Visoki krvni tlak može uzrokovati glavobolje, zamagljen vid, bol u prsima i druge simptome. No budući da su ti simptomi uobičajeni za neka druga zdravstvena stanja, visoki krvni tlak možete otkriti i uz pomoć jednog simptoma koji se javlja u ušima.

Tinitus može biti simptom vrlo visokog krvnog tlaka ili hipertenzije, iako većina ljudi ne osjeća nikakve simptome. Jedini način da budete sigurni je da vaš krvni tlak izmjeri zdravstveni djelatnik, što je bezbolno i brzo, piše klix.ba.

Visok krvni tlak ili hipertenzija je kada je tlak u krvnim žilama previsok (iznad 140/90 mmHg). Javlja se često i može biti ozbiljno ako se ne liječi. Zdrave odrasle osobe starije od 40 godina trebale bi kontrolirati krvni tlak barem jednom u pet godina.

Osobe s vrlo visokim krvnim tlakom od 180/120 mmHg ili višim mogu osjetiti simptome poput jakih glavobolja, bolova u prsima, vrtoglavice, nedostatka zraka, mučnine, povraćanja, zamagljenog vida, tjeskobe, zbunjenosti, zujanja u ušima, krvarenja iz nosa i abnormalnog broj otkucaja srca, ritam.

Povišeni krvni tlak može biti uzrokovan prekomjernom tjelesnom težinom, unosom previše soli i premalo voća i povrća, nedovoljnom tjelesnom aktivnošću, prekomjernim pijenjem alkohola ili kave, pušenjem cigareta i velikim stresom.

Ako vam je dijagnosticiran visoki krvni tlak, liječnik vam može preporučiti da uzmete jedan ili više lijekova kako biste ga držali pod kontrolom.

Promjene načina života, kao što je zdrava prehrana s malo soli, gubitak težine, tjelesna aktivnost ili prestanak pušenja mogu pomoći u snižavanju visokog krvnog tlaka. Smanjenje hipertenzije može spriječiti srčani udar, moždani udar i oštećenje bubrega, kao i druge zdravstvene probleme.

Visoki krvni tlak može uzrokovati glavobolje, zamagljen vid, bol u prsima i druge simptome. No budući da su ti simptomi uobičajeni za neka druga zdravstvena stanja, visoki krvni tlak možete otkriti i uz pomoć jednog simptoma koji se javlja u ušima.

Visok krvni tlak ili hipertenzija je kada je tlak u krvnim žilama previsok (iznad 140/90 mmHg). Javlja se često i može biti ozbiljno ako se ne liječi. Zdrave odrasle osobe starije od 40 godina trebale bi kontrolirati krvni tlak barem jednom u pet godina.

Povišeni krvni tlak može biti uzrokovan prekomjernom tjelesnom težinom, unosom previše soli i premalo voća i povrća, nedovoljnom tjelesnom aktivnošću, prekomjernim pijenjem alkohola ili kave, pušenjem cigareta i velikim stresom.

Ako vam je dijagnosticiran visoki krvni tlak, liječnik vam može preporučiti da uzmete jedan ili više lijekova kako biste ga držali pod kontrolom.

Promjene načina života, kao što je zdrava prehrana s malo soli, gubitak težine, tjelesna aktivnost ili prestanak pušenja mogu pomoći u snižavanju visokog krvnog tlaka. Smanjenje hipertenzije može spriječiti srčani udar, moždani udar i oštećenje bubrega, kao i druge zdravstvene probleme.
