Kurkuma je kulinarska biljka koja se tradicionalno koristi uglavnom u azijskoj kuhinji. Također se tisućljećima koristio kao moćno protuupalno sredstvo u kineskoj i indijskoj medicini. Kurkuma je srodnica đumbira i izgledom je vrlo slična, ali kada se korijen prereže otkriva se karakteristična žuta boja, piše Kurir.

Zdravstvene prednosti kurkume

Glavni aktivni spoj kurkume je kurkumin, koji ima dokazane učinke usporedive s protuupalnim lijekovima, ali bez potencijalno štetnih nuspojava. Trenutno postoji mnogo istraživanja usmjerenih na protuupalna svojstva kurkumina i niz studija koje pokazuju njegovu korist u liječenju širokog spektra stanja, od artritisa preko raka do upalne bolesti crijeva.

Kako može pomoći kod neplodnosti?

Kao protuupalno sredstvo, kurkuma podržava imunološki sustav. Također je snažan antioksidans, što znači da se može boriti protiv štetnih slobodnih radikala i zaštititi našu DNK od oštećenja. Također može pomoći u zaštiti od toksičnosti teškim metalima stimulirajući enzime odgovorne za uklanjanje toksina iz tijela. Kada pokušavate zatrudnjeti, zaštita DNK i smanjenje toksičnosti teških metala glavni su prioriteti, pa je lako vidjeti zašto biste trebali razmotriti korištenje kurkume kod muške i ženske neplodnosti. Osim toga, mnoga stanja koja utječu na žene koje pokušavaju zatrudnjeti karakteriziraju upala i bol, pa uporaba kurkume može biti od pomoći u liječenju neplodnosti. Primjeri stanja povezanih s plodnošću u kojima kurkuma može biti od pomoći uključuju PCOS, endometriozu, fibroide maternice i predmenstrualnu napetost, piše Kurir.

Kako koristiti kurkumu?

Nema sumnje da kurkuma ima brojne zdravstvene dobrobiti, no uvijek je dobro posavjetovati se sa stručnjakom prije nego što je upotrijebite u terapiji. Međutim, postoje neka stanja u kojima su visoke doze kurkume ili kurkumina kontraindicirane. Međutim, velike doze dodataka ne bi se trebale uzimati dok pokušavate zatrudnjeti zbog mogućih štetnih učinaka u trudnoći. Kurkuma je blagi stimulans maternice, pa nije nešto što se preporučuje trudnicama u terapijskim dozama.

Kurkuma je kulinarska biljka koja se tradicionalno koristi uglavnom u azijskoj kuhinji. Također se tisućljećima koristio kao moćno protuupalno sredstvo u kineskoj i indijskoj medicini. Zdravstvene prednosti kurkume

Glavni aktivni spoj kurkume je kurkumin, koji ima dokazane učinke usporedive s protuupalnim lijekovima, ali bez potencijalno štetnih nuspojava. Trenutno postoji mnogo istraživanja usmjerenih na protuupalna svojstva kurkumina i niz studija koje pokazuju njegovu korist u liječenju širokog spektra stanja, od artritisa preko raka do upalne bolesti crijeva.

Kako može pomoći kod neplodnosti?

Kao protuupalno sredstvo, kurkuma podržava imunološki sustav. Također je snažan antioksidans, što znači da se može boriti protiv štetnih slobodnih radikala i zaštititi našu DNK od oštećenja. Također može pomoći u zaštiti od toksičnosti teškim metalima stimulirajući enzime odgovorne za uklanjanje toksina iz tijela. Kada pokušavate zatrudnjeti, zaštita DNK i smanjenje toksičnosti teških metala glavni su prioriteti, pa je lako vidjeti zašto biste trebali razmotriti korištenje kurkume kod muške i ženske neplodnosti. Osim toga, mnoga stanja koja utječu na žene koje pokušavaju zatrudnjeti karakteriziraju upala i bol, pa uporaba kurkume može biti od pomoći u liječenju neplodnosti. Kako koristiti kurkumu?

Nema sumnje da kurkuma ima brojne zdravstvene dobrobiti, no uvijek je dobro posavjetovati se sa stručnjakom prije nego što je upotrijebite u terapiji. Međutim, postoje neka stanja u kojima su visoke doze kurkume ili kurkumina kontraindicirane. Međutim, velike doze dodataka ne bi se trebale uzimati dok pokušavate zatrudnjeti zbog mogućih štetnih učinaka u trudnoći. Kurkuma je blagi stimulans maternice, pa nije nešto što se preporučuje trudnicama u terapijskim dozama.
