Nola.
Dodaje kako svi proizvodi koji izađu na tržište moraju biti testirani kroz određeno vremensko razbolje nakon čega se određuje rok trajanja koji označava koliko proizvod može biti u svom obliku i siguran za primjenu. Nakon određenog razdoblja, tvrdi, dolazi do promjena, bilo u kemijskom sastavu određenog sastojka ili dolazi do novih kemijskih reakcija unutar proizvoda.
- Kvarenju su skloni proizvodi tekućeg ili polutekućeg oblika, kao što su losioni, tuševi za oči i tekući puderi. Dok je sva šminka u krutom obliku daleko stabilnija i kao takva ima duži rok trajanja - objasnila je dr. Nola.
Naravno, svaki sastojak unutar šminke se može promijeniti i pokvariti, no neki sastojci su ipak skloniji.
- Unatoč tome što se u brojnima preparatima nalaze i određeni konzervansi koji održavaju stabilitet i sigurnost primjene, ipak se mogu naseliti gljivice, bakterije i plijesan - kaže dr. Nola.
Upozorava kako s istekom roka trajanja proizvodi gube određenu sigurnost koja im u tijeku proizvodnje dodana. Dodaje kako dekorativna kozmetika, odnosno šminka rijetko sadrži konzervanse stoga njome treba pažljivo rukovati i odlagati je na poseban način.
- Šminka ne smije biti otvorena, izložena toplini, svjetlosti niti ju trebamo dodirivati prstima. Korištenjem vlastitih prstiju svaki put dolazi do određenog stupnja kontaminacije i naseljavanja različitih bakterija i gljivica što može izazvati različite iritacije kože. Bilo bi idealno koristiti aplikatore koji se mogu lako oprati i obrisati - rekla je dr. Nola.
Dermatologinja ističe kako se rok trajanja ne može produžiti, a i unutar roka trajanja je važno preparate držati na sigurnom. Proizvode koji se nalaze u većoj ambalaži možemo premjestiti u malu, koja oprana, očišćena, isprana alkoholom i osušena, objašnjava, a isto tako veću ambalažu bismo trebali čuvati u hladnjaku tako se proizvod ne bi pokvario niti kontaminirao.
Koje se bakterije mogu pojaviti te koje reakcije mogu izazvati?
Dr. Nola kaže kako se na poklopcu i stijenci proizvoda mogu naseliti grupe plijesni, a jednako tako i bakterije koje se nalaze na svim površinama u blizini proizvoda te na našoj koži višestrukim dodirivanjem kozmetičkog proizvoda.
- Prvenstveno se mogu pojaviti iritacije zbog promjene stabiliteta i kemijskih reakcija nakon roka trajanja ili promjena unutar proizvoda uzrokovanih kontaminacijom. Same plijesni i bakterije dovode do kožnih infekcija koje su popraćene crvenim, svrbežom i jakom iritacijom kože, a može se pojaviti i folikulitis, površinska bakterijska infekcija koja izaziva svrbež, peckanje i crvenilo - objasnila je dermatologinja.
Dodaje da proizvodi mogu dovesti do snažnih iritacija u oblik crvenila, peckanja i ljuštenja kože, a u određenim situacijama se mogu pojaviti i alergijske reakcije. Isto tako, navodi da se u predjelu oka (na vjeđama) mogu pojaviti iritacije, crvenilo, zatezanje kože, ljuskanje, a moguća je pojava konjunktivitisa, upala u predjelu oko korijena trepavice. No, liječnica objašnjava da se manifestacija infekcija i iritacija može pojaviti na bilo kojem djelu lica.
Kako bi se spriječile bilo kakve negativne posljedice korištenja kozmetika, dr. Nola preporučuje korištenje četkica, kistova, špatulica, spužvica koje se redovito peru, suše i čiste te se ne drže na vlažnim mjestima koja su podložna naseljavanju bakterija i gljivica.
- Svakako kozmetiku moramo prvenstveno pohraniti na sigurno mjesto, daleko od topline i držati ju zatvorenom. Trebali bismo koristiti aplikatore koje redovito održavamo te pratiti rok trajanja proizvoda i poštivati ga - zaključila je dr. Nola.

Korištenje šminke nakon isteka roka trajanja? Budimo iskreni, svi smo to napravili barem nekoliko puta. No, treba imati na umu i da šminka ima rok trajanja koji je vjerojatno kraći nego što ste mislili. Točno vrijeme potrebno da se pokvari ovisi od vrsti šminke, načinu pohranjivanja i je li zatvorena ili otvorena. Sva šminka ističe obično unutar dvije godina, ali neka i ranije, piše Živim.
