Malo po malo, dolaskom toplijih dana počeli smo pokazivati sve više svoje kože. I dok nekima to ne pada niti najmanje teško, neki imaju još jako malo vremena za nadoknadu svega što su propustili tijekom zime i proljeća.

I ne, pri tome ne mislimo na koji kilogram viška koji se možda potkrao. Mislimo na nešto daleko važnije, njegu naše kože.

Zimski hladni mjeseci mogu biti jako oštri prema koži, no uz pravilnu hidrataciju i hranjivost, naš najveći organ lako možemo dovesti u ravnotežu i vratiti mu izgubljeni sjaj. Iako je opcija losiona ili mlijeka za tijelo nekima najdraža i najpristupačnija, ovom prilikom posvetit ćemo se maslacu za kožu koji možete i sami kod kuće lako napraviti.

Maslac za kožu

Maslac za kožu gušći je i i koncentriraniji losion za tijelo, a zbog svojih hranjivih svojstava idealan je za tretiranje suhe i ispucale kože.  Zanimljivo je da, uz prave sastojke, ovaj pripravak može blagonaklono djelovati na nepoželjne ožiljke i strije te smanjiti njihovu vidljivost na koži. 

Maslac za tijelo lako možete pripremiti sami kod kuće i biti sigurni u sve sastojke koje sadržava. Za pripremu će vam trebati kombinacija ulja (jojobinog, kokosovog, bademovog, maslinovog...), shea i kokosov maslac te eterična ulja po izboru. Postupak je jako jednostavan, a od opreme će vam trebati staklena posuda s poklopcem, vatrostalna posuda i ručni miser.

- pola šalice shea maslaca

- pola šalice kakao maslaca

- pola šalice kokosova ulja

- pola šalice ulja po izboru (maslinovo, bademovo, jojobino)

- 10-30 kapljica eteričnog ulja po izboru (za ljetne note odaberite citrusna ulja, a za opuštanje lavandu, metvicu ili eukaliptus)

Priprema:

U vatrostalnoj posudi izmiješajte sve sastojke, osim eteričnog ulja, te ih otopite na vatri, neprestano miješajući dok se svi sastojci ne sjedine. Homogenu smjesu pomaknite s vatre i ostavite da se hladi neko vrijeme.

U rashlađenu smjesu dodajte eterična ulja po izboru te sve zajedno izmiješajte ručnim mikserom. Smjesu maslaca premjestite u staklenu posudu s poklopcem te čuvajte u frižideru. Prije svakog korištenja, pola sata ranije ga izvadite iz frižidera kako biste ga lakše razmazali po koži.

Najčešća pitanja

- Maslac za tijelo gušći je i sadrži manje vode od običnog losiona zbog čega mu treba više vremena da ga koža upije. No, već nakon nekoliko minuta, prodrijet će u kožu i izgubiti masni trag pa ćete nesmetano moći odjenuti svoju odjeću

- Zatvoren maslac, čuvan od vlage i svjetlosti, može potrajati čak do osam mjeseci. Koristite li žlicu za vađenje umjesto prstiju, dodatno  ćete maslacu produljiti rok trajanja

- Domaća verzija maslaca za tijelo može varirati u boji i teksturi, a to ovisi o sastojcima koje koristite. No, ne brinite, bez obzira je li tamniji ili svjetliji, maslac za tijelo odlično će djelovati na vašoj koži

- Maslac za tijelo odlično je rješenje za izrazito suhe i tvrde dijelove kože, poput laktova na rukama, koljena i stopala

Malo po malo, dolaskom toplijih dana počeli smo pokazivati sve više svoje kože. I dok nekima to ne pada niti najmanje teško, neki imaju još jako malo vremena za nadoknadu svega što su propustili tijekom zime i proljeća.

I ne, pri tome ne mislimo na koji kilogram viška koji se možda potkrao. Mislimo na nešto daleko važnije, njegu naše kože.

Zimski hladni mjeseci mogu biti jako oštri prema koži, no uz pravilnu hidrataciju i hranjivost, naš najveći organ lako možemo dovesti u ravnotežu i vratiti mu izgubljeni sjaj. Iako je opcija losiona ili mlijeka za tijelo nekima najdraža i najpristupačnija, ovom prilikom posvetit ćemo se maslacu za kožu koji možete i sami kod kuće lako napraviti.

Maslac za kožu

Maslac za kožu gušći je i i koncentriraniji losion za tijelo, a zbog svojih hranjivih svojstava idealan je za tretiranje suhe i ispucale kože.  Zanimljivo je da, uz prave sastojke, ovaj pripravak može blagonaklono djelovati na nepoželjne ožiljke i strije te smanjiti njihovu vidljivost na koži. 

Maslac za tijelo lako možete pripremiti sami kod kuće i biti sigurni u sve sastojke koje sadržava. Za pripremu će vam trebati kombinacija ulja (jojobinog, kokosovog, bademovog, maslinovog...), shea i kokosov maslac te eterična ulja po izboru. Postupak je jako jednostavan, a od opreme će vam trebati staklena posuda s poklopcem, vatrostalna posuda i ručni miser.

- 10-30 kapljica eteričnog ulja po izboru (za ljetne note odaberite citrusna ulja, a za opuštanje lavandu, metvicu ili eukaliptus)

Priprema:

U vatrostalnoj posudi izmiješajte sve sastojke, osim eteričnog ulja, te ih otopite na vatri, neprestano miješajući dok se svi sastojci ne sjedine. Homogenu smjesu pomaknite s vatre i ostavite da se hladi neko vrijeme.

U rashlađenu smjesu dodajte eterična ulja po izboru te sve zajedno izmiješajte ručnim mikserom. Smjesu maslaca premjestite u staklenu posudu s poklopcem te čuvajte u frižideru. Prije svakog korištenja, pola sata ranije ga izvadite iz frižidera kako biste ga lakše razmazali po koži.

Najčešća pitanja

- Maslac za tijelo gušći je i sadrži manje vode od običnog losiona zbog čega mu treba više vremena da ga koža upije. No, već nakon nekoliko minuta, prodrijet će u kožu i izgubiti masni trag pa ćete nesmetano moći odjenuti svoju odjeću

- Zatvoren maslac, čuvan od vlage i svjetlosti, može potrajati čak do osam mjeseci. Koristite li žlicu za vađenje umjesto prstiju, dodatno  ćete maslacu produljiti rok trajanja

- Domaća verzija maslaca za tijelo može varirati u boji i teksturi, a to ovisi o sastojcima koje koristite. No, ne brinite, bez obzira je li tamniji ili svjetliji, maslac za tijelo odlično će djelovati na vašoj koži

Malo po malo, dolaskom toplijih dana počeli smo pokazivati sve više svoje kože. I dok nekima to ne pada niti najmanje teško, neki imaju još jako malo vremena za nadoknadu svega što su propustili tijekom zime i proljeća.

I ne, pri tome ne mislimo na koji kilogram viška koji se možda potkrao. Mislimo na nešto daleko važnije, njegu naše kože.

Zimski hladni mjeseci mogu biti jako oštri prema koži, no uz pravilnu hidrataciju i hranjivost, naš najveći organ lako možemo dovesti u ravnotežu i vratiti mu izgubljeni sjaj. Iako je opcija losiona ili mlijeka za tijelo nekima najdraža i najpristupačnija, ovom prilikom posvetit ćemo se maslacu za kožu koji možete i sami kod kuće lako napraviti.
