Ove signale koje vam tijelo šalje nipošto ne smijete ignorirati. Većina prehlada i respiratornih infekcija prolazi brzo i lako, ali, nažalost, ponekad se infekcije gornjih dišnih puteva mogu razviti u upalu pluća. I, što je posebno opasno, u nekim slučajevima nije tako lako odmah prepoznati da se radi upravo o njoj.

Evo šest glavnih znakova upale pluća koji će vam pomoći da što prije prepoznate bolest i preduzmete mjere za ozdravljenje.

Ubrzan puls

Prva stvar koja bi vas trebala upozoriti jest ubrzan rad srca. Izmjerite puls i ako je veći od 100 otkucaja u minuti u stanju mirovanja obratite se liječniku.

Bol u prsima

Ako se infekcija proširi na pluća, mogu se razviti bolovi u prsima. Najvjerojatnije osjećate nelagodu, pa čak i bol tijekom napada kašlja, ali ako bol ne nestane nakon kašlja, odmah potražite liječničku pomoć. Možda se infekcija širi na pluća.

Produktivni, iscrpljujući kašalj

Produktivni kašalj je prilično dobar jer pomaže tijelu da se riješi sluzi. Ali, ako je kašalj stalno vlažan, ali ne donosi olakšanje (bar na kratko), morate što prije liječniku – iscrpljujući kašalj može biti simptom upale pluća

Tragovi krvi

Ako je sekret koji izađe s kašljem obojen krvlju ili ima boju "ruzine", to je znak da je infekcija ušla u pluća. Ovo je vrlo ozbiljan znak.

Osjećaj hladnoće

Treskavica i visoka temperatura su najsigurniji znaci upale pluća. Nemojte to zanemariti

Otežano disanje

Teško ili plitko disanje je još jedan simptom upale pluća koji ne smijete ignorirati. U pravilu se pojavljuje kada se infekcija već proširila prilično duboko u pluća i potrebna je hitna pomoć. U suprotnom, u krv neće dolaziti dovoljno kisika i može doći do vrtoglavice, pa čak i gubitka svijesti.

Ove signale koje vam tijelo šalje nipošto ne smijete ignorirati. Većina prehlada i respiratornih infekcija prolazi brzo i lako, ali, nažalost, ponekad se infekcije gornjih dišnih puteva mogu razviti u upalu pluća. I, što je posebno opasno, u nekim slučajevima nije tako lako odmah prepoznati da se radi upravo o njoj.

Evo šest glavnih znakova upale pluća koji će vam pomoći da što prije prepoznate bolest i preduzmete mjere za ozdravljenje.

Ubrzan puls

Prva stvar koja bi vas trebala upozoriti jest ubrzan rad srca. Izmjerite puls i ako je veći od 100 otkucaja u minuti u stanju mirovanja obratite se liječniku.

Bol u prsima

Ako se infekcija proširi na pluća, mogu se razviti bolovi u prsima. Najvjerojatnije osjećate nelagodu, pa čak i bol tijekom napada kašlja, ali ako bol ne nestane nakon kašlja, odmah potražite liječničku pomoć. Možda se infekcija širi na pluća.

Produktivni, iscrpljujući kašalj

Produktivni kašalj je prilično dobar jer pomaže tijelu da se riješi sluzi. Ali, ako je kašalj stalno vlažan, ali ne donosi olakšanje (bar na kratko), morate što prije liječniku – iscrpljujući kašalj može biti simptom upale pluća

Tragovi krvi

Ako je sekret koji izađe s kašljem obojen krvlju ili ima boju "ruzine", to je znak da je infekcija ušla u pluća. Ovo je vrlo ozbiljan znak.

Osjećaj hladnoće

Treskavica i visoka temperatura su najsigurniji znaci upale pluća. Nemojte to zanemariti

Otežano disanje

Teško ili plitko disanje je još jedan simptom upale pluća koji ne smijete ignorirati. U pravilu se pojavljuje kada se infekcija već proširila prilično duboko u pluća i potrebna je hitna pomoć. U suprotnom, u krv neće dolaziti dovoljno kisika i može doći do vrtoglavice, pa čak i gubitka svijesti.

Ove signale koje vam tijelo šalje nipošto ne smijete ignorirati. Većina prehlada i respiratornih infekcija prolazi brzo i lako, ali, nažalost, ponekad se infekcije gornjih dišnih puteva mogu razviti u upalu pluća. I, što je posebno opasno, u nekim slučajevima nije tako lako odmah prepoznati da se radi upravo o njoj.

Evo šest glavnih znakova upale pluća koji će vam pomoći da što prije prepoznate bolest i preduzmete mjere za ozdravljenje.

Ubrzan puls

Prva stvar koja bi vas trebala upozoriti jest ubrzan rad srca. Izmjerite puls i ako je veći od 100 otkucaja u minuti u stanju mirovanja obratite se liječniku.

Bol u prsima

Ako se infekcija proširi na pluća, mogu se razviti bolovi u prsima. Najvjerojatnije osjećate nelagodu, pa čak i bol tijekom napada kašlja, ali ako bol ne...