Ovo su najčešći proizvodi te njihovi rokovi trajanja:
maskara 3-6 mjeseci
tekući tuš za oči 3-6 mjeseci
ruž za usne 18–24 mjeseca
sjajilo za usne 12-18 mjeseci
podloga i korektor 12-18 mjeseci
kremasti proizvodi 12–18 mjeseci
proizvodi u prahu 12–18 mjeseci
Na pitanja o tome što nam se može dogoditi ako ne poštujemo rok trajanja, odgovorila nam je dr. Ivana Nola.
Što se događa s proizvodima nakon isteka roka trajanja?
- Moramo se pridržavati roka trajanja, no moguće je da se kozmetika pokvari i prije isteka roka. Naime, nakon roka trajanja dolazi do promjene unutar sastojaka, a rok je određen procjenom stabiliteta proizvoda, navodi dermatologinja - istaknula je dr. Nola.
Dodaje kako svi proizvodi koji izađu na tržište moraju biti testirani kroz određeno vremensko razbolje nakon čega se određuje rok trajanja koji označava koliko proizvod može biti u svom obliku i siguran za primjenu. Nakon određenog razdoblja, tvrdi, dolazi do promjena, bilo u kemijskom sastavu određenog sastojka ili dolazi do novih kemijskih reakcija unutar proizvoda.
- Kvarenju su skloni proizvodi tekućeg ili polutekućeg oblika, kao što su losioni, tuševi za oči i tekući puderi. Dok je sva šminka u krutom obliku daleko stabilnija i kao takva ima duži rok trajanja - objasnila je dr. Nola.
Naravno, svaki sastojak unutar šminke se može promijeniti i pokvariti, no neki sastojci su ipak skloniji.
- Unatoč tome što se u brojnima preparatima nalaze i određeni konzervansi koji održavaju stabilitet i sigurnost primjene, ipak se mogu naseliti gljivice, bakterije i plijesan - kaže dr. Nola.
Upozorava kako s istekom roka trajanja proizvodi gube određenu sigurnost koja im u tijeku proizvodnje dodana. Dodaje kako dekorativna kozmetika, odnosno šminka rijetko sadrži konzervanse stoga njome treba pažljivo rukovati i odlagati je na poseban način.
- Šminka ne smije biti otvorena, izložena toplini, svjetlosti niti ju trebamo dodirivati prstima. Korištenjem vlastitih prstiju svaki put dolazi do određenog stupnja kontaminacije i naseljavanja različitih bakterija i gljivica što može izazvati različite iritacije kože. Bilo bi idealno koristiti aplikatore koji se mogu lako oprati i obrisati - rekla je dr. Nola.
Dermatologinja ističe kako se rok trajanja ne može produžiti, a i unutar roka trajanja je važno preparate držati na sigurnom. Proizvode koji se nalaze u većoj ambalaži možemo premjestiti u malu, koja oprana, očišćena, isprana alkoholom i osušena, objašnjava, a isto tako veću ambalažu bismo trebali čuvati u hladnjaku tako se proizvod ne bi pokvario niti kontaminirao.
Koje se bakterije mogu pojaviti te koje reakcije mogu izazvati?
Dr. Nola kaže kako se na poklopcu i stijenci proizvoda mogu naseliti grupe plijesni, a jednako tako i bakterije koje se nalaze na svim površinama u blizini proizvoda te na našoj koži višestrukim dodirivanjem kozmetičkog proizvoda.
- Prvenstveno se mogu pojaviti iritacije zbog promjene stabiliteta i kemijskih reakcija nakon roka trajanja ili promjena unutar proizvoda uzrokovanih kontaminacijom. Same plijesni i bakterije dovode do kožnih infekcija koje su popraćene crvenim, svrbežom i jakom iritacijom kože, a može se pojaviti i folikulitis, površinska bakterijska infekcija koja izaziva svrbež, peckanje i crvenilo - objasnila je dermatologinja.
Dodaje da proizvodi mogu dovesti do snažnih iritacija u oblik crvenila, peckanja i ljuštenja kože, a u određenim situacijama se mogu pojaviti i alergijske reakcije. Isto tako, navodi da se u predjelu oka (na vjeđama) mogu pojaviti iritacije, crvenilo, zatezanje kože, ljuskanje, a moguća je pojava konjunktivitisa, upala u predjelu oko korijena trepavice. No, liječnica objašnjava da se manifestacija infekcija i iritacija može pojaviti na bilo kojem djelu lica.
Kako bi se spriječile bilo kakve negativne posljedice korištenja kozmetika, dr. Nola preporučuje korištenje četkica, kistova, špatulica, spužvica koje se redovito peru, suše i čiste te se ne drže na vlažnim mjestima koja su podložna naseljavanju bakterija i gljivica.
- Svakako kozmetiku moramo prvenstveno pohraniti na sigurno mjesto, daleko od topline i držati ju zatvorenom. Trebali bismo koristiti aplikatore koje redovito održavamo te pratiti rok trajanja proizvoda i poštivati ga - zaključila je dr. Nola.
