Uvijek smo u potrezi za brzinskim receptima, a ako su pritom izvedivi sa zdravim namirnicama, još su nam draži. Upravo takav recept pronašli smo na Instagramu Zdravi i fit recepti by Tina, iza kojeg stoji Splićanka Tina Gazin (pisali smo vam već o njoj i njenim receptima, podsjetite se ovdje).

Ovoga puta za oko nam je zapeo recept za njoke u umaku od tikvice i špinata. Recept je, piše Tina u svojoj objavi koju nam je dopustila prenijeti, nastao tako što je otvorila frižider i iskombinirala ono što joj je bilo pri ruci za brzinski ručak.

"Bilo mi je važno da bude super brzo, jer takav je bio dan, doslovno je sve trebalo bilo gotovo u 15 minuta. I bilo je. Skuhala sam jednu tikvicu. Zatim sam u blender stavila kuhanu tikvicu, baby špinat (sirovi), sušene rajčice, krem sir, parmezan, i tostirane bajame.

Dodala sam maslinovo ulje, sol i papar.

I to je to!

Uvijek smo u potrezi za brzinskim receptima, a ako su pritom izvedivi sa zdravim namirnicama, još su nam draži. Upravo takav recept pronašli smo na Instagramu Zdravi i fit recepti by Tina, iza kojeg stoji Splićanka Tina Gazin (pisali smo vam već o njoj i njenim receptima, podsjetite se ovdje).

Ovoga puta za oko nam je zapeo recept za njoke u umaku od tikvice i špinata. Recept je, piše Tina u svojoj objavi koju nam je dopustila prenijeti, nastao tako što je otvorila frižider i iskombinirala ono što joj je bilo pri ruci za brzinski ručak.

"Bilo mi je važno da bude super brzo, jer takav je bio dan, doslovno je sve trebalo bilo gotovo u 15 minuta. I bilo je. Skuhala sam jednu tikvicu. Zatim sam u blender stavila kuhanu tikvicu, baby špinat (sirovi), sušene rajčice, krem sir, parmezan, i tostirane bajame.

Dodala sam maslinovo ulje, sol i papar.

Uvijek smo u potrezi za brzinskim receptima, a ako su pritom izvedivi sa zdravim namirnicama, još su nam draži. Upravo takav recept pronašli smo na Instagramu Zdravi i fit recepti by Tina, iza kojeg stoji Splićanka Tina Gazin (pisali smo vam već o njoj i njenim receptima, podsjetite se ovdje).

Ovoga puta za oko nam je zapeo recept za njoke u umaku od tikvice i špinata. Recept je, piše Tina u svojoj objavi koju nam je dopustila prenijeti, nastao tako što je otvorila frižider i iskombinirala ono što joj je bilo pri ruci za brzinski ručak.

"Bilo mi je važno da bude super brzo, jer takav je bio dan, doslovno je sve trebalo bilo gotovo u 15 minuta. I bilo je. Skuhala sam jednu tikvicu. Zatim sam u blender stavila kuhanu tikvicu, baby špinat (sirovi), sušene rajčice, krem sir, parmezan, i tostirane bajame.

Dodala sam maslinovo ulje, sol i papar.

I to je to!
