Organizacija u frižideru je jako važna pogotovo u ljetno vrijeme kada frižider otvaramo vrlo često da bismo popili neko hladno piće. Kako u svim dijelovima frižidera nije ista temperatura važno je da neke stvari budu dublje u frižideru, dok druge stvari mogu biti i na početku police ili možda čak i u vratima frižidera. Također je bitno da sirova hrana ne dođe u kontakt s ostalom jer mogućnost zaraze je u tom slučaju višestruko veća.

U vratima možete držati mlijeko i mliječne proizvode. Sir i druge mliječne proizvode mogu se staviti na vrh, razni mliječni umaci na sredinu, a mlijeko i pića na donju policu vrata. Jaja bi trebalo čuvati na gornjoj polici, ali kako su u vratima uglavnom predviđena mjesta za jaja možete ih držati i tamo ali pokušajte te ugrađene kutije u vratima ne otvarati bespotrebno.

Frižideri najčešće imaju dvije police. Na donju policu obavezno stavite sirovo meso (piletina, riba, mljeveno meso, janjetina...). Ako ste kupili zapakirano meso nemojte ga vaditi iz paketa sve do same pripreme jer ćete na taj način spriječiti curenje tekućine i miješanje s ostalim namirnicama, te mogućnost zaraze.

Na gornju policu ostavite hranu koja vam je ostala od obroka kako se ne bi kontaminirala od sirove hrane. To je idealno mjesto za ostatke od ručka i općenito kuhanu hranu, koja mora stajati daleko od sirove kako bi se smanjio rizik od kontaminacije.

Ako imate dvije ladice - razdvojite voće i povrće. Ako je samo jedna možete ih držati zajedno, ali ako imate jabuke morat ćete posebno paziti: jabuke proizvode plin etilen zbog kojeg drugo voće u blizini brže truli, pa zato držite jabuke podalje – najbolje u vrećici. Preporuka je ladice s voćem i povrćem obložiti papirnatim ubrusima.

Organizacija u frižideru je jako važna pogotovo u ljetno vrijeme kada frižider otvaramo vrlo često da bismo popili neko hladno piće. Kako u svim dijelovima frižidera nije ista temperatura važno je da neke stvari budu dublje u frižideru, dok druge stvari mogu biti i na početku police ili možda čak i u vratima frižidera. Također je bitno da sirova hrana ne dođe u kontakt s ostalom jer mogućnost zaraze je u tom slučaju višestruko veća.

U vratima možete držati mlijeko i mliječne proizvode. Sir i druge mliječne proizvode mogu se staviti na vrh, razni mliječni umaci na sredinu, a mlijeko i pića na donju policu vrata. Jaja bi trebalo čuvati na gornjoj polici, ali kako su u vratima uglavnom predviđena mjesta za jaja možete ih držati i tamo ali pokušajte te ugrađene kutije u vratima ne otvarati bespotrebno.

Frižideri najčešće imaju dvije police. Na donju policu obavezno stavite sirovo meso (piletina, riba, mljeveno meso, janjetina...). Ako ste kupili zapakirano meso nemojte ga vaditi iz paketa sve do same pripreme jer ćete na taj način spriječiti curenje tekućine i miješanje s ostalim namirnicama, te mogućnost zaraze.

Na gornju policu ostavite hranu koja vam je ostala od obroka kako se ne bi kontaminirala od sirove hrane. To je idealno mjesto za ostatke od ručka i općenito kuhanu hranu, koja mora stajati daleko od sirove kako bi se smanjio rizik od kontaminacije.

Ako imate dvije ladice - razdvojite voće i povrće. Ako je samo jedna možete ih držati zajedno, ali ako imate jabuke morat ćete posebno paziti: jabuke proizvode plin etilen zbog kojeg drugo voće u blizini brže truli, pa zato držite jabuke podalje – najbolje u vrećici. Preporuka je ladice s voćem i povrćem obložiti papirnatim ubrusima.

Organizacija u frižideru je jako važna pogotovo u ljetno vrijeme kada frižider otvaramo vrlo često da bismo popili neko hladno piće. Kako u svim dijelovima frižidera nije ista temperatura važno je da neke stvari budu dublje u frižideru, dok druge stvari mogu biti i na početku police ili možda čak i u vratima frižidera. Također je bitno da sirova hrana ne dođe u kontakt s ostalom jer mogućnost zaraze je u tom slučaju višestruko veća.

U vratima možete držati mlijeko i mliječne proizvode. Sir i druge mliječne proizvode mogu se staviti na vrh, razni mliječni umaci na sredinu, a mlijeko i pića na donju policu vrata. Jaja bi trebalo čuvati na gornjoj polici, ali kako su u vratima uglavnom predviđena mjesta za jaja možete ih držati i tamo ali pokušajte te ugrađene...
