Nakon što je novo istraživanje otkrilo da se iznenađujuća mnogo ljudi ozlijedi prilikom depiliranja intimne zone slavna kozmetičarka Sam Marshall, poznata i kao The Beauty Guru, podijelila je savjete kako na siguran način možemo ukloniti dlačice u toj osjetljivoj zoni. Naime, dr. Benjamin Brever, urolog sa Sveučilišta California San Francisco, proveo je istraživanje koje je pokazalo da se ozlijedilo oko četvrtine ljudi koji su dotjerali stidne dlake brijanjem, depiliranjem ili korištenjem škara, piše Živim.
Kako je objavljeno u JAMA Dermatology, najčešće ozljede bile su posjekotine, nakon čega su uslijedili osip ili opekline. Oko 1,5 posto onih koji su zadobili ozlijede moralo je potražiti liječničku pomoć.
- Intimnu depilaciju trebali bismo prepustiti profesionalcima. Šira javnost ne zna depilirati i zapravo to ne bi trebala raditi. Obično ne znaju kako primijeniti depilator ili kako i gdje povući primjerice trake za depilaciju. Možete lako rastrgati kožu, usne i skrotum - upozorava Sam Marshall. Svjedoči mnogim horor pričama o depilaciji koju dijele njezini klijenti.
- Netko je odlučio zagrijati DIY voštanu traku sušilom za kosu jer je mislio da bi bilo učinkovitije ako je vruće. Opekla se i pokušali traku otkinuti, ali traka je otpala i vosak je ostao na dlačicama. Tada je odlučila ući u kadu jer je mislila da će topla voda pomoći u otapanju voska i na kraju je zajedno zalijepila svoje stidne usne. Morala je ostrugati vosak s dlačica i potom se brijala kako bi pokušala ukloniti vosak - govori.
Zato je najbolje prepustiti se stručnjacima, ali ako ipak odlučite sami depilirati intimnu zonu, evo nekoliko savjeta
* I s voštanim trakama možete oguliti kožu i uzrokovati nastanak podljeva, osim što depilacija može biti neuspjela ili polovično napravljena, pa nećete biti zadovoljni postignutim.
Ipak, ako je to vaš izbor, koristite vrući vosak koji se može ljuštiti, a ne trakasti vosak.
* Korištenje voska za uklanjanje dlačica u trakama dobro je za uklanjanje dlačica s većih površina (noge, ruke, leđa ili prsa) dok je za uklanjanje dlačica s osjetljivijih dijelova tijela (genitalni predjeli, bikini, pazuh, lice) topli vosak puno bolji izbor.
* Topli vosak nije toliko bolan, jednostavniji je za korištenje i ne lijepi se na kožu. Možemo ga više puta nanijeti na isto mjesto i njime možemo ukloniti i vrlo kratke dlačice.
* Nakon depilacije intimne zone trebali biste neko vrijeme izbjegavati korištenje krema za tijelo, sredstva za samotamnjenje, sunčanje, tuširanje prevrućom vodom i spolni odnos tijekom prva 24 sata nakon depilacija.
* Dobro je nanijeti sredstvo za njegu, postoje specijalna sredstva koja pomažu osobito ako vam je koža nakon depilacije jako nadražena.
* Primjerena njega kože nakon depilacije nužna je kako bi se izbjegle infekcije i urastanje dlačica, što nije nerijetko.

Nakon što je novo istraživanje otkrilo da se iznenađujuća mnogo ljudi ozlijedi prilikom depiliranja intimne zone slavna kozmetičarka Sam Marshall, poznata i kao The Beauty Guru, podijelila je savjete kako na siguran način možemo ukloniti dlačice u toj osjetljivoj zoni. Naime, dr. Benjamin Brever, urolog sa Sveučilišta California San Francisco, proveo je istraživanje koje je pokazalo da se ozlijedilo oko četvrtine ljudi koji su dotjerali stidne dlake brijanjem, depiliranjem ili korištenjem škara, piše Živim.
Kako je objavljeno u JAMA Dermatology, najčešće ozljede bile su posjekotine, nakon čega su uslijedili osip ili opekline. Oko 1,5 posto onih koji su zadobili ozlijede moralo je potražiti liječničku pomoć.
- Intimnu depilaciju trebali bismo prepustiti profesionalcima. Šira javnost ne zna depilirati i zapravo to ne bi trebala raditi. Obično ne znaju kako primijeniti depilator ili kako i gdje povući primjerice trake za depilaciju. Možete lako rastrgati kožu, usne i skrotum - upozorava Sam Marshall. Svjedoči mnogim horor pričama o depilaciji koju dijele njezini klijenti.
- Netko je odlučio zagrijati DIY voštanu traku sušilom za kosu jer je mislio da bi bilo učinkovitije ako je vruće. Opekla se i pokušali traku otkinuti, ali traka je otpala i vosak je ostao na dlačicama. Tada je odlučila ući u kadu jer je mislila da će topla voda pomoći u otapanju voska i na kraju je zajedno zalijepila svoje stidne usne. Morala je ostrugati vosak s dlačica i potom se brijala kako bi pokušala ukloniti vosak - govori.
Zato je najbolje prepustiti se stručnjacima, ali ako ipak odlučite sami depilirati intimnu zonu, evo nekoliko savjeta
* I s voštanim trakama možete oguliti kožu i uzrokovati nastanak podljeva, osim što depilacija može biti neuspjela ili polovično napravljena, pa nećete biti zadovoljni postignutim.
Ipak, ako je to vaš izbor, koristite vrući vosak koji se može ljuštiti, a ne trakasti vosak.
* Korištenje voska za uklanjanje dlačica u trakama dobro je za uklanjanje dlačica s većih površina (noge, ruke, leđa ili prsa) dok je za uklanjanje dlačica s osjetljivijih dijelova tijela (genitalni predjeli, bikini, pazuh, lice) topli vosak puno bolji izbor.
* Topli vosak nije toliko bolan, jednostavniji je za korištenje i ne lijepi se na kožu. Možemo ga više puta nanijeti na isto mjesto i njime možemo ukloniti i vrlo kratke dlačice.
* Nakon depilacije intimne zone trebali biste neko vrijeme izbjegavati korištenje krema za tijelo, sredstva za samotamnjenje, sunčanje, tuširanje prevrućom vodom i spolni odnos tijekom prva 24 sata nakon depilacija.
* Dobro je nanijeti sredstvo za njegu, postoje specijalna sredstva koja pomažu osobito ako vam je koža nakon depilacije jako nadražena.
* Primjerena njega kože nakon depilacije nužna je kako bi se izbjegle infekcije i urastanje dlačica, što nije nerijetko.
