Ginekologinja dr. Katie Hodgson, kaže da će svaka žena osjetiti u prosjeku deset različitih simptoma menopauze. Jedna od pet žena koje prolaze kroz menopauzu doživjet će osjećaj kao da joj insekti gmižu po koži ili ispod nje, piše Živim.

- Najčudnije je što je to samo takozvana taktilna halucinacija, što znači da osjećaju fizičku senzaciju bez stvarnog, fizičkog uzroka. Taj simptom može izazvati blag do težak svrbež koji bi mnogi opisali kao vrlo neugodan - kaže dr. Hodgson. Dodaje i da se u menopauzi može javiti i osjećaj žarenja jezika, što je posljedica aktivacije živčanih stanica osjetljivih na bol koje okružuju okusne pupoljke na jeziku. Do toga može doći uslijed pada razine estrogena, što također može uzrokovati metalni okus u ustima, suhoću, trnce, a ponekad i bol. Još jedan mogući simptom menopauze je narušena svijest o prostoru.

- Više od dvije na svakih 10 žena ima narušenu svijest o prostoru tijekom menopauze, a najčešće se radi o promjeni u dubini percepcije vida. To može dovesti do nespretnosti u kretanju, naročito ako se javlja u kombinaciji sa suhoćom oka i smanjenom razinom koncentracije, što su česte pojave kod žena koje prolaze kroz menopauzu - kaže dr. Hodgson.

Također, u menopauzi može doći do promjene u konzistenciji, volumenu i mirisu vaginalnog iscjetka.

- Promjene u vaginalnoj sluznici, kao posljedica smanjenja razine estrogena, može narušiti ravnotežu dobrih bakterija u tom području - objašnjava dr. Hodgson dodajući da je u menopauzi i povećana vjerojatnost vaginalnih infekcija, poput kandide, koje također mogu izazvati neugodan miris. Uz to, dodaje da hormonalne promjene mogu dovesti i do strujnih udara koji se javljaju neposredno prije navale vrućine ili valunga, piše Živim.

- narušena svijest o prostoru

- promjena tjelesnih mirisa

Ginekologinja dr. Katie Hodgson, kaže da će svaka žena osjetiti u prosjeku deset različitih simptoma menopauze. Jedna od pet žena koje prolaze kroz menopauzu doživjet će osjećaj kao da joj insekti gmižu po koži ili ispod nje, piše Živim.

- Najčudnije je što je to samo takozvana taktilna halucinacija, što znači da osjećaju fizičku senzaciju bez stvarnog, fizičkog uzroka. Taj simptom može izazvati blag do težak svrbež koji bi mnogi opisali kao vrlo neugodan - kaže dr. Hodgson. Također, u menopauzi može doći do promjene u konzistenciji, volumenu i mirisu vaginalnog iscjetka.

- Promjene u vaginalnoj sluznici, kao posljedica smanjenja razine estrogena, može narušiti ravnotežu dobrih bakterija u tom području - objašnjava dr. Hodgson dodajući da je u menopauzi i povećana vjerojatnost vaginalnih infekcija, poput kandide, koje također mogu izazvati neugodan miris. Uz to, dodaje da hormonalne promjene mogu dovesti i do strujnih udara koji se javljaju neposredno prije navale vrućine ili valunga, piše Živim.

Ginekologinja dr. Katie Hodgson, kaže da će svaka žena osjetiti u prosjeku deset različitih simptoma menopauze. Jedna od pet žena koje prolaze kroz menopauzu doživjet će osjećaj kao da joj insekti gmižu po koži ili ispod nje, piše Živim.

- Najčudnije je što je to samo takozvana taktilna halucinacija, što znači da osjećaju fizičku senzaciju bez stvarnog, fizičkog uzroka. Taj simptom može izazvati blag do težak svrbež koji bi mnogi opisali kao vrlo neugodan - kaže dr. Hodgson.
