Uvijek je zgodno imati u zabrzivaču pakiranje zamrznutih liganja, pa ako je takvo stanje i u vašem "ledu", nudimo vam ideju koja nam se baš svidjela. Recept koji vam donosimo u nastavku ne podrazumijeva ni prženje ni dinstanje pa stiže kao poprilično iznenađenje. Je li vam ikad palo napamet "lignje na kolutiće" baciti na - grill? Ako i je, sigurno vam nije "došlo" da ih potom "bacite" na salatu... Isprobajte ovu ideju, nama zvuči jako dobro.

Lignje na salatu

Sastojci:

500 g kolutića lignje
300 g rikule ili druge salate
100 g slanutka iz konzerve
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
1 limeta ili 1⁄2 limuna
1 manji krastavac
1 srednja rajčica, nasjeckana
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1⁄2 ljubičastog luka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Ako ćete koristiti pravi roštilj, kolutiće nataknite na štapiće za ražnjiće. Planirate li koristiti grill tavu ili električni roštilj, taj korak možete preskočiti. Na jakoj vatri ispecite kolutiće pa ih odmah dobro začinite uljem, solju i paprom te pustite da se ohlade.

U međuvremenu operite rukolu, osušite je i ubacite u zdjelu za salatu te joj dodajte krastavac i rajčicu narezane na ploške ili kockice te ljubičasti luk vrlo tanko narezan i slanutak ocijeđen i isplahnut te sve začinite sokom od limete ili limuna, preostalim uljem, solju i paprom.

Dodajte kolutiće i nasjeckani peršin pa promiješajte i poslužite uz prepečeni kruh pokapan maslinovim uljem.

Uvijek je zgodno imati u zabrzivaču pakiranje zamrznutih liganja, pa ako je takvo stanje i u vašem "ledu", nudimo vam ideju koja nam se baš svidjela. Recept koji vam donosimo u nastavku ne podrazumijeva ni prženje ni dinstanje pa stiže kao poprilično iznenađenje. Je li vam ikad palo napamet "lignje na kolutiće" baciti na - grill? Ako i je, sigurno vam nije "došlo" da ih potom "bacite" na salatu... Isprobajte ovu ideju, nama zvuči jako dobro.

Lignje na salatu

Sastojci:

500 g kolutića lignje
300 g rikule ili druge salate
100 g slanutka iz konzerve
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
1 limeta ili 1⁄2 limuna
1 manji krastavac
1 srednja rajčica, nasjeckana
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1⁄2 ljubičastog luka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Ako ćete koristiti pravi roštilj, kolutiće nataknite na štapiće za ražnjiće. Planirate li koristiti grill tavu ili električni roštilj, taj korak možete preskočiti. Na jakoj vatri ispecite kolutiće pa ih odmah dobro začinite uljem, solju i paprom te pustite da se ohlade.

U međuvremenu operite rukolu, osušite je i ubacite u zdjelu za salatu te joj dodajte krastavac i rajčicu narezane na ploške ili kockice te ljubičasti luk vrlo tanko narezan i slanutak ocijeđen i isplahnut te sve začinite sokom od limete ili limuna, preostalim uljem, solju i paprom.

Dodajte kolutiće i nasjeckani peršin pa promiješajte i poslužite uz prepečeni kruh pokapan maslinovim uljem.

Uvijek je zgodno imati u zabrzivaču pakiranje zamrznutih liganja, pa ako je takvo stanje i u vašem "ledu", nudimo vam ideju koja nam se baš svidjela. Recept koji vam donosimo u nastavku ne podrazumijeva ni prženje ni dinstanje pa stiže kao poprilično iznenađenje. Je li vam ikad palo napamet "lignje na kolutiće" baciti na - grill? Ako i je, sigurno vam nije "došlo" da ih potom "bacite" na salatu... Isprobajte ovu ideju, nama zvuči jako dobro.

Lignje na salatu

Sastojci:

500 g kolutića lignje
300 g rikule ili druge salate
100 g slanutka iz konzerve
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
1 limeta ili 1⁄2 limuna
1 manji krastavac
1 srednja rajčica, nasjeckana
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1⁄2 ljubičastog luka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Ako ćete koristiti pravi roštilj, kolutiće nataknite na štapiće za ražnjiće. Planirate li koristiti grill tavu ili električni roštilj, taj korak možete preskočiti. Na jakoj vatri ispecite kolutiće pa ih odmah dobro začinite uljem, solju i paprom te pustite da se ohlade.

U međuvremenu operite rukolu, osušite je i ubacite u zdjelu za salatu te joj dodajte krastavac i rajčicu narezane na ploške ili kockice te ljubičasti luk vrlo tanko narezan i slanutak ocijeđen i isplahnut te sve začinite sokom od limete ili limuna, preostalim uljem, solju i paprom.

Dodajte kolutiće i nasjeckani peršin pa promiješajte i poslužite uz prepečeni kruh pokapan maslinovim uljem.
